I had a debt on my credit report from XXXX for {$1200.00}, it said the original debt came from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the debt collector and told them that I had insurance at the time and they told me I would have to call XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I did, XXXX XXXX XXXX said that they were able to verify that I had XXXX insurance at the time of the visit and I provided my insurance information at the time of the visit. XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that they would try to run it back through insurance, but since the charge was so old, they didnt believe that XXXX would pay. They said even if XXXX did not pay they would take responsibility for the charge because it was faulty on their end by not running it through insurance on time the way they were supposed to. XXXX XXXX XXXX promised me this charge would be off for good. They promised me that it would come off my credit report in 30 days over and over again. I did see the charge come off XXXX XXXX and XXXX and XXXX. About a week later the charge was back on my account by a different debt collector named XXXX.I called XXXX to complain that this charge was not valid and that it was taken care of with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They were extremely rude to me and were saying things like what you dont think, youre not responsible for your medical bills, you think you dont have to pay what you owe. I try to explain to them that XXXX XXXX XXXX told me that my debt was about to be sold around the same day that I called to clear it up and I think that something happened where some information got transferred before it was deleted out of the computer. I told them that it was taken off XXXX and XXXX but just stuck on XXXX XXXX. They told me I would have to call back to XXXX XXXX XXXX and get proof. I called back to XXXX XXXX XXXX to get proof but they have absolutely no record that that charge ever existed in history. They have absolutely no record of the account number at all anymore. I also called back to XXXX to see if they had some kind of proof that it XXXX XXXX XXXX had canceled the charge but nobody has any proof of anything. I have disputed this issue on XXXX XXXX, on XXXX XXXX and with the debt collector. I have disputed this charge at least 3, 4 or five times and only most recently received a letter in the mail stating that my dispute was denied one time. All of the other times I disputed the charge I never received any notification if or why it was denied or approved. The last time I disputed it, I told them that I had disputed it in the past several times and never received a letter or an email saying if it was approved or denied or why. The last time I disputed it they finally sent me a letter saying it was denied but none of the previous times before. I go around in circles every day calling around trying to figure out how to remove this charge because its only stuck on XXXX XXXX. My bank uses XXXX XXXX and so I am unable to get a loan or an unsecured credit card or buy a car or buy a house because this charge that I do not owe is stuck on XXXX XXXX and XXXX.

This is regarding a {$250.00} payday loan I took out a long time ago from XXXX XXXX XXXX back in 2014. Totally forgot about it and this collection agency just recently got aggressive with me.
I recently lost my job. Just before I did get fired, I was speaking to XXXX XXXX, a debt collector from an agency called VeriCred Solution and I had an idea/plan to make the arrangement. I also asked them to grant my brother-in-law 's request to stop calling him as he was my listed reference at the time. XXXX said ofcourse and let me know he was removed. We were supposed to talk at the end of the week but unfortunately I lost my job. I felt like the world came crashing down on me. Ever since, they became very aggressive in collecting that debt from 2014 payday loan that I owed. They already spoke to my brother-in-law and a week ago I asked to grant his request to be removed from their system which XXXX XXXX agreed to. However, they called him AGAIN!!! I called XXXX to let her know my situation. XXXX XXXX was very rude. And when I asked what happened to the request of my reference to be removed, she blamed it on their system. I was working in the XXXX using similar account/info system. It does not take a week to delete a reference on a customer 's account. I know the laws in California and you're only to make contact once and NOT supposed to leave a message. As it turns out, my brother in law and I are no longer in speaking terms. Please educate this agency.

I owed money on a car that I had to surrender due to loss of employment back in XXXX. I was told by XXXX that it was charged off but the debt kept on getting added back to my credit report every year. I had to dispute it every year to get it removed, they added it back to my credit report this year ( XX/XX/XXXX ) as a brand new collection account with no reference to the XXXX XXXX account. I called VeriCred and spoke to a lady that agreed to send me an e-mail that links the original XXXX account to the new collection account they posted, XXXX became aware we needed this to proceed with our home loan and hijacked the call. I asked XXXX XXXX ; who is the Vice Executive Presdident of Operations for VeriCred Solutions LLC, to send me an e-mail with a report stating that this was for the XXXX XXXX account not a new account but he refused to because I needed this to prove to my lender that this was not a new account which VeriCred was trying to make it look like, and even lied to me saying that this is not linked to the XXXX XXXX account and it was a new debt as of XXXX. Since the way they posted it to my credit it makes it look like it is a new collection account. He told me over the phone that he will not help us close on our new home ( sending me a debt verification e-mail ) unless we paid him {$4000.00}, otherwise he isn't going to send over anything to verify the debt with our lender. His name is XXXX XXXX with VeriCred Solutions LLC.

The company calling me pertaining to this debt, Vericred Solutions LLC, is calling my cell phone repeatedly every single day. I believe they may be calling my wife 's cell phone number as well and I will verify this. They do not have my consent to call my cell phone and they are calling me using an auto-dialing system and leaving recorded messages using an auto-dialer campaign system. An another note this debt is very old. It was an auto loan taken out with another bank going years back. The vehicle was voluntarily surrendered due to medical hardship in my family and the loan was eventually charged off after the vehicle was turned in. Prior to the vehicle begin surrendered the loan was paid each month ON TIME and never missed a payment, as the credit reporting shows. My credit report shows a balance on this loan of XXXX and I question this as as I paid for several years on this loan, with the original creditor, and all payments were on time. This loan has since been 'sold off ' to various 3rd party agencies so I believe the balance has increased due to unfair fees and additional interest which warrants a review to determine if UDAAP laws have been violated.

Since XXXX of 2020, I have been keeping an eye on my credit report very closely, using XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and all three credit bureaus, as I am attempting to get a VA home loan. Working with my lender I was able to verify old debt, and pay it off. I check my credit report at least once a day and ensure that nothing new is opened or money spent on a credit card that would hurt my ability to buy a home. Today XX/XX/2020 @ XXXX I woke up, checked my credit report on XXXX XXXX and noticed a new line of credit from VeriCred Solutions LLC for the amount of {$1400.00}, had been opened in my name on XX/XX/2020, more than 33 days ago. I checked this with XXXX XXXX and all three agencies and none of them showed any debt by the company VeriCred Solutions LLC, nor any debt for that amount. It has also been more than 33 days and I have not received any notice either by mail, email or a phone call about said debt. Under the law from my understanding this is an illegal tactic sometimes employed by credit agencies.

In the beginning of XXXX I noticed a collection on my credit from a Vericred Solutions LLC. I was not notified of this before it was placed on my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed a letter asking for debt validation and verification. They failed to comply and send this information to me, which should result in a deletion of credit from XXXX. I have not received any letter from Vericred about this account in any form. This is against my rights and a clear violation. I figured I would write here for resolution prior to contacting my state attorney general.

On XX/XX/XXXX I had debt collection company Vericred Solutions in XXXX XXXX Co report on my XXXX for the amount of {$1800.00} and I have never received any notification from this company let alone dont know who they are. I had pulled my credit on XX/XX/XXXX to refinance my home and I am the process until this showed up on my credit. I think if it was a legitimate debt I should have been giving the opportunity to dispute or pay. I will be hiring a attorney to resolve this matter. Companies like this need to be shutdown due not following the law.

A company named VeriCred Solutions just reported a {$7200.00} balance on my credit report. Prior to this account appearing on my credit report today, I never received my 30-day notice of right to dispute. When I called the company to ask why they reported this debt before contacting me, they would not give me an answer. They just said they were going to sue me. I still have no clue what it is, or where it came from. They are violating several of my individual federal rights, under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

recently a collection appeared on my credit report from vericred credit solutions. The purchased debt in question was disputed by me from the last bad debt buyer & the debt was removed. I received no notification or attempt to collect this debt from the reporter.
this debt is already aged past the maximum reporting age in my state ( texas ). I have had no opportunity to dispute this debt, nor validate it. The information in the report is incorrect, in effect re-aging this debt.

Vericred Solutions has put a collection on my XXXX credit report. They also sent me the back up documentation. The collection charges are clearly not mine. Only the first and last name are the same. Middle name is different, SSN is different, nothing at all is accurate so I am not sure why it got attached to my credit. I submitted a dispute with transunion and they say its verified as accurate and i don't know how they can say that since it is not ME.
