i cheked my credit a few months ago. its not the law, I never had a vouch account I dont speak english the rep is very abusive with language. The other bureaus deleted it but XXXX refuses. Its very diddiculy. I use a dictionary to write this. Please help. And XXXX XXXX marked me late marked me late and I have automatic payments setup. the language barer. i need to keep my citizenship. this is not good for me please delete vouch and update my lates at XXXX XXXX to never late. i was never late on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX I never was late on XXXX XXXX. I took out a loan from Vouch financial on their website ( vouch.com ) in 2015. At first, everything was fine with all payments being made on time. However, approximately 3 months before the end of my loan the website went offline, automatic withdrawals stopped, and there was no phone number to contact Vouch financial. At the time I thought they went out of business, literally. I have attempted to contact them with no success, and no means to resolve this issue. There was no listing for Vouch financial, and no method published to resolve any open account anyone may have had with thrm. I was pretty sure Vouch financial went under. Now the account shows 4 YEARS LATE on my credit report. This is a major issue and is preventing me from purchasing a house. This is borderline criminal behavior by Vouch financial since they did not make any effort and provided me NO WAY to actually pay the loan after their website went offline.

I finished paying my loan in full over 3 months ago to vouch financial. After numerous calls I get no assistance and answers why the keep reporting this account as open. This is hursting my credit scare and credit worthiness. Furthermore, Vouch is in violation of the FCRA.
