Good Afternoon, I am extremely upset with the services provided and the lack of understanding your office offers. As of today, I have called 4 days in a row ( and 4 times in XXXX day ) to attempt to work with Western Control Center. As of today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) the company has called me since XX/XX/2016 but only left me XXXX voicemail message. When individuals do call me from any phone number from Western Control Center, the call is immediately hung up after answering. Can someone explain how that is fair?
As of today, I am unable to make any payments including good faith payments as I do not qualify. I do not qualify becuase I refuse to provide personal bank statements along with my common law partner 's information, bank statements, and pay stubs from both of us. I have asked numerous times to please explain how I am to make XXXX payments of {$880.00} or monthly payments of {$580.00} when the company doesnt take into account basic living needs.
As of today, XXXX stated that he would assist me. He asked me where I was working and what pay rate. He then said that " IF the information checks out '' the lowest he could go is {$500.00} a month. I stated that I was not able to do that a month and that they are not taking into account my rent and other bills. He was frustrated and toward the end of the conversation stated that I dont need to send in my information and he trusts it was true. When I asked why he would not need proof of my bills he said I was welcome to send in whatever I wanted but that it didnt matter. {$500.00} a month was the lowest his collections department could go. When I asked to speak with someone in the collections department he said I had already spoken with everyone in the office. I asked " then why cant anyone work with me? and why do you need to have this information reviewed by another person but your deciding my personal expenses dont count suddenly? '' He replied with " you are just going in circles, I can not give you legal advise and there is nothing further I can do. You either pay it or I take the next step. '' I asked what the " next step is ( garnishment ) '' and he stated that he can not give me legal advise ( as if I was asking ).
At this time, it has been determined and proven that Western Control Center will not only push you to get as much money as they can but if you do n't comply with their way, they will force their way through the legal system. That will include liens, garnishments, and any other forms of collection money.
Terrible group of people.

Collection agency took over claim in XX/XX/XXXX for a medical visit that took place in 2010. I had previously paid this medical provider, albeit somewhat late. ( The bill was for {$44.00} - it was not a life shattering event creating out of control medical bills. I was simply having financial problems as evidenced by later events. ) Even if I had n't paid that bill, by XX/XX/XXXX, I had filed a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy and the collection agency should rightfully have filed a claim with the trustee, but they did not. Any valid claim would have discharged with the bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX, yet the collection agency was not included in the trustee 's list. Perhaps because it was not a valid claim? To add further insult to injury, this collection agency never sent me any bills or notice to back up their claim. Perhaps they tried to call, but like so many other debt collectors that I dealt with during the course of my bankruptcy, they would either refuse to leave a message on my phone or simply hang up when I answered. When I tried to call back, the phone would either go to a busy signal or was not a phone that could receive in-bound calls.
In any case, the collection agency has gone around the federal bankruptcy court, ignored the orders of the trustee ( again, assuming they had a valid claim ) and now tried to " reset '' the clock for a bill that was incurred XX/XX/XXXX, which I understand to be in violation of other laws.

I filed a complaint before in regards to this company, Western control services served the wrong address, the wrong person and I have never even been given copies of the service, I have never even heard of the person that was served and I told them about this, I called them after getting the paperwork sent to my job for verification of debt and tried to set up a payment plan with them, they asked me to send them copies of my bank statements so they can review and set something up with me, I called them and left a few messages for return call after I faxed my statements and got nothing in response, then today I came into work and got my check and am now being garnished for over 700 a month. I am a single father with XXXX children and XXXX has a XXXX that we deal with daily. I cant even afford my rent because of this garnishment. The service of the paperwork from the beginning was incorrect, I told them this and still they have ignored the mistake on their part, they have committed multiple FDCPA violations when I did call in to them, No Mini Miranda was given to me by XXXX different people I spoke too, proper verification was not completed either when I called in and they just went into the call with me. I am asking and begging for help from someone.

I have a balance " apparently '' with Western Control Service. They 're a Debt collecting company for XXXX XXXX. This school ended up closing in 2016 for fraudulent reasonings.
I have since recently started monitoring my credit through XXXX XXXX. I see that they have this collection outstanding on me.
My first call to them was in the beginning of this year sometime to get them to validate/reduce/remove anything due to me not knowing about XXXX taking out a private loan on me, along with a federal student loan.
My last call to Western Control Service was Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX at around XXXX.
I asked them what I received for this balance and if they could provide me validation I ever signed for it.
They stated they did n't have that and could not provide it to me.
I asked how I can get this removed and the representative stated either pay it or get a lawyer.
I said well I may have to get a lawyer then, and he said okay well we can no longer talk to you about this account only your attorney. Even though I did n't get a lawyer and really do n't want to have to.

Western Control ser vices out of Colorado claims that they served me for an old medical bill that they never did properly serve me. THey have a service form that goes to someone that I have never heard of and that did not live with me at my address at the time. I tried to tell them this and they continued with the garnishment. Now that the garnishment had been completed for over a month now, I have NEVER received a paid letter, I was over garnished and have still not received my refund, and the satisfaction of judgement has never been filed and this has now costed me a home loan and an auto loan. I have complained to the CFPB before and got nowhere, however, the AG for CO has stepped in to give me some advice and some help. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company practices abusive collection tactics and uses false process servers so they can get around the system.

Doctor billed wrong insurance and called them. I was on XXXX and they bill my old insurance.. The Doctors office said at the time it was taken care of. In the coarse of getting a home loan, my credit was ran. The collection was on there twice under two different names of collection agencies. Both refused to remove when report. We sent in dispute with the credit report and finial one of them was removed. Reached out to collection agency because the doctor is dead. The doctors office can not fix the error. They will still not remove and has cost me so much money, time and stress. I do not owe this and they said even if I paid them they will not remove it. They have been rude and degrading to my lender, mortgage broker, real-estate agent and myself. laughing and hanging up on us.

A verification of employment was sent to my job today. I had no idea that this account was even outstanding. I called the company Western Control Services and talked to XXXX different reps, no one properly verified my info just my name, no one gave the Mini Miranda to me either. I was told that a woman that I have never heard of was served my lawsuit paperwork so I was really never even informed of this lawsuit. I tried to work out an arrangement with them and was told that I had to pay the bif off within 3 months.

I paid in full by XX/XX/XXXX of last year a bill that had gone to collections with Western Ctrl original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This suddenly appeared or updated on my credit XX/XX/XXXX as an open collections. I am VERY angry! I want this off NOW! I called Western Control and they have reported this debt as paid in full. I do n't know who took it upon themselves XXXX months AFTER debt paid in full to put this on my credit report. Its false reporting and needs to be taken off immediately!

Exhusband was court ordered to pay this debt. I was never notified this debt existed. The collection agency claims they notified and served me but I was not there, did not live there, and did not know this debt turned into a lien on a property I do not own the property and have not since 2013. I called for information and was told he could n't give me any without me first paying the debt in full to remove the lien. He ( XXXX ) is rude and hangs up on me

I hired a lawyer to help me get custody of my daughter. He guaranteed that he could get this done but he didn't. I realize that the results shouldn't have been guarenteed but he didn't do any of the things he said he was going to do but yet i kept being billed. I went to court once for my daughter but he charged me as if i had gone to court 3 times.
