case number : XXXX XXXX I was told by police that were present at the time of both issues, that damage to personal property within a residence was not a crime. Unless it occured within somebodies private area, which in this case is our respective bedrooms because despite my mom not being on the title, she is considered a resident. SHE is the one who has been destroying the property in its entirety. While me and my little brother only tried to do the right thing and help her out. She is the one on probation and XXXX XXXX just getting out of XXXX XXXX from rha that she had been a part of for over a year. Somehow this has no pending court date, I have no been served any papers, and the police that were on scene said this was not a criminal case. So why is it showing up? I have evidence of many many jobs i have applied for in serious need, and this is most likely the cause of me losing potential money. So I will be finding a way to bring this case up and try to get some sort of financial aid from it.

So I was applying for a job with this company XXXX XXXX and their security company named XXXX XXXX did my criminal background check. The criminal background check came in and I was sent a copy and so was the company. I looked at the information on their report and they have my social security number in XXXX NV, XXXX and I have never lived nor have I ever been to XXXX NV. So someone in XXXX NV has got my social security card number and they are using it for illegal and criminal activities and they are misusing and misrepresentation of me when I was born and raised in XXXX XXXX NC. I live in XXXX NC.

The last charge on my record says XXXX by trick. They are trying to say that I tricked someone out of their money. It was not me and I have been trying to get this charge removed from my record, but it is not easy to do.. please understand that I have no control over it being on my record but it is not me and I don't know what I need to do to let employers know that I am working hard to get it removed
