Today, I have received a rejection letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, stating that I was denied a loan for the amount of {$26000.00}. As I was told by XXXX, XXXX of the prerequisites was to have a minimum score of XXXX. I did my research on RefiJet before I even gave them my consent to verify my information using my XXXX and XXXX credit reports. I feel like I've been bamboozled. With the rejection letter, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not use XXXX nor XXXX, only XXXX. I have the documentation to prove my claim. Just for the record, all information is recorded, as I was told countless times by RefiJet agents. Again, the only thing I needed was a XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX assured me that my application will go through without a problem. It was until XXXX and other agents got involved and ruined the entire application process. This evening, I connected with a RefiJet agent named XXXX, who was not sympathetic nor did she address any of my concerns regarding my application. I was not pleased with any response that was given. I explicitly stated on call that I will be contacting the CFPB about RefiJet misusing my information to unknown sources without my knowledge/permission. I have unfreezed both my XXXX and XXXX credit reports because of what XXXX and XXXX asked me to do. I was transparent about my goal as a consumer and they were retrieving all the pertinent information that I've provided them in the chat through a third party software that is often used by them. I want to stress this... I did not give RefiJet consent to use my XXXX credit report and share it to third party lenders. It wasn't until today that I received the rejection letter stating that XXXX nor XXXX was used on the application. I'm wondering if those reviews about RefiJet are legitimate. But that is besides the point. I am opening a claim for CFPB to investigate RefiJet and their unethical business practices. I will also dispute this hard inquiry with XXXX. I did not give them my permission to use XXXX for the hard inquiry, only XXXX and XXXX.

I refinanced my auto loan with Refijet. As going through the number with the loan officer initially, I was told that there would be a {$490.00} prepaid finance charge which was to pay the accumulated interest with my previous lender ( XXXX bank ). However, when logging into my online account two weeks later, it appears the total loan principal includes the {$490.00} fee, which obviously isnt right and should not be included in there. I then called the loan officer to get clarifications on this. What I was told this time was not the same as before. He said the {$490.00} was a fee from Rjfijet and needs to be included in the principal amount. I was surprised about the different answers on the same amount from the same person. I tried to further dispute this but was told again that was the finance charge.
The loan application itself clearly outlines the {$490.00} as XXXX XXXX XXXX, but the loan officer denied what he previously communicated with me regarding that amount.
Therefore, my total principal amount is now {$490.00} higher than it should be which would result more interest I would have to pay, and this is not right in any comprehensible way.
Also, I was told they would charge {$10.00} which was the amount to open an account for me, but my online banking only shows {$5.00} be deposited into my account.

I refinanced my auto loan via REFIJET/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX disbursed funds via ach to REFIJET to disburse to my previous lender on XXXX, which REFIJET received on the same day XXXX.
Today is XX/XX/19 ( 11 days since they received said funds to complete the transaction ) and REFIJET still has not disbursed funds to payoff my previous loan, causing me to lose money in interest roughly ( {$22.00} a day ) on two open auto loans while RefiJet holds the XXXX in their account to collect interest ( this is a clear violation of Unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices ( UDAPP ) by withholding disbursement to enrich themselves.
I called REFIJET today XX/XX/19 asking why is it taking this long - their response was it takes time to process a check, really... 11 days?!?!?
Once again a clear disregard of UDAPP regulations which were created to stop this nonsense from financial entities.
I want a refund of the interest I've loss from both open loans since XXXX, due to Refijet holding MY money and not disbursing in violation of UDAPP.

I applied for a lease buy out with RefiJet at the beginning on XX/XX/XXXX. I was assured everything was great, I got approval from the bank, my credit score was checked and I got a hard inquiry on my report.
2 weeks go by and I followed up several times, every day for 5 days, never hearing back from my agent or anyone at Refijet.
Finally after calling for a 6th time, someone told me they were not going through with my loan because my manufacturer wouldn't allow it.
I think it's extremely unprofessional to put a customer through this. At least have the decency to return a call or give an update when the loan wasn't going to go through, I could have found other options in this timeframe instead of wasting my time and dragging this process along and also now I have to run my credit again for another hard inquiry.
