XXXX XXXX called my job. I was not there. They spoke to my supervisor and did not disclose that they were a debt collection company. They then told her that I would be detained for fraud if i did not contact them. She had no idea it was a debt collector because they misrepresented themselves. She thought I had committed something very serious such as a murder due to the way they spoke to her. She was so scared, she called my phone repeatedly to contact me that i may be detained. I left the facility I was working, because I wanted to resolve the issue. I left work and called to finally find out that this was about a debt. I was so embarrassed that the office thought I had done something terrible.

I received a loan and could not repay from Zest Cash. I sent it to a consolidation company that did not receive any information from this company. Zest cash sent this to XXXX XXXX. They told me I would be taken to court and my wages will be garnished for XXXX times the amount. I feel that this is a scam and want to note what I should do because I am afraid to deal with either of these companies at this point.

Zest cash has continually debited my account on a weekly basis for various amounts. Despite the original amount not being held with sufficient funds. Each attempt incurred a XXXX dollar ACH fee with XXXX XXXX. Should the initial debit fail several others will take place.I have also noted that the website does not offer the ability to check your account or even offer to take a loan out in my state of Texas
