I do n't know who this company is but they have called me, my employer, former employers, and family members that I have n't spoken to in years as well as my ex husband. They claim that I owe for a payday loan of which I have repeatedly explained to them that I have never in my life taken out a payday loan. They refuse to mail anything showing me documentation. I went ahead and paid {$440.00} in XXXX after they promised to send me a letter showing that all claims against me were clear and I had a zero balance, hoping that the embarrassing calls would stop and now they have gotten worse. I have never received any letters or any documentation what so ever from these people. This company now claims that I have more debt that they refuse to disclose but I MUST pay immediately to avoid a warrant. I have never in my life done anything illegal and this company is scaring me as well as embarrassing me by calling everyone they can find that has ever had any type of contact with me. They refuse to provide an address for their company.

I am being contacted by Western who represents XXXX XXXX XXXX. They Have placed a complaint against me for a electronic check stating they never received the funds of {$400.00}. They have a Specific IP address, with my Email, bank account ending in a different number and, Address. They wont disclose the dates. I can tell you that during that Time I did n't have a Bank account ending in XXXX, my bank account ends in specific numbers that I can prove while I was living at that address. Also that Email they had was never used because I canceled their service after one week due to billing issues. I have no way to pull that account up because I did n't have that long enough to prove it. Being a XXXX veteran I do n't need this harassment, I have seen this Company XXXX XXXX XXXX with numerous complaints for fraud against payday loans stating people took them out when they did n't just to get money from them. They are the ones that stole my information, it is obvious.

Monday XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX, I received a call that rang once and then went to voicemail. The number on caller ID is XXXX. The message said " This is Western Collection Bureau. We are attempting to collect a debt. Please call XXXX. '' I saved a screenshot of the call log. I also saved the voicemail message, which had the number to " please call ''. I have received other, different, fraudulent " mystery collectors '' with no known debt, about a year ago. This is the first call, on an unknown debt, if any. I challenged a medical lab on digging up an old, outdated bill for {$20.00}, from a year before ( 2019 ), after finding my XXXX, and sending it to me. It stopped sending me bills. Therefore I guessed that it was either a {$20.00} old, challenged lab bill, a minor, invalid collection attempt with nothing in writing, or a fraudulent phishing attempt.

Several of my relative and employer received a call stating there was an arrest warrant out for my name if they know my where abouts. I called they claim they were a mediation firm there was a debt in my name from XXXX that I knowingly defrauded the company. I asked them to verify the deb by sending a letter of verification they just said they would send a subpoena to my home and hung up.
