Debt collection firm filed against me in two separate venues, both of which I do not live in. Back in XX/XX/XXXX I was told that i had an upcoming court date, they were rude. Cussed at me. Would not give me any information. They continued to send items to an address I have never lived at. The address was my fathers, whom i do not speak to often. They are claiming to have served me at that address ( per court website ), received judgment on the matter. They have never served me personally. I now have a judgment against me, because i just happened to look myself up on the court website. Never knew about this court date.
