I initially received a written demand for payment from ZenResolve, located at XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AZ, XXXX, stating that I owned a debt in the amount of {$1800.00} to XXXX XXXX and they they were hired to collect the debt. I did not take a loan with XXXX XXXX or any other lender for the requested amount and have no other loan debts other than my home mortgage and auto loan. Simply put, I never borrowed the money that ZenResolve said that I owed.
I promptly called and then sent a letter to ZenRolve telling them that the debt was not mine and asking for copies of the purported loan documents. Shortly thereafter, ZenResolve sent me a letter setting forth " payment history on the account using your banking information with XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX '' along with purported loan documents. The purported loan documents contain my name and address along with email address and telephone number. The purported lender which is " XXXX, XXXX d/b/a XXXX XXXX, an economic development arm of, instrumentality of, and a limited liability company wholly-owned and controlled by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... '' A copy of then letter and purported loan documents are attached.
I have never had any account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The telephone number and email address stated on the purported loan documents as mine are incorrect. The loan documents contain no information about me that is not readily available from the property appraiser 's website.
The loan documents are unsigned and only contain my typed name. Finally, I have never heard of nor had any business dealings with XXXX, XXXX XXXX or the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I contacted ZenResolve and raised the following points. They did not affirmatively say that they would stop calling me at work and mailing me payment demands. They did however tell me that they do not report their debts to " collection agencies '' and that the debts they seek to collect to not appear on credit searches. This is very strange since their actual business is debt collection. Also, I can not think of a reason why a legitimate lender would not report a delinquent debt in a manner that would be reflected on my credit search.
I believe that ZenResolve and/or XXXX XXXX are engaged in a fraudulent collection scheme where they fabricate loan documents based upon information readily obtained via public records and try to pressure people into making payment.
I sincerely hope that you will look into this matter.

I received a letter in the US Postal mail on Friday, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, from Zen Resolve stating that XXXX XXXX had placed my account with them for collection. The Zen Resolve statement shows that Zen Resolve started the collection process with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX with a principal balance of {$1100.00}, interest of {$670.00}, fees of {$60.00} and a total amount due of {$1800.00}. I attempted to call XXXX XXXX and Zen Resolve, but it was after business hours.
On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX and they told me that they couldn't give me any information about the loan because it had already been sent to a 3rd party for collection.
I also called Zen Resolve on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to two employees, XXXX and XXXX, who informed me that they would have their manager, XXXX XXXX, send me the original loan documents corresponding to the Amplify Loan in my name.
The documents were received on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX via email from XXXX XXXX at Zen Resolve. After reviewing the loan documents, it was clear that this was not a loan I had ever applied for and I had been a victim of identity fraud.
I sent an email back to Zen Resolve on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX stating the following : This XXXX loan by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the information attached is fraudulent. XXXX XXXX did not sign these documents, does not have this loan ( # XXXX ) and the bank account information is not his account. The name of the bank XXXX XXXX and the routing/account numbers ( XXXX are not accounts he has or has ever had. The email XXXX is invalid and not an email XXXX XXXX has or ever had. The phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is not a valid phone number.
We would like to file a dispute and have been informed by XXXX that we need to file a police report. We will do that shortly. What paperwork or information do you need to receive to for the dispute resolution?
Please advise.
XXXX At XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from Zen Resolve stating that we take fraud/identity theft seriously and requested that I fill out their FTC Identity Theft Affidavit, have it notarized and returned to them.
I am currently in the process of completing the documents. So, far Zen Resolve has been responsive, but has asked me to include my FTC complaint report about XXXX XXXX with their packet.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AZ time, I was contacted by email stating ZenResolve was a third party debt collection agency and that I have an outstanding balance to XXXX in the amount of {$1000.00}. I have never heard of XXXX before, so I started the verification process. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX AZ I sent off an email disputing this debt because I have never done business with a company called XXXX and the email was returned to me. Later that evening, I mailed off a letter to ZenResolve by the USPS disputing this debt and asking for verification under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. I did not mail this certified. I never received any verification of this debt. Then on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AZ, I was contacted by email again by the agency. I sent off a certified letter to ZenResolve explaining that I sent off a letter on XX/XX/XXXX requesting verification of this debt and it was never done. I haven't received anything. I do have the tracking of the certified letter from XX/XX/XXXX to show it was delivered to the front desk. In the letter, I asked them to cease collection efforts or I will report them, so here I am. Today, XXXX at XXXX I got another email from this company. ZenResolve is not providing verification of this debt. I have never done business with this company XXXX before. ZenResolve is now violating my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.

I am getting regular email from Zen Resolve LLC, which does not have a license to do business as a debt collector in Nebraska, asking me to repay a debt that I did not incur.
I asked for a copy of the original loan, What I have is a copy of a loan agreement from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX AZ. This is not an organization that I have ever done business with. There is no indication that I signed or provided any identification to enter a loan agreement, and the form has an electronic signiture that is obviously not mine. I opened a file with the FTC regarding identity theft, and sent Zen Resolve a copy of the FTC file, and the avidavit stating the obligation is not mine. I continue to get emails from them asking for money.

I have received notices that I owe money to a company called XXXX which hired a company called ZenResolve to collect {$1600.00}. They don't have my birthdate but somehow they have my social security. I am unfamiliar with this company. They don't have any contracts or statements to accurately reflect that any monies were taken. Again, I don't recognize this company and they reference a bank account with XXXX XXXX that I don't have. In fact, I don't have a XXXX XXXX account.
I am trying to get this debt discharged and make sure it doesnt affect my credit.

I got this information from XXXX regarding zenresolve. The problem is with my bank account. My checking account was closed on XX/XX/2020. My money wasn't deposited into my new checking account in time. So I was unable to make my payment. I will just pay the {$1000.00} of what I borrowed when I get my stimulus check and my money deposited into my new checking account. But I will not be paying any interest.
