This is another complaint to my list of complaints on the XXXX XXXX XXXX, and their negligence in validating and correction XXXX XXXX XXXX. FAME, debt collector, is listed on my credit report, XXXX XXXX Federal Highway # XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX, phone number listed ( XXXX ) XXXX. The credit report shows that the account number XXXX is closed, and XXXX as the amount. It says, " account transferred to another office '', there is no original creditor listed. It also reflects that, " student loan assigned to government ''. The account is incomplete and inaccurate. This account is damaging my credit worthiness, due to the defamation of character. What is the PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE ( 15 USC 1681b ) ) for FAME to be listed on my consumer credit report? Did FAME extend credit? Is there a two-signature contract? I demand that XXXX validate the alleged debt. I am demand proof of clam for this alleged debt from FAME.
