Hi, Myself and XXXX other siblings, Inherited two properties from our Fathers Trust in XXXX I, eventually bought out my XXXX siblings, to become the sole unmarried owner. I then hired West coast mortgage associatesXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ca XXXX to complete the first XXXX. the balance owed was XXXX from my fathers existing XXXX XXXX.We Did the appraisal and XXXX Funded the loan... with her AKA ; XXXX Personal Mortgage company. this the first of many XXXX. in to play approx. XXXX XXXX to pay off balance and XXXX siblings.
I started dating a gal I met on an online dating site in XXXX I then bought out the siblings on another home shortly after the new girl friend. I then completely remodeled the second property for us to enjoy in the mountains. and eventually turned it into a rental. after many costly XXXX. to once again draw money out to usually pay down maxed credit cards XXXX.
this last XXXX of XXXX I accidentally found a complete set of Loan docs and Escrow about to lock in a few days! for XXXX XXXX on my one Primary house! so I called XXXX and asked XXXX is going on? She cancelled that loan, and said her and my now wife of only 2 years, and unhappy with the XXXX at this point. forgot to cc me on the emails like I had always done Religiously .... WELL 2 weeks later XXXX arranged for my wife to do a CASH OUT XXXX on both properties for about XXXX ; wife drove away XX/XX/XXXX and is still half owner & Served me Divorce Papers 4 weeks later & wants both houses RV Toys everything!!!! I can not even call XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX company, because XXXX only on Title and half Owner. Come to find out my girl and XXXX were altering the XXXX properties about every 19 months while hiding all mail from myself, and keeping loan amounts within a {$100.00} of original Loan to hide the secondary principal Etc... so I think about 10 XXXX in 12 years has been done!!! Shame on these People .....
