After years hard working and study while I am now start working and getting a paycheck and rebuilding my life this law firm put hold my personal bank account and denied me to access my paycheck and they are trying to kill my XXXX, Hence I am begging your to get your immediate assistance to help me to enforce this firm to release the hold on my account and I can feed my family, I haven't denied As I took that business loan years ago and they could have approach me to discuss the payment arrangements since I am working now instead of doing this illegal action By holding Paycheck and putting the XXXX life in danger, This is UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, I don't think if there any law supported that someone can hold 100 % people 's paycheck and send them out to the street.

The Debt they asking me to pay is a business loan from XXXX, the company is forfeited since XXXX, the amount was {$5000.00}, now they're asking me to pay $ XXXX. I was trying to negotiate and pay some amount because of their intimidation and they even blocked my XXXX XXXX XXXX son account, this is unheard of in America and how they're XXXX.
Since XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I am on therapy after having a XXXX XXXX and colleting Disablity benefit, they are collecting almost half of my payments by letting me sign wrong agreement, I have all the correspondences since then, After My XXXX XXXX I have XXXX XXXX and XXXX ' that's why i am still following therapy, while i am going through all this hard ship I was XXXX XXXX and repeatedly intimidated by one of the paralegal from this firm her name is XXXX XXXX, I can provide you all my medical history if needed.

I tried to contact XXXX XXXX on issue and reached out to XXXX Zachter Law Office in response to liens placed on several accounts. Since its on a recorded line the staff from paralegal to further representative were disrespectful to me multiple times. I asked how to pay, can I pay over the phone and told by the staff I was rambling/disrespectful. I wanted to get clarity on when this had gone to court, Why was I not appropriately served, and I did not wave my right to a NEW YORK court when XXXX funding is located in Florida. I will be reaching out to the New York XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and many others to stop the unlawful liens, court dates I was not notified of, and illegal activities of the Zachter Law Office staff.

I am not named, not associated or have any business dealings with this case and I was never served any notice in regards to my bank account named in this case. My wife and I have tried to reach the attorney 4 times via phone calls and emails as pursuant to the XXXX Marshal 's Office to resolve this matter immediately to no avail.
This has created a great deal of hardships for our small business and to our credit.
