I have had several loans with this company and have had XXXX problems until recently. All of my payments have been paid on time and none were missed. I began contacting the company in early XX/XX/XXXX because I found that I would be with almost no paycheck for the next 3 to 4 months. I did not receive a response from the company until a payment bounced on XX/XX/XXXX. At that point they immediately started calling. My goal ( in early XX/XX/XXXX ) was to let them know of my situation and set up an alternate payment option. I currently pay 98 % interest on this loan and it was to be paid off in XX/XX/XXXX. I do not know what the balance is so I requested information from XXXX and received nothing. At that point the phone calls escalated so I asked them to correspond with me via email so everything was documented. Then I started receiving emails from " XXXX '' and he stated in an email that my balance was small so pay it or not. ( Emails attached ). On the email of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX discusses my excellent payment history. So again on XX/XX/XXXX the harassment starts again. I searched reviews for this company and have attached a few.. One client supposedly was going to have XXXX show up at his church. True or not who knows but I have recently had people show up on our security system who should not be there. Maybe Zingo maybe not but I have sent the footage to the XXXX County Sheriff. I have been told by XXXX that they will pursue every legal means to collect the money. I again am not defaulting on anything I am trying to set up a suitable payment plan but am getting zero cooperation from Zingo they just want to pursue collection action. All I am trying to do is set up payment plan and a check will be mailed to them.

The Zingo Cash Illinois company opened XX/XX/2017 continues to inaccurately report this account to the credit bureaus under my name. I have sent several certifies letter asking for removal with no corrections noted, as stated in my certified letter this account is being listed and reported as a duplicate as it is already a part of my public record and has been legally discharged and the company has agreed to remove, please refrain from continuing to report this account

I have tried numerous times to work with this company. I set up a payment plan with them Awhile back which they did not remove the late marks on my accounts.
Also they threatened to send me to collections numerous times after I asked that I would pay if they stopped reporting me late.
At one point they even threatened to let my employer know.
They also have raised my balance from {$500.00} To {$1200.00}.
I want this company to drop everything from my report.
