Approximately in XX/XX/2022 I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX Connecticut didnt even have the car in my possession for 48 hours until the car started to overheat also started to have serious problems so on and so forth they refused to fix it the vehicle so I took them to court I won the lawsuit for my down payment and everything else that was involved, towing fees, etc. I spoke to the bank which is Winthrop financial and I told them that how can I be held responsible for a loan when I didnt even have the property in my possession, I got the loan in an understanding that I was purchasing a reliable vehicle not a lemon.
