I had recently found interest into working with Western Express in XX/XX/2021 via indeed. I called spoked with a recruiter XXXX XXXX and was giving information to bait me into the company. Shortly after, I spoke with XXXX XXXX to verify what XXXX told me before I flew to TN. I was told by both XXXX XXXX XXXX that this company had LOCAL POSITIONS DRY VAN JOBS out of my hometown XXXX Tx, & that I only needed to come in for a week over the road training with a trainer because I was already a XXXX holder. The recruiter immediately sent me a plane ticket so that I can come there to start the process. However, when I got there they first send you through informational classes and in that class EVERYTHING they said was different from what I was told over the phone. Immediately after hearing that Western can not fulfill the work I was looking for, I in person reached out to a manager at the location within seconds.I spoke to a manager and told her due to me being a single mom I can not work over XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a flat bed XXXX XXXX She said unfortunately they dont have what I was told and shes not sure why the recruiter told me that. I called the recruiter and he said then began to play a game. So after learning it was not what I was promised over the phone I flew myself home the same day with my own funds. I was already uncomfortable because I had to share a room with a complete stranger. As I wasnt aware of sharing rooms also. And to only wake up and find the girl I roomed with XXXX. This moment I was extremely uncomfortable. I never drove for this company. I never completed training with this company. I did not obtain my XXXX A from them. I never went over the road with this company nor a trainer. I never touched any of their trucks. Nothing with this company but fly all the way there from XXXX to walk into nothing but lies. But theyre saying I did and is now reporting on my credit for {$2500.00}. Ive been calling this company for almost a year to only be giving the run around ; and still til this very day. I have proof of the ticket I bought myself home from XXXX TN. I tried disputing with XXXX XXXX but this company sent a contract over that was fraudulently signed with my signature. But in this same contract, it states youre not officially a driver until you fully completes training. Which I never did. This company fast talk and rushes you into things. By the time I left, I was already assigned a new recruiter.

I began a refinance process with this company in early XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NMLS # XXXX Mobile : XXXX FAX : XXXX Email : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX XXXX We locked a rate, and during the process of the next two months the initially agreed fees changed, I paid {$600.00} for an appraisal, and then paid {$300.00} for a subordination to an existing HELOC. Ultimately the company did not complete the loan timely and rates changed creating a disadvantage compared to my existing loan. The company has taken no responsibility, not willing to reimburse me for fees. Completely unacceptable!
