On XX/XX/2020, I attempted to use my Xapo Debit Card at an ATM to withdraw money, and it was declined, I receive a text message shortly after which read, " Xapo Inc. Alert : Due to recent cash activity your card has been deactivated. Please contact us to reactivate your account. '' I proceeded by immediately emailing them, asking what I needed to do to resolve, as they have no phone number. They replied the next day, the XXXX with, " XXXX as mentioned we are working on your request. Once we have a feedback, we will let you know -Tim '' I replied that same day informing them of the text about my card being temporarily suspended, and asked them what to do. They responded on theXX/XX/XXXX and they told me " We understand your concern XXXX and again we are sorry that this is happening. Our team is trying to find a solution and once we have a feedback we will let you know XXXX '' Again, I replied back and told them I was extremely frustrated, and they can not or will notdo anythig to allow me to access my funds | ||||||

purchased bitcoin using this merchant XAPO, received email after a week hold that bitcoin is available in the account. Afterwards tried to login to access funds and my account is blocked. XAPO verified my balance is in the wallet but wants me to send bitcoin so they can adjust the account and take all my bitcoin. Also lied and gave me misleading information that I owe them money and won't provide requested information. |
