I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX in late XX/XX/XXXX. I went totally confident and left very pleased with this vehicle. 3 weeks after I had the car it rained and my car got flooded. I called service and the lady told me that it was normal because the vehicle has a sunroof. She told me to bring it in and she would have it drained. A few days later the panel indicated that my tires ' pressure was low. In a time frame of 3 weeks, I had to get 3 new tires. I purchased the 3 tires hoping that it was just bad luck that I got 3 defective tires. On XX/XX/XXXX the car started shaking on drive when I came to a total stop. I called service and they gave me an appointment for Thursday XX/XX/XXXX. I took the car in on XX/XX/XXXX. Service called me and told me that 3 mounts had to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of {$870.00} and told me that it would solve the problem She told me to call Chicago Acceptance so that they can help me finance so that I can get it fixed. I went to pick up the car on XX/XX/XXXX ( 7 days later ), and the girl from service told me that the car wasn't shaking as much as before and that it was only shaking when it was on drive. I told her that this was the reason why I brought it in the first place. She told me that it might be that it needed to have the oil drained and that would be an extra {$1000.00}. She told me that the car wasn't sending a code so they weren't sure why it was still trembling. She told me that if it doesn't stop then I should take it to a place where they fix transmissions. XX/XX/XXXX, my car is trembling violently and the check engine light on the panel is on and a wrench indicated that the car needs service. The car stopped working completely. I got the car towed to Wheels of Chicago and the owner told me that I need to pay {$5700.00} to get my transmission fixed when he told me that the vehicle came with a transmission defect and that it had a recall. He stated that he would take it to get it fixed because he had to take his XXXX XXXX for the same reason. I told him that I couldn't do that amount he gave me a 25 % off making it sound like a great option for me to provide upfront {$1100.00} or they will put my car in storage and I still have to make payments. I never once missed a payment on that car. I was paying {$600.00} + {$240.00} for insurance a month for a car that has been giving me problems since day 1.
