I would like to report an unfair Business Practice. Every month Premier Acceptance XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX call me on a daily basis while I am within my grace period concerning my car payment. I have had this loan for 2 years now and for the vast majority of my loan I have always paid on time or within the 10 days grace period. My car payment is due on the XXXX of each month and I was told that I have a 10 day grace period with which I utilize but I always pay my car payment on or before the XXXX of the month. I wrote a request on my XX/XX/XXXX car payment advising I would be making my payment within my grace period and I would appreciate if they stop calling me while I am within my grace period. But they continue to call daily while I am within my grace period Harassing me about a car payment and they also call my daughter who is also on the loan. I called today XX/XX/19 and spoke with XXXX to try and resolve this issue but he advised me they will continue to operate in the same manner and call me within my grace period. I asked him why do you even give a grace period if you're going to call and bug the customer about a car payment and not even allow them the time you have given them to make a payment first? He did not have an answer. I think this is a bad business practice and if you look at the reviews on there website you will see several complaints from Customers.

I had an account with Premiere Acceptance and then I got a refinance loan with XXXX XXXX at a cheaper rate. The car was paid off in the transaction. I paid the account as agreed on a monthly basis. The account was recently posted to Credit bureaus from XXXX? Why is this just now being viewable on my reports??? The dates are false. Its XXXX! Also they would repossess the car if I was to be 120 days late. They have caused my credit score to take a big hit while I was in the process of purchasing a home. The account details reported are listed below. I want restitution from this creditor and my credit reports updated with this information updated with payoff and in good status along with deletion of derogatory status.
