A voicemail was left from XXXX XXXX, " private courier '' threatening to serve me at my job and/or home. He left the last four numbers of my social security number on my voicemail and stated that I needed to have my manager or HR representative at my job when he got there to serve me. I was at work at the time and stepped away from my desk to call back. I then spoke to XXXX XXXX who after asking her if she understood that it is a violation to leave private information on a voicemail especially when it is n't even confirmed to belong to me ( my voicemail has no detailed information on the recording ). She asked me if I wanted to talk about what the call was about or what was about to " happen to me ''? I reminded her that the call was being recorded ( I reminded her of this fact earlier in the conversation ). She then stated that she was going to end the phone call and hung up.

A former room mate of mine put me as a personal reference on a loan for a company called " XXXX XXXX XXXX. '' It 's been over two years since he 's moved out and I do n't even know his phone number. I have told them this repeatedly and they call every two or three weeks asking me if I know where he is. They have been doing this for over a year now. They keep telling me the same thing, that he put me down as a reference. I never signed anything or even knew of this company until they started calling. I have blocked their calls on my phone but they still leave voice mails constantly.
