I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the apparent violations of fair practices by Veros Credit in connection with my loan account # XXXX. I believe it is crucial to address these concerns to maintain transparency, uphold ethical lending practices, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Recently I have been experiencing hardship and while that is not a priority of your company I do believe you are committed to The Equal Credit Opportunity Act ( ECOA ) requires equal treatment of all credit applicants and consumers. In the past I have always been concerned with the debt collection practices as they seem to be aggressive. I have found myself in therapy, pressured, afraid, and now my livelihood has been threatened due to these neglectful practices. 1. XXXX a. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX made a payment to Veros in the amount if {$490.00} leaving remaining balance {$520.00} to pay in 7 days. 2. XX/XX/XXXX a. - a transaction took place in my bank account and amount was declined @ XXXX b. I made a payments through the portal online for {$490.00} leaving remaining balance {$30.00}. 3. XX/XX/XXXX a. I called in and spoke with representative to have my pay due date change in hopes to NOT fall behind and keep account current. I recorded this call to verify, b. Due date was changed from XXXX of every month to the XXXX c. Requested a copy of my account to show the breakdown of how much was going to my interest rate and how much was going towards car. d. Veros Rep stated she will send me a bill and I CLARIFIED I do NOT want the bill, I need the itemized breakdown. She stated she is sending a form within 24-48 hours that will show interest to my account because of the change of date as well as I have to pay more interest because of I needed to change the day. e. I asked if that is negotiable and was told no, I thought I needed to sign a new contract to make changes. XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX a. I received an email showing my payment of $ XXXXwas returned as well as my account was charged additional fees from the transaction. I called in and expressed with a representative my concern as I just made a payment ( XX/XX/XXXX ) AND I just CHANGED MY DATE, to the XXXX of every month. She interrupted and stated we are not going to do this, the payment is not from this month. b. I responded to the fact that even if it is from the prior month ( XXXX ) the money was paid and I only owed {$30.00} for the past 5 days. c. I advised that the call was recorded and she hung up on me. d. I did not advise a transaction on XXXX and because of it MY RENT DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED AND NOW COSTING ADDITIONAL {$300.00} ***I have been homeless trying to keep up with car note, I have expressed this and all they do is ADD CHARGES. XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX a. I received a call from Veros at XXXX while working. I answered in hopes to let Veros know I am wanting to settle the account, however I was working. The rep did advise I was now 10 days past due. b. I asked the representative to give me a call back at XXXX to resolve and the representative continued to try and pull more information from me. I asked multiple times to call back and he even seemed to try to coerce me to say I was refusing to verify or pay the debt. I was just asking to call back since I was working and needed my statements in front of me. 6. XX/XX/XXXX a. Received a bill ( not requested ) as stated in 4a above I needed an itemized statement. b. I responded via email stating I do not want contact via phone as the last 3 representatives have been rude, aggressive, and caused me great anxiety and stress 7. XX/XX/XXXX a.Received a response that my email was received. Then a CONTRACT was sent to me but NO breakdown of my interest and fees. I have received countless calls from Veros during my work hours. They even keep calling after I sent an email stating I do not want contact. I have done my best to remain silent but now it is getting out of hand. -I have suffered housing loss, being evicted XX/XX/XXXX because I wanted to make my veros payments and as I was trying to obtain housing for my XXXX children and I, that payment was declined and caused me a chance of fair housing. Despite my efforts to obtain comprehensive information about my loan terms, repayment schedule, and other essential details, I have encountered challenges in receiving accurate and clear responses from Veros Credit. 1. I have experienced what I consider to be harassing and unfair collection practices from Veros Credit representatives. Such practices not only violate ethical standards but may also breach applicable debt collection laws. It has come to my attention that changes were made to the terms of my loan account without my consent or prior notification. This lack of transparency and unilateral decision-making is unacceptable. Despite my attempts to address these concerns through various channels, I have not received satisfactory responses or meaningful efforts to resolve the issues at hand. In these efforts, I found these laws that have been violated. 15 USC 1602 ( a ) INFORMED USE OF CREDIT finds that economic stabilization would be enhanced and the competition among the various financial institutions and other firms engaged in the extension of consumer credit would be strengthened by the informed use of credit. This law is so the consumer ( ME ) will be able to compare more readily the various credit terms available and avoid the uninformed use of credit, and to protect the consumer against inaccurate and unfair credit billing and credit card practices. I repeatedly asked for the itemized statement via the website portal and verbally. I do not know how much is interest, how much is on the vehicle, and if the contract is correct as the amount financed appears added twice. I was financed {$17000.00} and car was $ XXXX and I paid {$1500.00} down but also saw balance of $ XXXX. 15 USC 1666b ( 4 ) The creditors failure to reflect properly on a statement a payment made by the obligor or a credit issued to the obligor. If my payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX, why did it return? Funds were available and I was not informed that it was returned BEFORE IT charged my account again XXXX. 15 USC 1666 ( C ) ( a ) Payments received from an obligor under an open end consumer credit plan by the creditor shall be posted promptly to the obligors account as specified in regulations of the Bureau. Such regulations shall prevent a finance charge from being imposed on any obligor if the creditor has received the obligors payment in readily identifiable form, by XXXXXXXX XXXX. on the date on which such payment is due, in the amount, manner, and location indicated by the creditor to avoid the imposition thereof I am not able to verify ( b ) APPLICATION OF PAYMENTS DUE TO CREDITOR REFUSAL TO SEND THE INTEREST INFORMATION I AM REQUESTING. ( c ) CHANGES BY CARD ISSUER If a card issuer makes a material change in the mailing address, office, or procedures for handling cardholder payments, and such change causes a material delay in the crediting of a cardholder payment made during the 60-day period following the date on which such change took effect, the card issuer may not impose any late fee or finance charge for a late payment on the credit card account to which such payment was credited. VEROS IS AWARE THAT I HAVE MOVED 3 TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS AS THEY HAVE ADDRESSES ON FILE. 15 USC 1666 ( e ) EFFECT OF NONCOMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS BY CREDITOR Any creditor who fails to comply with the requirements of this section or section 1666a of this title forfeits any right to collect from the obligor the amount indicated by the obligor under paragraph ( 2 ) of subsection ( a ) of this section, and any finance charges thereon, except that the amount required to be forfeited under this subsection may not exceed {$50.00}. 15 USC 1692c violated ( a ) ( a ) COMMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLYWithout the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt ( b ) if the debt collector knows the consumer is represented by an attorney with respect to such debt and has knowledge of, or can readily ascertain, such attorneys name and address, unless the attorney fails to respond within a reasonable period of time to a communication from the debt collector or unless the attorney consents to direct communication with the consumer ; or ( c ) at the consumers place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know that the consumers employer prohibits the consumer from receiving such communication. CEASING COMMUNICATIONIf a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with the consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer 15 U.S. Code 1692k - Civil liability ( a ) AMOUNT OF DAMAGESExcept as otherwise provided by this section, any debt collector who fails to comply with any provision of this subchapter with respect to any person is liable to such person in an amount equal to the sum of any actual damage sustained by such person as a result of such failure ; ( 2 ) ( A ) in the case of any action by an individual, such additional damages as the court may allow, but not exceeding {$1000.00} ; or ( B ) in the case of a class action, ( i ) such amount for each named plaintiff as could be recovered under subparagraph ( A ), and ( ii ) such amount as the court may allow for all other class members, without regard to a minimum individual recovery, not to exceed the lesser of {$500000.00} or 1 per centum of the net worth of the debt collector ; and ( 3 ) in the case of any successful action to enforce the foregoing liability, the costs of the action, together with a reasonable attorneys fee as determined by the court. On a finding by the court that an action under this section was brought in bad faith and for the purpose of harassment, the court may award to the defendant attorneys fees reasonable in relation to the work expended and costs. I lost my option to have somewhere to live due to these practices and I demand communication to cancel debt, repay for causing MORE DEBT, and essentially the disrespect to my job is unfair! If I can not work, I cant pay debt. Please investigate this company. The APRs are over 20 % and sellers use the disadvantage of consumers lack of credit knowledge to charge more and become bullies about it. I have been in therapy since May when my car was repossessed. I took efforts to get it back, lost my home, and yet still harassed. Please look into this company. Thank you XXXX XXXX

XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Washington, DC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Texas XXXX Re : Veros Credit IDENTITY THEFT, XXXX AND FORGERY On XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into an agreement with XXXX XXXX to purchase a vehicle ( See finance agreement, Exhibit B ). Shortly thereafter XXXX XXXX assigned the contract to Veros Credit ( Acct No. XXXX ). The contract dated XX/XX/XXXX with a monthly payment of {$430.00}, bears my signature in specific places, however my signature has been 'clearly forged, ' on the line that states, 'Any change to this contract must be in writing. Both you and we must sign it. No oral changes to this contract or enforceable. There are several places on the contract that bear the initial XXXX. These initials are 'clearly forged. The contract also states 'This contract is not valid until you and we sign it. There is no place on the contract that bears the name 'Veros Credit. I have brought this to the attention of Veros Credit who continually deny any wrong doing by their officers, owner ( s ), employee ( s ) agents, and assignees. By utilizing my name to sign a specific portion of the contract Veros Credit and its agents have indulged in forgery, fraud, deceptive trade practices and have, in fact, breached the original agreement. INSURANCE XXXX I have maintained insurance coverage on the vehicle, in accordance with the requirements subject to drivers in the State of Texas, since XX/XX/XXXX. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a NOTICE OF INSURANCE PURCHASE AND PREMIUM FINANCE DISCLOSURE ( See Exhibit E ). The notice indicated a full payment of {$1600.00} was due under 'California State Law, Section 16020 of the Vehicle Code. Since I reside in Texas, did reside in Texas at the time of the vehicle purchase and have never resided in California, I immediately notified Veros credit of the error in their demand. Unfortunately, Veros Credit persisted in attempting to enforce The California Vehicle Code on a Texas resident. By failing to recognize the laws of the State of Texas and attempting to force place insurance on a pre insured vehicle Veros Credit has indulged in deceptive trade practices and insurance fraud. ILLEGAL REPOSSESSION Additionally, all of my payments have been made on time and in accordance with the terms of the contract. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, my vehicle was repossessed and I was told payments were due for XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Please see ( Exhibit A ) as it verifies on XX/XX/XXXX a payment in the amount of {$430.00} and XX/XX/XXXX reflects a payment of {$430.00}. However, Veros Credit illegally repossessed my vehicle on the date specified above. Texas law requires a redemption period which includes notification by writing of the length of time given to redeem a repossessed vehicle, unfortunately, Veros Credit did not provide such notice. Instead I called and spoke with a representative of Veros Credit ( XXXX ) who indicated the cost to regain my vehicle is {$1700.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, after paying {$1700.00}, I was instructed to drive to XXXX XXXX, Texas to redeem my vehicle. Upon arrival to XXXX XXXX I was forced to pay an additional {$100.00} and a document releasing Veros Credit of any and all claims, damages, debts, liabilities, accounts, actions, judgments, and attachments of every kind and nature whatsoever. DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER Subsequently, on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. ( nine days after paying {$1700.00} and driving to retrieve my vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX ), I received a notification from a credit monitoring service. The notification indicated the Veros Credit account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, with {$15000.00} being due. Veros Credit ceased reporting my payments to the credit bureaus XX/XX/XXXX, which is contrary to the credit bureaus policy and standards ; also stating I am 60-90 days past due. By reporting false and erroneous information to a third party credit bureau Veros Credit has attempted to paint me in a 'bad light ' thereby defaming my character. Additionally, my credit report reflected a monthly payment amount of {$480.00} instead of the contractually agreed upon amount of {$430.00}. ( See attached credit report Exhibit F ) VEHICLE DAMAGE Upon possessing my vehicle I found extensive damage had taken place during the repossession process. After taking my vehicle to a XXXX XXXX dealer they found damage to the rear bumper cover, rear bumper panel, fasteners, front bumper cover, headlamp and parking sensors ( see Exhibit C ). The certified XXXX XXXX Dealer estimated the damage inflicted while towing is {$4400.00}. Veros credit was notified of the damage caused and has refused to be held responsible. My vehicle remains damaged. FORCED PLACED INSURANCE After my vehicle was damaged during its illegal repossession, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX, a company in XXXX, California whose insurance was 'force placed ' on my vehicle ( see Exhibit D, Insurance Binder Attached ). Unfortunately, XXXX XXXX sent a claim adjuster who was physically unable to bend or view the under carriage of the vehicle. The XXXX XXXX claims adjuster estimated damages to the vehicle in the amount of {$900.00}. This is a huge variance in comparison to the previous estimate given by XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$4400.00}. I was told I had to pay a deductible of {$500.00} for damages Veros Credit caused. After the discrepancy was brought to the attention of XXXX XXXX a representative indicated they'd send an adjuster to perform a more thorough review. Unfortunately, more than 45 days have passed without a claim adjusters inspection. On XXXX, a certified letter ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) was addressed to Ceo XXXX XXXX requesting the return of the over payment demand to receive my car back. As of XX/XX/XXXXMr. XXXX has not responded to clear up this matter. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX ( rep ) informed me that I was about to lose my car again if I didn't make payments for XXXX and XXXX. I disputed with her. Under coercion and duress, I requested an extension because I can nott afford to give them more money nor lose my car again. I'm requesting an immediate and thorough examination/investigation into the common practices of Veros Credit as they are currently continue to demand for months that are not yet due. In XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a vehicle from a dealership that set up financing for this vehicle ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The vehicle seemed to be in great working conditions. 2 weeks after purchase vehicle began having mechanical issues. I contacted the dealership for maintenance which I was told nothing was wrong with it. I contacted my finance company " Veros Credit '' and was told I had an extended warranty and to fix with that. The problems continued i.e., the computer aka brain of vehicle died, vehicle would not start due to the computer. I called Veros credit yet again asking for a few days to make payment due to vehicle needing to be fixed because it was not working and was currently sitting at a XXXX dealership I was told that would be ok. They gave me until the middle of XXXX to make payment in which I made the payment 8 days later. In XXXX the vehicle then began having transmission issues i.e., hard getting into gear, gaining speed etc. I contacted again Vero credit that this was a issue and I was not financially able to pay for the loan and fixing of the vehicle. I was told they would approve a new vehicle if I went to the same dealership. This is a problem due to the dealership did not have any vehicles and is being sued by the state of Utah and numerous customers for fraud and bad practices. I then spoke to my dealership that fixed the computer issue and was told to fix the transmission it would be over {$6.00} in fixing the transmission. I then asked Veros credit to just add to the loan amount to allow me to fix my vehicle. At this time all payments were made and I was trying to continue to work full-time. Veros denied the request. I told them I was then unable to work, make the car payment and get vehicle repaired. I told them to please get the vehicle and I would find a way to pay off or claim bankruptcy. Their was no answer to this problem. My vehicle sat at the XXXX dealership for weeks until I was able to find a resolution at that time I missed a payment that is when I began receiving 13-20 calls per day by various ( upwards of 6 different numbers all from Veros credit ) demanding payment, threats of if no payment I would be placed in jail, threatening of financial damage and attempting to call my employer and property management. I answered several calls when they would change the number and or make private number and would advise Veros this was harassment and in Utah and the US the statute for debt collection calls is XXXX calls per day, not being able to call employer or housing management. I should have recorded these calls however I only have 1 phone. I was laughed at, called vile names even told if I did have XXXX ( which I do ) that I should die! I then spoke with a family member who is a lawyer to assist with advising Veros Credit to pick up the vehicle as it is nonfunctioning and to respect my privacy and to not call more than 7 times a day at which time I was told to go to XXXX, pay my bill or else. The vehicle was repossessed XXXX weeks ago which i gave willingly and still to this day I receive over XXXX calls per day every day 7 days a week. Veros credit attempts to contact my family ( I have XXXX siblings not listed on any paperwork as we aren't close ), my previous employer, my property management group, personal visits to my home which i have a video doorbell which recorded threatening visits. I have sent letters requesting to cease the ongoing harassment, I am living in complete fear of credit and physical harm. I have even made a police report with my local police department. I am also looking into legal ramifications against Veros credit for harassment due to the continued threats. I am requesting they stop the calls and remove this debt now in violation of the statutes in regard to debt collection. As I have XXXXXXXX as my cell phone provider and have scam shield which is to assist in preventing these calls and daily it prevents over XXXX calls per day and the other up to another XXXX calls are then blocked daily as they change their forwarding number ( s ) including setting as private or unavailable. This issue all stemmed from a vehicle that the dealership knew was a bad vehicle and Veros credit as their sole credit provider was well aware of the dealerships selling of lemon cars aka bad cars. As I said I did reach out several times to Veros credit, the XXXX of Utah and the State of Utah Consumer reporting agency. When I did advise Veros credit of the mechanical issues with the vehicle I was told my numerous agents ( phone ) " so what, you know we only loan on vehicles that are challenged maintenance. So deal with it! '' The dealership is now under investigation and have several lawsuits pending including mine. I believed I did my research for the vehicle and was blindsided by the dealership and then by the loan company Veros Credit. I am now financially destroyed and fear every day that i keep my phone on silent as the number of calls from Veros credit is so high that i barely am allowed 10 minutes without them calling and receiving a notification of their calls. This is mental torture and harassment 20+ call a day is is damaging my mental health to the point that I am in constant fear.

Veros credit They repossess XX/XX/2021 my car payment was supposed to be taken out on Friday and money was never taken out or even attempted to they said I was going to pay online yet I have to access to do so. They have denied for me to do so. I had gave my debit card information to a rep I spoke to over the phone in result of his negligence car was repossessed. Just had spent XXXX fixing this car the car continuously left me stranded in the middle of the day night with engine reducing power or engine idle. I had kept open communication with them about the reasons I had fallen behind on my payment I was fixing the car it made more sense to fix the car than to pay it first. They have done this several times every two months I fix the car get behind on payment because Im fixing the car they finance me. On Tuesday XXXX XXXX I picked up my car from XXXX XXXX XXXX My car had been damaged by XXXX or XXXX XXXX My car has a cracked windshield No car battery Driver door wont shut close Car wont switch gears. After a repossession when I pick up my car has damage done to it previous times I picked up my car with Flat tires, car making noises, windows cracked Car seat not moving properly. And back in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they hired to repossessed my car not because I defaulted on my loan but because my car was on hold for 30 days with the police Keep in mind car was just stored not impounded or seized. Such company that told me to sue them when i initially started the complain company that wasnt even insured and license to repo cars was expired. That same company switched my car Parts or gave me a different car Because vin umber on the drivers door was sanded down and hard to read. I take very good care of stuff my car specially. I know what my car looked like I was detailing my engine before arrest and picked up car looking completely different engine had rust and car parts were colored dotted It takes me two months to recover the lump sums of money this company shady tactics has in stealing money of people. Reason why I fall behind in payments To get my car reposed again They are a fraud deceptive company Its really shady predatory company I asked them serval time to email me documents and they deny me from such request. I can I cant get a hold of nobody to assist me without verifying my account 4 times and nobody can assist me or give me information. Im a mid to low income based customer to this horrible business they are a trap they will ruin your credit to trap you in. When I was about to refinance my car Loan. Bank called for a payout of Loan since they denied me a payout amount. Following day after that they repossessed my car. Went to jail for three days car was impounded they repossessed my car to protect they shady business assets. Hit my credit with a repossession yet I didnt default on my loan. Car was stored another time for 30 days Not impounded not seizes they picked it up again. Representative said stop getting pulled over by the police as if it was Intend to do so. They accepted my finance knowledgeable of my license status. This company has cause a great deficit on my income because of them protecting their assets or what ever they like to call it it puts me in a bad financial place. Every time I pick up my car after a repossession my car has been damged by the agencys they hired. Damaged that they dont hold no one accountable but myself to fix the damages. I pay XXXX a month for a faulty car I was sold by XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX since XXXX to date I have paid over XXXX Thats not including their excessive unexplained fees. Since the loan I was charger incorrect amounts by the representative who took my payments leave me a XXXX dollar balance to accumulate interest. XXXX is a sin they run their business on. Interest rate is more than just number They are a reflection of societies collective judgment about moral and ethical behavior. Please remind me were your company morally stands.?

On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to a representative from Veros Credit by the name of XXXX. XXXX said that my XXXX XXXX were going to be repossessed if I did not make a payment on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX said that my account was 29 to 60 days past due and that Veros credit did not receive any car payments for my XXXX XXXX XXXX See Attachment A of car payments ; XXXX then proceeded to say that my car payment is not XXXX, its XXXX. My car payment every month that stated on my contract is XXXX ; I added an extra XXXX dollars due to my payment being late. Veros refused to change my date for my car payment back to the XXXX and Veros made a decision to change my due date on the XXXX without my consent. I spoke to a representative from Veros and requested that a letter to be sent to me with the change in the date. The letter was not sent to me in a timely manner and I did not receive a phone call informing me about the change of my due date. When I requested to change my due date I was told by a Veros Credit Representative that If I change my due date I will have a whole month car payment due. My car was repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX and I paid the amount of XXXX to retrieve my XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX stated my car payment is XXXX and that Veros credit bought insurance when I did not have insurance on my vehicle. Veros Credit added Forced Payment insurance and when I added insurance to my vehicle independently and had my insurance carrier XXXX send proof of insurance to Veros Credit. I told XXXX my car was repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX and my account balance should be XXXX balance. XXXX said that Veros Credit did not add the amount of XXXX of Forced Payment insurance to my vehicle ; when car was repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX. I asked XXXX what was the balance of the Forced Payment insurance? XXXX verbally said the amount Veros Credit took out for insurance was XXXX and my balance for my forced payment insurance is XXXX. I asked XXXX I need an itemized receipt showing the payments I made for the Forced Payment insurance. I also mentioned to XXXX I have been asking multiple times I speak to A Veros Credit representative that I need to see proof of the amount owe for insurance added. I have not received any itemized documentation from Veros Credit. Veros Credit has refused to send documentation of insurance amount and my balance for paying forced payment insurance. I asked XXXX how many more payments do I have left and she said 31 payments. I asked her to send me proof and it was never sent. On XX/XX/XXXX A Veros Credit employee by the name of XXXX left a message at XXXX ( Pacific Time ) ; stating it was a time sensitive matter and I needed to return the phone call by XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I returned XXXX call at XXXX XXXX ( Pacific Time ) and she mentioned that I have a car payment of XXXX thats due immediately. See attachment A, I am current with my car payments. I asked XXXX during the phone conversation to send me an itemized receipt showing my balance of forced payment insurance. XXXX question me and asked if I had insurance in XX/XX/XXXX? I told her no. I added a new insurance policy with XXXX effective XX/XX/XXXX. I have been asking Veros Credit for two years now for an itemized receipt and Veros Credit have refused to send documentation based on this force payment insurance added to my car payment. I am not comfortable and have not been satisfied with Veros Credit unethical behavior ; verbally intimidating myself and other Veros Credit customers I have researched on XXXX and read reviews about Veros Credit unethical behavior. I would like my matter to be resolved with me receiving an itemized break down on how much the insurance policy was taken out at the time I did not have insurance as well as the reflective payments on the forced payment insurance and my current balance of this forced payment insurance. I purchased a vehicle onXX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, a XXXX XXXX XXXX Vin XXXX, from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a XXXX, Florida Buy here- Pay here dealer This vehicle was to be financed through .Veros Credit LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX Ca. The dealer provided all the financing paperwork. This was the first time in my life I had purchased a car. I have only been in this country for a year and a half. I am from XXXX and my XXXX was not very good. The dealer just printed out the paperwork, he never advised me of any information on the financing of the vehicle. He never went over the truth in lending disclosure He never advised me of the interest rate on the loan I was just shoved all the paperwork and just sign on the signature line. I was only advised to bring the first payment to him in cash and he would then send it to the finance company. Since the purchase the vehicle has never worked and has had extensive mechanical issues. The vehicle had to be returned on two separate occasions on the date of purchase. I was provided with two different loaner vehicles during the first day of purchase. The vehicle overheated twice the first time I took delivery. Within the hour of delivery I had to return it. The engine was running hot and the motor was extremely noisy. I was provided the first loaner vehicle.The first loaner he provided had transmission issues. I was not able to go to work. After a period of several hours the dealer called me to pick up the vehicle I purchased. It was supposed to be repaired. At that point I was headed to my work and the vehicle again acted up. This time the temperature gauge was indicating the motor was getting hot and was noisy. I immediately started back to the dealer, but was unable to make it back, the car broke down within about 1.5 miles from the dealer. I had to call the dealer to pick up the car, a person working for the dealer came and drove the vehicle back, we could not exceed 15-20 miles an hour, the vehicle had to be stopped several times due to the overheating. The vehicle was blowing out white smoke ( the motor had blown a head gasket ) from the exhaust.I was told the motor need work. After reaching the dealer I was again provided another loaner, was told they would check the car out and get back to me. To this dateXX/XX/XXXX, I have called the dealer 4-5 times, each time it has been a run-around. He has gone as far as telling me that his mechanic was not working the week of XXXX. I have never been called to pick up my car. As a result of these issue I even lost my job for failure to be on time and failure to report to work. The vehicle I purchased has been at the dealer since the day I was supposed to take delivery.. I only had the vehicle for only 4 hours of use. At this point I will not be accepting or purchasing any vehicles from this dealer. The dealer has advised me I will be responsible for still paying the loan and I have no recourse. I called and notified the finance and the stated I was stuck with this car and that they were unable to do anything to help me out. They told me that if I did not make my first payment that they would repossess the car, sell it at auction and I would be responsible for the balance if any after the sale, they advised that the dealer should have gone over the financing paperwork and could not help me at all. I feel the dealer committed fraud by not advising me the details concerning the financing and interest rate or shown me the details of the financing as well as the truth in lending and interest rate. Now he is refusing to release my deposit and that I have lost all my money. The dealer has acted in bad faith, knew of the issues ofthe car and stuck me with a bad finance company, I have field complaints with the state of Florida as well. I am hoping The CFPB can help me with the finance company since the financing of the vehicle was mis-represented to me and the finance company is refusing to help.

On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I was recalled to XXXX XXXX, upon reactivation I requested that my auto loan be placed under SCRA. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I fought with Veros Credit to have the account placed under SCRA and with held payments for approximately 2 months before Mr. XXXX XXXX of the Veros Credit Loss Recovery department contacted me and finally started to push the process. During our conversation where he placed my account under SCRA, he stated that the interest rate change would NOT affect the remaining balance of the loan, due to four payments having been deferred. This did not make sense to me as there was approximately 2 years left on the life of the loan. I made arrangements and paid to get the account up to date, and by XXXX of XXXX my auto loan with Veros was placed into an involuntary repossession status which damaged my credit score and dropped it to the low 500 's, I emailed Mr XXXX, who corrected it, however the damage was done and my credit score did not return to what it was. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX, I made 1 of the 4 remaining payments and received a phone call from Ms. XXXX from Veros Credits Loss Recovery Department, informing me that we did not make the payment for XXXX, I told her we had just made the payment for XXXX, she verified that I was correct and stated she would contact me and inform me on the situation of the account and why it was showing the balance that it was. Ms. XXXX Called me the following week and explained that the four payments that were differed were all due in one lump sum, I brought up my concerns about how high the balance was and she could not provide me with an answer, however Mr XXXX sent a loan mod package for me to fill out and return. My current deployment began early XXXX of XXXX Mr XXXX contacted me on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and left a voicemail requesting that I contact him, I made every effort to contact Mr. XXXX, emails from home, work as well as phone calls from work and my mobile phone. during this time XXXX I had one response from him, my initial response to him which was a direct reply to his email containing the loan mod, expressed my concerns about the remaining balance and why there was XXXX dollars on top of the 4 remaining payments. I requested fine print ( policies ) and never received a response to my request, outside of the previously mentioned which took place on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX when he stated he was out of his office and would make every effort to contact me. The customer service from this department was lacking, and it seems that this company had dodged me at every opportunity with providing policies for me to read through to see why the amount remaining is correct. I sent a final email to Mr. XXXX stating that it would be my final attempt to contact and that I would seek legal representation via a Legal Assistance Officer at our Military Legal Office. This email was sent by myself via my civilian email on Saturday, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX EST. I received a phone call from XXXX on Friday XXXX XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX EST, and I politely told her that I already acquired legal representation and that all further contact would have to be via my Legal Assistance Officer. Since the start of this fiasco, I have made 3 of the four remaining payments with an outstanding balance decreasing from approximately XXXX to XXXX. Latest payments made on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX are currently not reflecting on the loan. Dealer was selling XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX vehicle for {$10000.00} with automatic climate control, the vehicle sold to me was a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with no climate control not stated on the website for {$10000.00}, when I bought the truck it did not come to my attention that the seat reclining handles were missing and the front grill was being held on by zip ties none the less being very immature and irresponsible I gave a {$2500.00} down payment to dealer, somehow the vehicle cost went up from {$10000.00} to {$11000.00}, the dealer stated to tell the financer that it was a XXXX extreme package and he sent a text message to my phone with picture to provide the financers claiming they would not permit the loan for some reason, I have attached both photos of the website cost and pictures sent from a ( XXXX ) area code that is from XXXX the sales man at auto source in banning CA. I still have the original radio and speakers that came in the vehicle, as the pictures he sent have a touch screen radio leather seats, and electric reclining seats, sun roof, chrome handles, and chrome rims as you can see in the first photo the vehicle he took the picture out of do not even have the 4x4 control over the radio as the one he sent me, nothing came with the vehicle as I stated I was young and gullible and went along to make sure I got this vehicle. I got the vehicle this year in XX/XX/XXXX because I had gotten a new better paying job and I've been paying it off every month but 3 months ago my son was born and I lost my job I cant continue to pay for this vehicle, I have had no luck finding work I called Veros credit ( The Loaning company ) and informed them on this situation I asked if they could re-finance the vehicle and they stated they do not re-finance, they offered to postpone payments for two months while I find work but it would still incur interest at about 4 $ a day and that was unreasonable given the circumstances I need a vehicle to find work in my profession but right now I cant get anything even XXXX turned down my resume because I didn't have the " proper qualifications '', I also asked if I gave the vehicle back if they could forgive the debt as I installed {$5000.00} worth of parts and accessories to the vehicle including {$2500.00} for 4 '' lift kit, {$250.00} for a 1 1/2 body lift kit, {$350.00} touch screen radio, {$200.00} back up camera, {$2000.00} for off road tires and wheels, {$200.00} for brand new leaf springs, brake disk, brake pads, and drum brakes, not to mention all the parts I've replaced including but no limited to thermostat, water pump, radiator, clutch fan, power steering pump, spark plugs, oil every 3,000 miles, oil filters, coolant, and power steering fluids. They informed me that they could only take the vehicle in and sell it at auction and I would still owe the left over the vehicle however it does not make sense to give them the truck and still owe 4-6 thousand dollars that still incur interest over time with no vehicle, they also gave me a 17 % - 24 % interest rate even though my credit was at XXXX and my ex girlfriend ( girlfriend at the time ) was at 640-680. The amount charged for this vehicle at that time was not even near the dealer ship trade in cost nor the value of this vehicle as a private party sell. this was the very first vehicle I had ever bought and it was a complete mistake I had just paid off my debt and got into this debt that now I cant afford please advise and help.

In XXXX I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I agreed to finance at a 20 % finance rate my finance charge being {$6200.00} and the amount financed being XXXX agreeing to pay a total of {$21000.00}. I paid {$2000.00} down and a total of payments of XXXX, which should have been {$19000.00}. XX/XX/XXXX, I had a loan modification which was to clear any past due amounts and start me fresh ending my loan still at 48 payments just increasing my loan payment to {$420.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX I made my 48th payment and I had paid a total of {$20000.00} not including the $ XXXX down. After my 48th payment Veros credit stated I still owed {$2900.00}. I asked why and they kept giving me different answers and they all didn't make sense. The main answer I was always given was that I had 4 deferments and I said yes but I paid all 4 payments that where deferred within my 48 payments. I escalated this to Veros Credit consumer complaints, stating I believe there was an error and my loan was paid. I was told by XXXX in consumer complaints that more than $ XXXX was put to my interest and I still owed on my Principle. I let them know that there must be a posting error and to please correct the error. I was told it would be investigated and that it will all get resolved. I was extremely concerned because collections kept stating they are going to repossess the truck and I had paid it off. XXXX reassured me Veros will not repossess the truck and that if anything they will extend my maturity date to allow the remaining balance to be paid, but I explained that will not be necessary because we can all see I have paid my loan in full. During this process within a week of my complaint my credit was attacked by Veros multiple times ( more than 3 times ) dropping my score over 250 points, which has to date not recovered. I emailed XXXX and he reassured me that this was an error, on the phone he said he had contacted the credit bureaus the day prior and requested to correct Veros error of attacking my credit. XXXX reassured my credit would be fixed twice. The second week of XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Veros stating they concluded that because I did not pay on time every time that I owed them now over {$3300.00} and that my maturity date has been moved to XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, less than two weeks of receiving their letter, Veros repossessed my vehicle and the reason was that I didn't pay the monies that I was addressing with consumer complaints. I contacted XXXX in Consumer complaints and now he is not being truthful about everything that he has told me in email and over the phone. My truck is gone now, and my goal is that this doesn't happen to anyone again. Veros Credit are thieves and need to hold accountable. I was prayed on due to having bad credit and now Veros has made it impossible for me to even get another vehicle. Not to mention my credit score is so low now. Please help me stop them from doing this to someone else. I of course wish I could get my vehicle back, but this doesn't look like it will happen. Please help me.

On XX/XX/XXXX Called XXXX asking for a defer payment for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. I explained to the customer rep XXXX. I'm unable to pay my XXXX payment due to an unexpected finance I had to invest XXXX to replace my car key. Customer rep said that was not a reason to be placed on defer payment due to not enough resources given. On XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to another customer service rep XXXX at XXXX in regards to my defer payment for the month of XXXX. I explained to him what cause me to financially not be able to pay my car note the month of XX/XX/XXXX due to me having to pay for a keyless entry key which the atenna broke inside the key panel. Without my keyless entry key I would not have been able to operate vehicle. XXXX verbally mentioned that proof needs to be given for the cost of my replaced key and fax to them. XXXX also verbally mentioned for me to be placed on a defer payment I would have to pay first before I can qualify for a defer payment a " Commitment fee '' of XXXX in order to be granted a defer payment. I have been placed on a defer payment before with Veros Credit and have not paid a " Commitment fee '' of XXXX. If I'm asking for a defer payment it's because I'm financially not able to pay my car note for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. Veros Credit is still retailaiting against me, and making a situation difficult for myself financially being a single mother. I'm also receiving numerous calls from Veros Credit every day, which is an hindrance on my work performance at work. I am not able to answer calls while I'm working due to the type of work I do. Do to previous complaints I have filed on Veros Credit ; I still have not recieved an idiomized receipt on insurance Veros Credit has added to my car payment. Veros Credit also mentioned in previous complaint I filed that the insurance that was added to my car payment is added in my contract until I pay off the car. How is it that an insurance policy added to my contract is now attached to my car payment until my loan is paid off? Veros credit mentioned that they were giving me 10 courtsey days after due date on the XXXX to give me time to pay my car payment. Veros Credit already gives a 10 day grace period which does not allow me to succeed with good credit. Veros credit still has not compromised with myself putting car payment back to the XXXX. My car payment was initially on the XXXX and Veros Credit took it upon themselves to change my due date on the XXXX. I am unable to pay my car payment on the XXXX of each month do to me having to pay rent the XXXX of the month. I have attached an old defer payment that was given from Veros Credit last year XXXX, and I was not charged a " Commitment fee '' of XXXX. I have attached proof of my receipt ; replacing my keyless entry key. I also have attached 2 days of harrassment calls from Veros Credit employees. On XX/XX/2018, Veros Credit filed a law suit against me for the amount of {$5100.00}. On XX/XX/2018 I filed a response. Included in the response was a request for validation of the debt. It was requested that this include a signed contract and all payments that were made. ( This is just part of the request ) On XX/XX/2018 I filed a dispute with XXXX and XXXX requesting validation of this account. I received a letter dated XX/XX/2018 from Veros Credit. This letter included a Retail Installment Sale Contract. The next letter was dated XX/XX/2018 from Veros Credit. In the letter it states that it's in response to a request for verification of a debt. They stated they already provided me with it and that they will not respond to any such requests in the future. Although it may not matter, their original response dated XX/XX/18 was in response to my court filing. It had nothing to do with the credit reporting. It would appear they are mixing the two. One part being court. The other part being credit reporting. With that being said, it should be noted that as part of my response in the court filings, I requested the payment history, which is part of what is being reported to the credit bureaus. This would be able to show the exact amount that is actually due. XX/XX/2018 we had court. I still had not received payment history. Although, I had rec 'd some other documentation. At court the judge noted that I had requested specific verification which included payment history. The judge told the other party that they needed to provide me with the requested documentation. Right after court I received an email from the attorneys for Veros Credit. It was the same documentation that had already been mailed to me prior to court. It did not include the payment history. XX/XX/2018 we had court again. We discussed the fact that the plaintiff still had not provided the requested documents. We were told that a court date would be set for trial. Since court, a trial date has been set for XX/XX/2018. To date I have not received the payment history. It is my understanding that in order to report something on someone's credit, a creditor must be able to provide verification to back up every aspect of what's being reported. This includes payment history. Payment history is great because then you can show the amount that's owed. In this case the amount being reported is different from the amount being requested by Veros Credit in court. Seeing as Veros Credit is refusing to provide documentation to back up payment history, I'm asking that they delete this from my credit report.

I as a consumer and natural person am being accused of owing a alleged debt. I sent them a notice to cease and desist as well as a full satisfaction of claim in good faith on the dates of the XXXX and XXXX of XXXX in which they have yet to send back to me or satisfy. They continually dishonor my cease and desist notice by sending me statements that I owe as well as harassment while im working by continued phone calls. These pratices are unlawful and violate my rights as a consumer. As a result of these practices, I am distressed and my peace of mind has been taken. They company that I am filling this complaint is called XXXX XXXX, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. They seem to be a high risk loan company with very high interest rates. When I purchased the XXXX XXXX XXXX I knew my financial situation and at the time was making good money so I did n't have a vehicle at the time so I purchased this impulse but. My payment was {$420.00} a month now it 's fine up to {$480.00} a month, they are charging me insurance late fees plus a {$10.00} over the phone charge. This company will start calling since my 1st months payment on the day my payments due and will call 4 to 5 times a day. They tell me the 10 day grace period period under California law does n't apply to them and if I read the contract they said they can use any means to try and collect in the debt. I 've asked for proof of their insurance and they have refused to this day to provide me with any. My check engine light has been on since I bought the car, which it never would of passed smog with it on. They used, used catalytic converters to try and get the light off. To this, day the light is on and wo n't pass smog. They offer in their emails to help but only make a deal to get a payment. Their ruthless when they call and will call from over 20 different numbers. They 've left rude messages on my phone. " Like oh my god I almost told him it was veros credit '', not realizing she had n't hung up yet. I would also be interested in a class action against this company. I purchased my truck in XXXX of XXXX. My finance was offered through VEROS Credit out of Southern California. They offer online payment service for the loan but the online service servicing company changed processing platforms. The platform does not recognize all debit cards or bank cards. The company knows that the system doesn't work. I have submitted over 5 written complaints to the company regarding the inability to pay my bill on time due to their technology malfunction. I have now had a negative report on my credit for numerous payments VEROS considered late. I was told to get cash and pay my bill at a XXXX XXXX with the added service charge from the store. I have also been told to go to a XXXX pharmacy to make the payment or even get certified funds and mail it to VEROS. The distance from my home to any of the aforementioned businesses is XXXX miles and I shouldn't have to pay the added fees nor travel when my contract stated I could make payments online. They call on average 9 to 12 times daily and are rude and menacing. Threats of repossession are made and am told that they can take my vehicle at any time for any reason. I have attempted to contact VEROS management to no avail. The customer complaints department hasn't returned my calls, letters nor emails regarding this issue. The collectors that call tell me they are only involved with " getting the money '' that the rest " isn't their concern. '' I have asked for calls to stop as far back as XXXX of XXXX and the calls continue to this day. I have already received 3 calls as of XXXX am on XX/XX/XXXX after letting them know again last week to cease. I have recorded over 25 calls since I asked last week to have the calls both at work and home stop. These people are relentless and nasty when you answer calls. I purchase a used vehicle XX/XX/2016 I was finance threw veros credit this was my first time buying a vehicle within the first 30 days I had issues with the vehicle I returned the vehicle for repair at the dealership XXXX XXXX the vehicle had emission issues I was told it was the Catalytic converter they held my car for 30 days and said it was repaired witch it was not the vehicle would burn a full tank of gas within 10 miles so I reported this to my Finance company veros credit after I tried to get it repaired myself and told them I could not afford the payment due to attempting to repair the car and I told them to come pick the vehicle up they didnt do so until months later when they retrieve the vehicle it had my personal belongings which I was declined to be able to retrieve I also had recipes for the repairs of the vehicle and a statement from my mechanic stating the car was a lemon. Veros credit then auction the vehicle off for over XXXX dollars or more and my balance was estimated XXXX the account has been closed and charged off for over 5 year I am have been charged late fees and miss payments that were reported on my credit report every month for the past 3 years or so my current balance is XXXX and it has effected my credit dramatically I have disputed many times and contacted verso credit told them I had financial hardships and can they stop the late fees and they just hang up in my face every time I have reported to the XXXX and they are denying that they are still charging me till this day I ask for my issue to be resolved by reporting the correct amount due and stop charging me late fees also my last payment on my credit is incorrect My last payment was in XX/XX/2016I was told by XXXX that since my account has been closed and charged off they should not be continually charging me fees and reporting late payments.

After checking my credit report after a few years, I noticed a lot of inaccuracies reporting on my name. One of which, is reporting from, Veros Credit, which financed a vehicle under my name but without me being present. After seeing this fraudulent account on my credit report, I reached out to the credit reporting agencies who then told me to reach out to the creditor, Veros Credit. I spoke with many of their employees and even emailed their compliance officer in order to get a response because I was not getting any help or information regarding this issue. The account I am mentioning and it's details are listed below : VEROS CREDIT LLC XXXX Balance {$10000.00} I requested a consumer contract from Veros Credit and they did provide me with one. Although, the contract was not signed by me. Someone fraudulently signed my name without my knowledge and received this auto loan. I have not used my credit for many years now because of discrepancies on my report and due to debt. Finding out that this account was opened without me knowing and someone used my name and information to sign the contract is unacceptable. Even after speaking to the representative of Veros who was in charge of helping me resolve this issue, unreasonably concluded not to make the correction on my report. I was told that because the address on my current ID is the same address as the one in the contract, they will not delete the account. IF SOMEONE USED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION THEN OBVIOUSLY MY ADDRESS WILL BE USED ALONG WITH MY NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, ETC. That is exactly what Identity Theft is! I ran out of patience dealing with this creditor and am hoping that the CFPB can help me getting Veros Credit to make the correction on my credit report.

I owned a vehicle financed by Veros CrediXXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX, Ca. The vehicle was XXXX to their possession but they recorded this erroneously as a XXXX as opposed to a voluntary XXXX. Furthermore, the vehicle was auctioned for an amount up to the value of the remaining loan balance and Veros Credit ceased reporting this to the credit bureaus as such. Instead, they are reporting that I owe the an approximate amount of {$4600.00}. They have done this for over 60 days. Additionally, when I spoke with a representative prior to the auction, I was advised that any monies obtained from the auctioning of the vehicle would be applied to the account and would therefore reduce my liability by that same dollar amount. Veros Credit has been made ware that they have been reporting incorrectly. I would also like to note that I am not interested in direct contact with the company. They may only reach me through the means of the CFPB. The mailing address, nor any other applicable personal information provided is not to be reported to any consumer reporting agency, nor to be used in any attempt to collect any debts, especially due to the fact that it is a disputed issue. Give our relationship in which they engendered mistrust, Veros Credit does not have my permission to utilize any personal information in any manner, not even for their purposes. The keys to the vehicle were provided willingly to an agent appointment by Veros Credit, which is therefore an implied surrender of the vehicle. In short, that is not the only aspect of the account/reporting that is being disputed as untrue/problematic, but also the collection amount.

I recently received a copy of my XXXX Report and I noticed some Inaccurate Collections information being reported to my consumer report without my CONSENT. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Everything MUST be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The credit bureau stated my account was properly investigated but how is this possible if the open dates are inaccurate, the last day activity is inaccurate and the last day reported is also inaccurate. My car was involved in an accident on XX/XX/2021. As a result, the vehicle was declared a total loss. As part of the insurance settlement, I decided to retain the vehicle as-is. I retained the now-salvaged car and the XXXX paid me the remainder of the said settlement. The vehicle had an outstanding balance with the finance company, Veros Credit. The insurance company paid off the vehicle and since I retained the vehicle, I logically became the legal owner of the vehicle. After fixing the vehicle, I visited DMV for registering the vehicle to my name, but DMV required an Affidavit in Lieu of Title which would prove the release of interest from the Finance company. I have been trying to get the Affidavit in Lieu of Title or any other document proving I am in fact the legal owner and can get the car registered. But Veros credit makes it impossible to get the said docs. They keep me in an infinite loop providing contradicting information. They initially said that they have sent the title to the Insurance company. But it later became clear that the address they sent the title to was my old address where I no longer live. Consequently, I have not received the title. They later said they will re-send the document to the insurance company and it is where I can get it from. But on my final call they said an Affidavit in Lieu of Title is an electronically issues document and can not be mailed in actual copy. As a result, now I have a vehicle that was paid off by me but the finance company in reality refuses to assist me and release the title.

From XX/XX/2018, my account balance with Veros Credit was {$8000.00}. From XX/XX/2018, my account balance with Veros Credit was {$7300.00}. This information reflects that I have only made a total of {$650.00} worth of payments since XX/XX/2018. Late fees from Veros Credit total {$20.00} and my current interest rate with the company is at 20.99 %. I have documentation showing that since XX/XX/2018 I have actually made a total of {$2500.00} worth of payments to Verso Credit. It would actually be impossible for me to keep my car if I only made {$650.00} worth of payments to the company. They would have surely repossessed it by now. When I asked the company if I could have a better explanation of where my money was going towards, the company was very hesitant and treated me as though I was just trying to get out of paying my bill instead of me trying to understand what was going on. They emailed me a spreadsheet that confused me even more, and that only further made me wonder if they're accounting is efficient and whether my bills are up to date or accurate. I am fearful that I have been overpaying Veros Credit and that they do not know how much I actually owe. I am probably not the only one and if they can not bill people correctly or explain billing inquiries to their customers, than they should not be in business. ( I also have recordings of the customer service agents that I spoke with who were reluctant to explain my billing questions. )

Previously I had been dealing with XXXX and XXXX ( I believe that was the name of the other woman ), and both were very nice and cordial. This past week, I have been receiving phone call after phone call from a man whose name is XXXX. He has been very rude and hostile on the phone, and calling 7-8 times a day, plus calling my work, even after I had told him he can not contact me on the work line ( Tuesday, XXXX ). It is not to be used for personal phone calls, and yesterday afternoon ( Friday, XXXX ), he called my work yet again, and was disrespectful, and threatening the individual who answered the phone. He was hostile and using profanity, and threatening him and would not identify the name of the company he was calling from. This is by far unacceptable, and every phone call received and outbound is recorded. I would be happy to provide the recorded conversation if necessary. I am now possibly going to have to face consequences for him continuing to call the work lines, and his hostile behavior towards another employee. I have never had any issue with anyone other than XXXX, and nobody else has behaved in this way until now. It could possibly jeopardize my employment with my fairly new job. How does he expect me to catch up on my payments if I were to lose my job due to his behavior, and continuing to call the work lines. I contacted Veros Credit on XX/XX/2020, to have my due date changed from the XXXX of every month to the XXXX of every month. The person I spoke to on XX/XX/XXXX was able to change it and confirmed with me that my payments will be due every month on the XXXX, and my next payment will be due on XX/XX/XXXX. Considering the current pandemic, I am out of work from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to contact them numerous times before XX/XX/XXXX so my account is still in good standing, to receive some type of loan relief and extend XXXX ' payment to XX/XX/XXXX, but I was unable to speak to anyone. Today, XX/XX/XXXX I recieved a statement in the mail stating that my account is 22 days past due and now accrued a late fee. I contact Veros same day as I recieved my statement to get an understanding and fix any confusion as well as the late fees and due date change. Veros said they are unable to help to change my due date to the XXXX because XXXX is past due. They then offered to take a partial payment now and the remainder when I start working. I told them I am unable to pay anything right now due to me being out of work. I was told that the vehicle was in route to the auction so there was no location on file for me to retrieve my personal property or to pick up vehicle. The funds were returned to me. I only got 1 notice in writing regarding the sale and repossession of my Vehicle and that document DID NOT include the address for me to pick up my personal property either. If I had this option in a timely manner I would have been able to secure my personal property out of my vehicle and get my vehicle back. This information was never disclosed to me. On XX/XX/2022 I received 7 auto loan inquires on my credit that I never authorized. I was NOT in the commission of looking for an auto loan at that time. Back on XX/XX/XXXX I submitted a complaint with the CFPB in regards to a company by the name of Veros Credit and included in that complaint was a law firm by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. and the attorney in question is XXXX XXXX ( bar # XXXX ). XXXX XXXX has fraudulently attached not one but three liens on a property that I have never owned or have ever been the owner of. The house belongs to my father and was purchased solely by him in XXXX. In reference to said complaint I then received a satisfaction of final judgement in the mail from the law offices of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Keep in mind that at that time there was only one lien on record, but as of XXXX there are three. Not only should the lien not have ever been placed on a property that is not mines and does not nor has it ever belonged to me, but it should've been removed back in XXXX. I recently was offered a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX with XXXX in XXXX, Colorado. During my background screening it was brought to my attention that 3 older credit debt items included in a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy I filed, has been relisted under a credit collecting company and were showing as current new debts, instead of showing included in XXXX XXXX, with the original credit name, dates and amounts. Our vehicle was repossessed by the dealership ( XXXX XXXX ) who sold the car but not the lender ( Veros Credit ) who we financed with. The vehicle was repossessed on XXXX XXXX by the dealership who still have not report it with the police department which they were supposed to within 1-3 hours. We spoke to the lender around XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX if they had repossessed the vehicle which they had claim there was no repossession order out on our vehicle and asked if we would like to make a payment. The dealership texted us stating they repossessed our vehicle because we made too many late payments but not missed payments. The lender had no idea that the vehicle was repossessed by the dealership until we call to question them about it. That's when Vero 's Credit marked it repossessed in their system. We make the monthly payments to the lender not the dealership. We have been trying to speak to them regarding this and getting our vehicle back every day since XXXX XXXX but the dealership ignores our calls while the lender keeps telling us to deal with the dealership only. They are represented by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX According to my findings, My employer paid out a total of {$6400.00} which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed in the spread sheet that THEY sent me. That means my employer has paid out {$150.00} MORE than the court 's Final judgment. On the spread sheet it clearly states that FOUR ( 4 ) payments were sent directly to Veros Credit LLC under payee name and payee address column. And FIVE ( 5 ) payments were sent FOR Veros Credit to their Attorney 's office. Again, all listed in the spread sheet that THEY sent to me. I am going through a matter with Veros Credit from which I was loaning a car from them. My account has been closed since 2016. I had been receiving letters stating that they would be taking me to court about this matter in which I have also still be receiving harassing phone calls from them as well. I would say maybe a week couldve been a few days or so Veros added negative remarks to my credit which caused my points to significantly drop. My complain is for a Finance Co. by the name of Veros Credit, LLC. I am a used car dealership that paid off several accounts to them. These accounts were paid off between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, as of this date I have not received the ownership titles belonging to the vehicles of the accounts that were paid off by us. In numerous occasions we have contacted their corporate office regarding the release of titles, they REFUSE to release them due to unresolved issues that we have on other accounts, not related to the accounts paid off. Their answer to me has been, title will not be released until our unresolved issues are resolved. I am the co-signer on a vehicle leased from Veros credit. They have been calling me for several months stating the car note is behind by 2 payments. I have spoke to some one twice this week ( XX/XX/23 and XX/XX/23 ) and asked them to repo the vehicle. First guy I spoke to stated I am the primary on the account but I don't have say so if the vehicle can be repoed. Which does not make any sense at all. I'm not swayed that Bureaus efficiently pleased the principles of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in completing their investigation. I paid off my car loan over two months ago with a settled for less agreement and veros credit told my I would get my title in about two weeks. I called them several times after that two weeks had passed and they would tell me different stories such as the title is in the mail or that they forgot to send it.
