I don't remember exact dates anymore, but Zimmerman & Zimmerman no longer have XXXX XXXX as a client. When my credit card went over and had to pay all fees etc, my checks were garnished and the fee paid in whole and satisfied. XXXX AND Zimmerman & Zimmerman did NOT report this to collections. As such, I still have a civil suit against me ( showing on my record from FIVE YEARS AGO ) to where lenders can't loan me money for a much needed new vehicle. I HAVE THE SATISFACTION LETTER. In the days this has happened, I found out XXXX is NO LONGER a client of Zimmerman & Zimmerman. As such neither have ANY record of my satisfaction letter, but I DO have a hard copy.

This case filed Satisfaction of Judgment on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX per XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a Wage Garnishment for the same account knowing that the amount was paid in full. Attempts to contact them have resulted in a road block. The amount paid was XXXX in XXXX. We have also contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX ( formally XXXX XXXX ) and they are also confused as to why this account is still active. They also only issued a Satisfaction of Judgment for the person whom paid the account in full instead of issuing it to both parties since they were on the same account.
