Over the past couple months, this company was directly contacted and suggested I file a dispute on the error made on their behalf. They continued to try to collect payment knowing this was fraud and an error on their behalf. Refused to report false/inaccurate information to remove the error ( current balance falsely reported by them in the excess of {$750.00} ) from my credit report upon receiving notification even after a fraud alert notification was placed on my credit reports. I am a victim of fraud and data breech and they were supposed to remove this error and continue to refuse now which is fraud and illegal.
