XXXX, XXXX XXXX, And XXXX are obligated by FCRA to report accurate accounting. The consumer has advised ALL the inquiries reported were fraud, and said the company had 4 days according to LAW to remove such items. FTC fraud report was filed on behalf of the consumer, the consumer is now requesting XXXX, XXXX XXXX, And XXXX to provide the documentation used to determine inquiry was indeed authorized by the consumer, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, And XXXX has 15 days to provide me with the name of the person spoken to, documentation used, signed application with consumer wet ink signature. the consumer is NOT asking for an XXXX report, If XXXX, XXXX XXXX, And XXXX do not have documentation to show these were in fact authorized they must be removed ASAP. Said company is liable under the SEC to follow certain rules, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I will be filing form 211 treasury omb forms to audit consumers ' accounts.

There is information that is on my consumer report that is a result of identity theft. I did not provide written permission or instruction for identified items to be reported on my consumer report. I am requesting that the report of this information be blocked and deleted. My request to block is not being made in error ; nor is my request to block not being made on the basis of material misrepresentation of fact by me relevant to the request to block the identified transactions. The identified transactions are not information related to any transactions be me as the consumer.

I made my final payment in XXXX. The loan company had never reported me late to the credit bureau. Once the payment cleared viva finance reported my account current and closed. On XX/XX/XXXX viva finance reported my account 30 late then it went to 60 days late. On XX/XX/XXXX they reported my account 90 days late. This is effecting my credit score, especially with all this back and forwardness on my report. None of this was reported thru out my time, while paying off the loan.
