I closed on my loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022. Our first payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. Since we closed, I have been trying to figure out how to make payments to the mortgage company. They've given me contacts to 2 servicing companies but neither of this servicing company has a my loan information. I have not received any correspondence from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've sent XXXX payments to XXXX with extra to cover principal but I have not received any notification on whether my payment was received or applied to my mortgage. Furthermore, I never have trouble with my other mail being received but XXXX insists they have not received checks that were mailed more than 2 weeks ago. My gut tells me is that they are not posting the check so that the interest they are charging on my {$640000.00} loan at 7.5 % can keep accruing. Please help me address this problem. This is the 21st century. Any mortgage company worth it's salt should have online access to me to pay and view my mortgage information. This is XXXX and I do not have any of my loan information

I am writing this to express how frustrated we are over this situation I cant get answers when will I get funded!! The bank Westgen Lending are very unprofessional and been giving me the run around for one month to close and nothing has happen yet! They keep ignoring my calls and fail to contact me! My family and my self are very disappointed & annoyed with this situation. When I picture buying my first home all I thought it would bring happiness and joy!!! especially during this time of holidays!!! Instead were getting the opposite!! a bad experience! Stress and and unprofessionalism!!
