This collection agency calls my work phone XXXX times/day asking for someone named XXXX . I do not know anyone named XXXX. I have contacted them several times asking them to remove my number from their list.
The last time I called asking them to remove my number was XXXX/XXXX/15. They called me again at XXXX XXXX. on XXXX/XXXX/15. I asked them to remove my number again. They then called back at XXXX XXXX. I asked them to remove my number again and I was rudely told, " your number is not in our system. There is no number to remove. '' So I asked how they were able to call me if my number was not in their system. The woman stated that she did n't know. I told her the problem I was having and that I did not want to receive any more phone calls from her institution. She then repeated that, " There is no number to remove. '' and hung up on me.
At this point I am frustrated that this company will not stop calling my work phone even though I have asked, and that they treated me as if I were the one making an error, or as if I were delinquent on a debt, or as if I had somehow otherwise offended society. So I called the number back hoping to speak to a manager. When I called back, I had the most unbelievable phone conversation of my life. I was treated as if I did not deserve to exist on this planet.
The man that answered the phone stated that his name was XXXX XXXX and how can he help me. I asked for a manager. From there the conversation immediately escalated. XXXX stated that I could talk to him. I asked if he was a manager. He stated that I could talk to him. He would not answer whether he was a manger. I then tried to explain what my complaint was, and he cut me off asking where I was calling from because my number does not match their system ( at this point I was on an outbound call from my employer, so the main number would show to them as opposed to my direct line which is the line that they continuously call ). I was n't even able to explain what my complaint was, or the difference in phone numbers or anything else because he was yelling at me and would n't let me speak. So I stated that I would like to know the name of their organization, at which point he hung up on me.
I do n't have any delinquent debts. I do not deserve to be treated like this. They are in error - they call the wrong person. I have asked to be removed from their list and they continue to call. Even if I were the right person and did owe a debt, no one deserves that sort of harassment or mistreatment.

Dates are as the following : I received a Writ of Garnishment XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I contacted the Wilkinson Attorneys at Law at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MS XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in writing to request the garnishment be ceased. The company XXXX XXXX was paid in XXXX.
Wilkinson Attorneys at Law never wrote back.
I received a hard credit inquiry on XX/XX/XXXX from the company XXXX XXXX located in XXXX, XXXX . I spoke with XXXX at XXXX XXXX at XXXX. on XX/XX/XXXX he stated, he bought the debt from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX charged off the debt on XX/XX/XXXX.
I was never notified of this debt and wrote the company to advise that I was never informed. They never responded. I wrote to the County Court of XXXX County, Second Judicial District on XX/XX/XXXX. They wrote me back stating they did not receive any other court filings other than the original dated XX/XX/XXXX.
Due to the above mentioned I am filing a complaint being Wilkinson Attorneys at Law ( representing XXXX XXXX never responded in writing within 30 days ).
