In XX/XX/XXXX. I noticed that on my XXXX XXXX account the loan with Wefinanceinc that I Co signed for my son was not showing the last three months of on time payments. XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I then sent a dispute of the balance for XXXX XXXX to dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX the dispute results came back from XXXX XXXX.I noticed that the account was deleted off my credit report. I did not request for the account to be deleted, I requested for the balance within the account to be simply updated. I then contacted XXXX to correct the issue. They informed me that I had to contact the creditor. I did so and the creditor said that the company they use to report these type of things are always behind and that they will get it resolved, that was on XX/XX/XXXX. Today XX/XX/XXXX. I have heard nothing from them the finance companys manager Wedinaceinc. So I call just to check the status and was informed by the representative that her manager was the one I had to speak to. The rep said she would leave a note on the managers desk to call me. The rep also informs me that the manager did not know how to correct his problem even after on XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with the manager directly.I was in contact with her ( the manager ) and emailed her all my proof showing what I disputed from the beginning and why the account should not have been deleted but simply updated with a current balance. How can you have a open account thats paid on time and all of a sudden when you see the balance not reflecting the correct amounts just vanish from you noticing that your payments are not being reflected. Something is not right about this company. Working in the banking industry in the past has taught me a lot and this is very much suspicious!
