MCOT, XXXX, This is a scavenger debt collection agency that is illegally throwing garnishments against my wife and i, we had a bill XX/XX/2005 for an emergency room visit, this lawyer did not notify us in order to be able to take the case in front of a judge t or magistrate then garnished {$2900.00}, XXXX take all owed then sues us the XXXX time and didnt give any notice to appear in front of judge and illegally garnished my wife the XXXX time XX/XX/XXXX for the same bill from 2005 way out of XXXX of limitations and now garnishing {$3700.00} THIS IS A SCAVENGER DEBT COLLECTIONS TEAM WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE, We have legal XXXX of limitations to protect the consumers, allready ruined credit XXXX years and is now trying to renew an old debt from XX/XX/2005,XXXX and XXXX after this debt was started, THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BAR ASSOCIATION AND XXXX. we are a family of XXXX with XXXX working and XXXX diabled and is not drawing XXXX yet.It takes every dime my wife makes to pay our bills and have food for our family, THIS MUST BE STOPPED! SO IF YOU HAVE MCOT TRYING TO SCAVENGER OLD DEBT PLEASE REPORT IT, THIS IS NOT LEGAL AND NEEDS TO BE FOUGHT AT THE HIGHEST LEVELS, They garnished my wife XXXX time allready and we did not get a chance to go in front of a magistrate or judge, this is illegal, We should have been notified, Now here we are again with no notifications only garnishment for the XXXX time for a debt thats over XXXX IS NOT LEGAL AND IT MUST STOP! THEY ARE BUYING UP OLD DEBT FOR PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR AND OUT OF XXXX DEBT, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS THE LAW!

i had a procedure done at XXXX XXXX in XXXX, tn. It was a referral from providence free medical clinic in XXXX. They asssured me I would not be billed. I forgot about it, now months later, I receive a message on my phone to call a # about an acct. #. I call and it is a collection agency from XXXX stating I owe {$180.00}. She stated that they sent me letters to an old address. I never received XXXX phone call from XXXX about this supposed bill. They just sent letters I never got and then sent it to collections without personally talking with me. This is fraud. XXXX medical payed this bill. I was not supposed to be charged. Yet, they did not even have the decency to call me about it and they had my phone #. This is wrong. These hospitals are sending bills to collection after no one responds to a letter, but they are not calling the person, to make sure the address is correct. If I had not had my phone # still operating, this would have went on my credit and it would have been months or years before I knew it. These people at XXXX are evil and they need to be held accountable for fraud. They need to have procedures that make them call an individual before sending to collections.

MCOT debt collecting agency XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Tel XXXX XXXX ] XXXX XXXX, Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, Violating FDCPA, [ Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ] A Scavenger Debt Collector, illegally buying up old debt, Out Of Statue, and collecting over and over again, .I was first garnished for a hospital bill from XXXX, In XXXX they took, {$2900.00} from my paycheck and then stopped the garnishment before it was paid in full, This left me thinking it was paid, so they could come back 11 years later to add all these bogus charges, Interrest {$1300.00}, Judgement costs {$50.00}, Attorney fees {$200.00} and then another bogus {$660.00} for garnishment Costs and do this over and over to the citizens, Way out of the 6year Statue Of Limitations, It is an illegal act and can be sued in Federal Court for " MaliciousProsecution, '' Which im in the process of doing, Also turn in the attorney to the Tenn State Barr Association , Attorney General complaint, In XXXX and XXXX. We have a law which protects us from being sued out of the STATUE OF LIMITATIONS.In this case, XXXX bill being garnishe for the second time in XXXX!

I am receiving medical collection debt calls from a 3rd party company called MCOT, Inc who states I owe a balance to a client by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX yet their client is unable to provide a written documented time stamped audit trail showing that I actually owe them anything or that they every tried to notify me in writing that I owed a debt yet MCOT still calls threatening to ruin my credit if I do not pay up the amount they say I owe their client.

I recieved a letter stating the were going to file a civil law suit. That this was the last letter ( which is the only letter ) I have received. The said the debt came from the CREDITORS. That is it. I do not have a clue who the CREDITORS are. I do not want to get sued, but I do usually give someone XXXX and not know why. Can you tell me what I can do? MCOT XXXX, Tennessee
