This trespassing charge is not supposed to be on my record after three years, of the legal residence I resided at and paid a fine and met compliance for. It also lists my birthdate incorrectly, in the court case, as XXXX, not XXXX, the correct date, and should have been thrown out, to begin with, of a charge for living in my own home that I would have inherited from my parents, had they not done this, and is still under dispute, since I was listed in my parents living will as a co power of attorney, and co-executive of the estate for my parent 's estate will, that I was not able to do, since they evicted me. My father XXXX XXXX 's original attorney of the estate will : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OH XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX, and they also had a new living will drawn up, with their new attorney, in the same firm. Case Number : XXXX XXXX XXXX, Ohio I would like to make a statement for this report on what this case was about. The address that is reported in a trespassing charge for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OH XXXX, was the legal address, of my parents, where I resided most of my life, including my daughter. After my father passed away, my brother and his wife wanted to take my mother to their home and foreclose my mothers house, where I was living. I was originally appointed in my parents will as an executor of estate with my brother, but my brother and his wife had my mother change this. I had been taking care of my mother, who asked me to stay. When they wanted to take her out of the home, I was charged with trespassing, though really my mother could have stayed in her home if she wanted to but did not want to argue with my brother. All of my possessions and family possessions were never returned since I did not have a lawyer, and I also did not want to start a lawsuit. I have never had a record before, and this was an unfair case with my birthdate incorrectly listed in the eviction notice supposedly written by my brother 's wife. Whoever sent it to court, had incorrect information, and my mother was not well enough to start a lawsuit, and they foreclosed her home, which she was paying a mortgage for, and her bills were not late. This was a false eviction, as I was not a tenant in my parent 's home, but a legal resident of my family 's estate where my parents wanted me and my daughter to live.

The date of issue for my social security number is incorrect. I reported my actual final day of work, but was on leave for XXXX months following, therefore still considered employed, which explains the discrepancy of those dates.
