I filed a complaint with you against Western credit in XXXX Oregon keeping a report which is not correct on my a record affecting my credit score it's been way over two months nothing 's been done the investigation that you did proves bias and discrimination because it's still there and nothing 's been done all you have to do is verify that my State insurance XXXX through the Oregon XXXX plan has already paid that bill over 3 years ago it's not my job to do anything since I've done everything I'm supposed to do it's your job do you do it correctly and to research this the right way and not just take someone's word for it because that is discrimination bias and I will sue you in a court of law if you don't fix the problem XXXX XXXX
