I have a man named XXXX calling from Worldwide Recovery stating he has is an attorney trying to hand me a summons at my home because of a criminal case I am named in. He said that a company has hired them to deliver the legal papers to go after me with a sheriff going to be sent to my home. He kept wanting to verify my social, and got very angry when I would not, i told them they have harrased me before, saying a sheriff would be at my house and bring me in if I did not set up an automatic payment with them, in regards to my XXXX XXXX account ( the original creditor ), they said if i did not pay today it would be out of their hands and the sheriff would be coming to my house for their client. He then started to state all my personal information that he could not have unless he pulled up my credit report which he had no authorization to do. I am not scared because I have dealt with them before, and i told him he was misrepresenting himself, he is not a lawyer he is a debt collector and he hung up on me, now I have this new guy XXXX calling and threatening me, I told them specifically do not call me back ever again, and they do every day.

My family and employer was contacted by a XXXX Collector stating they were Worldwide Recoveries. They never contacted me in writing or by phone. They contacted several relatives and my job stating they needed to serve me legal documents and I needed to contact them within a certain amount of time or they were going to sue me and garnish my wages. They wanted to set up a XXXX payment agreement from my checking account to resolve the issue. I contacted the actual loan company and they stated they never sold my case to Worldwide Recoveries. I contacted a local XXXX in my area and they did some checking for me and could not find any legitimate information or valid phone number for this company. They could only find information from other people online with the same complaints as myself. The XXXX told me they suspect I had been contacted by a scam XXXX and to ask for information from the person that called me and I did try that and the man I talked with was very rude with the questions I was asking him and he hung the phone up on me.

I 've been getting calls from a blocked/private number. A woman by the name of XXXX leaves a message saying that I need to be at home or at work ( with a witness or supervisor present ) on a certain day to sign for something ; but she never states what it is. She alluded to the fact that it was a military document I needed to sign for ( I 'm joining the military soon ). Yet on the day she said she would arrive, no one came. I 've gotten two more calls this week from her stating that I needed to present myself to sign or it would be seen as a 'failure to comply '. I 've called the number she 's given me and left a message ; someone from Worldwide Recoveries called me back and left me the same number that XXXX did. This call was also from a blocked number. I do not know who these people are or what they want, but this is bordering on harassment and stalking. If this is a collection call, then they need to state who they are and who they are collecting for.

I received a voicemail from a local number XXXX. She stated her name was XXXX but did not say who she works for. She stated I have 2 felony fraud charges and someone would be coming to my place of employment to detain me in the next 24 hours. The number to call back was XXXX. She also stated that the message was my legal notification of pending action.

Repeated calls from ( XXXX ) XXXX saying if I dont call they will send a legal summons to my home or place of employment on Friday. They call every day for the past month but never received any legal summons or any kind of paperwork stating what issue is even about. Had my attorney try to contact them and they wont answer the phone.
