We had a debt with WJ Bradley that was originated in XX/XX/XXXX. The company filed Bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX. We never received any documentation that specified who the new creditor was going to be. We did not make a payment for months, we were contacted by the new creditor via a phone call. My wife made arrangements to catch all the payments up that were in arrears via a phone conversation. We never received anything " official '' from the Creditor which is XXXX XXXX. We never received any documentation of how the payment plan was supposed to work, when it began when it was over and what the total cost of it would be. Since this is a debt that accrues interest I would hope that they would need to provide that. The website to XXXX XXXX has a phone number that instantly goes into a voicemail that was full, the email address bounces back and there is not a listing I can find for the business or corporation in the US. We were asked to wire funds to a bank called " XXXX XXXX a Division of XXXX XXXX. Their beneficiary is XXXX XXXX XXXX town in the XXXX XXXX. My wife was hesitant to wire funds to the XXXX XXXX so she asked for an address to send a check. She ordered a check through XXXX XXXX Bill pay in XX/XX/XXXX and it has come back to us uncashed. She had the address that was given to her via an email along with the correct account number that was provided yet the check came back after 4 months. I can not find a phone number, a working email to the company ( heavens knows who that person is my wife has been corresponding with VIA email ) I have no trustworthy way of communicating with this " entity. ''

PLEASE FIND ATTACHED LETTER I WROTE TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANY THAT I USED TO BE WITH AND PAY PAYMENTS. THEY ARE REPORTING LATE PAYMENTS, I WAS XXXX TO XXXX BACK THEN AND MY PARENTS TRIED THEIR BEST TO HOLD ON TO WHAT I HAD CREATED AND WITH ALL THE DIFFICULTIES THEY HAD TRIED THEIR BEST TO MANAGE TO MAKE PAYMENTS AND BE THERE FOR ME.
I TRIED TO CALL THE MTG CO. BUT THEY ARE NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE AND ASKED TO LEAVE A MASSAGE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS BACK TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
PLEASE HELP ME TO REMOVE THIS NEGATIVE MARKS FROM MY CREDIT REPORTS I NEED TO REFINANCE THIS HOUSE AND HOPEFULLY GET MARRIED AND START A NEW LIFE.
MY RECORD IS SPOTLESS EXCEPT THIS TINY TIME WHICH I WAS NOT AROUND AND WAS SUPPORTING MY COUNTRY. NOW I NEED YOUR HELP TO REGAIN MY POWER AND BEGIN A NEW LIFE.

I filed a complaint in XXXX of this year the complaint number is XXXX. As you can see by the record from the CFPB XXXX XXXX dis not respond to them and has never responded to our request to validate the debt. However my wife just saw that they are now reporting negative information regarding her account. I have been a licensed loan originator my XXXX number XXXX i spent 8 hours a year and countless hours during the year to stat compliant with XXXX XXXX RESPA AND FAIR LENDING requirements and i know that they can not, not respond to us and t think they could ignore the formal request from the CFPB is beyond belief. I Am seeking the CFPBs assistance to both correct the negative information and to enforce fair lending rules and regulations.

My loan from WJ Bradley Mortgage XXXX ( WJB ) was service transferred to XXXX in XXXX. I had already paid my XXXX mortgage payment to WJB in late XXXX the amount of {$4000.00} with check # XXXX ; they received it and credited our account on XXXX/XXXX/2015. Unfortunately, because the service transfer was set up prior to my first mortgage payment, but the actual service transfer occurred after my first payment, the loan amount at XXXX does not reflect the correct principal on my loan.
I keep calling XXXX and the phone center personnel either disconnect me, do n't call me back or ca n't help me. I have written a letter documenting the problem to them. I will attach it.

I am receiving up to 7 calls a day from my loan servicer and about half of those calls are just dead air, no one on the other line. I have also instructed them that they are calling at very inconsiderate times as I work night shift and I have asked for no calls before XXXX or after XXXX. I repeatedly receive calls in both the XXXX hour and the XXXX hour. I understand I owe a debt and have no problem discussing the debt with my mortgage servicer, but 5-7 calls a day, every day except Sunday is starting to seem like harassment. I have discussed this with my servicer and their only answer is that calls will continue until the loan is brought current.

I have a Mortgage with WJ Bradley mortgage company. Everything was fine until they switched to a new company to process their payments. Every since the change I have had nothing but problems. They are rude on the phone, they do not keep accurate records, they say they there is no record of talking to us etc. The big problem is they do not process my auto payment so they can charge late fee 's. I work out of the country and every one of my bills is paid on time with automatic payments. They are ether incompetent or thieves or both.
