I our shaded a vehicle last XXXX and it broke down the first day. Company advised me to keep the car til information from the doc come back and then trade it in. Which was done last year. The 2nd car they gave me has been total loss 3weeks ago, so insurance paying it off. I went to get another car but no one will give me one because the first car that broke down is on my credit, and it says 5 payments were made and payed off. I never had to make a payment nor paid it off. Want take it off and I cant get a car anywhere because of there mistake. They handed me a paper stating the car is paid off and in good status but that never happened. I explain thats stopping me from getting a car. They told me to get it off. I really need help. I cant go to work becatno transportation now and they want remove it immediately off my credit.its incorrect on my credit report because the car was also turn in and traded out for the car was wreck.something went wrong and not willing to go to credit bureau to get it remove cause of there mistakes.this is a emergency situtand I do have the letter Wagner gave me.

XXXX XXXX XXXX pulled my XXXX report on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX issued a letter on XX/XX/XXXX saying they would remove the inquiry. XXXX was provided a copy of the letter after 30 days went by and the inquiry not being removed. XXXX stated XXXX XXXX XXXX did not file the removal correctly and they can't remove with a copy of the paper letter so I am filing a complaint against both companies.
