I was contacted on XX/XX/2022 by WADDELL SERAFINO GEARY RECHNER JENEVIN stating that they were collecting an alleged debt. I then sent them a Validation of Debt letter which was received on XXXX XXXX giving them 10 days to respond to my demands or the alleged debt would be considered invalid. They did not respond in time and then sent letters dated XX/XX/2022, XXXX days after my time frame ended. These letters claimed to " validate '' the debt however, their claims and documents they provided did not validate any debt nor link it to me, the natural man, XXXX XXXX. Their letter included fraudulent statements about the identity of the original creditor. I requested any communication from them be sent in the form of an affidavit which it was not. I also requested a contract I signed with Them to contact me, as well as the original contract of the alleged debt with my wet ink signature, which they could provide neither. They threatened me with litigation and the possibility of paying fees and other costs. Their claims have no base and are harming me and my mental health. I have lost sleep due to this issue and request this Debt Collector to cease collection activities and remove my information from all of their accounts and records. I have since sent a notice of fault with an opportunity to cure which was received XX/XX/2022 and an affidavit of non response received on XX/XX/2022. I remain in honor. The documents attached were signed and notarized as needed. Attached are the raw documents from my computer.
