This could easily become a class action suit. This company continues to pray on unsuspecting clients.. their name tells it all. Whether they gain your approval or not, once they gather your information, they may be capable of saying that a deposit has been deposited into your account ( open or closed ) as long as is a present or previous account with your idenfication associated with this account default proceedings may be filed. 10 times out of 10 times the defendant is NOT a resident of XXXX let alt Idaho. Once an individual has been served or not been served, they are issued a supena to appear in court 1000+/- miles away, having full be knowledge that the accused could not possibly appear end up gaining a default judgment. People requesting these type of loans are not only trusting someone to help them, but they would make every reasonable effort to make the loan right. Without conscience of consideration of others, they'd sue their own grandmother. Something needs to be done quickly and expeddiously! It's a very great amount of money that people are honestly needing and sincerely will make every effort to pay it back. In the meantime, some people are getting the money and some are not but everyone is being sued. Look into it. Red flags should be flying high,! XXXX County, Idaho, the city/county clerk, district attorney, mayor, city should be informed of the corruption and malfeasance that is taking place.

I took out a personal loan in the amount of {$300.00} in XX/XX/2017. I agreed to repay the loan {$130.00} per month for ( 3 ) months. The loan company was able to get the first payment, after which I was having difficulty with the credit union. ( The institution was honoring different companies requesting funds not entitled to the by what they called virtual signatures ), which caused me to become overdrawn. I advised them of the problem and the account was closed until this could be remedied. I agreed to pay the remaining balance of approximately {$260.00} in full once I received my tax refund or within 30-45 days. I had spoken to them a couple of times keeping them informed of the my most current status. In the meantime I get a letter in the mail requesting the entire amount was due payable. I had agreed to repay, but now they're asking for more than twice the amount agreed upon. ( {$660.00} ). I have tried to reason with this company to no avail. I already have problems with XXXX, I don't need any more negative reports. I just want to pay my correct balance and be done.

I received a personal loan for {$300.00}. The company received the first payment by automatic withdrawal. Due to other companies trying to get money from my bank account, I had to close the account and report identity theft. I notified the company as to what occurred and agreed to pay the balance of approximately {$220.00}. in ( 2 ) payments of {$110.00} estimate. I considered it to be fine, but the next thing I know, I'm being sued for ( 4 ) times the amount owed. It now stands at {$930.00}. The company ( Wharthog Ventures LLC ) received a default judgment, knowing full well that I was not going to be able to make it to XXXX, Idaho. I'm quite sure they have managed to do this to many consumers. I wrote to you several months ago and never heard back from you. Please assist me with this matter.

I did a payday loan, online, XXXX mistake, unforeseen circumstances happened at home and I was unable to pay. I do owe this debt, I'm responsible for this debt. I'm in the process of doing a debt consolidation that I can afford. In the meantime they have contacted my employer. I can not have calls at my work. I told them that about a month ago ( Early XXXX ). I received another call yesterday, XX/XX/2018. I asked politely, please do not call my work. I received a rather not nice text back, stating they can and will do that and in the future they will not ask for me, they will go directly to my boss. They were extremely rude. I just don't want contacted at work, I work long hours and can't always get calls made after work.

I placed a loan with this company for {$300.00}. I agreed to repay at a rate of {$130.00} per month for ( 3 ) months. One ( 1 ) payment was taken out of my checking account at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Then I notified this company and informed them of the problem, ( I had to close the account due to other identity theft problems with the credit union ). I agreed to pay the balance of {$280.00}, but they kept insisting that I owed them {$610.00}. Now they're trying to sue me wafor {$920.00}. They are loan sharks and I do believe that I am not the only person that has been decieved in this manner. I believe that this company should not be able to get away with highway robbery.

I sent a cease & desist/removal of contact information to the company on XX/XX/2019 due to the company contacting me at work and several of my co workers and my manager. I informed them I am not able to receive personal calls at work as this is grounds for disciplinary up to suspension or termination. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX from the same company contacted me on my work number. I asked for her information and stated that I would give her a call back. She refused to hang up. After repeating myself multiple times, I hung up on XXXX. She then called back and left a message stating " It seems we were disconnected ''.
