I would like to file a complaint against Vehicle Solution Corp. On XX/XX/XXXX, I voluntarily gave up my Car because I was unable to keep up with the payments due to the financial hardship I was facing, and I didnt want the payment to be late anymore than they already were. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter in the mail Stating that my car would be sold at a private auction on XX/XX/XXXX. However that sale never happened and Vehicle Solution still has the car in their possession till this very day. After I gave up the car I was excited because that was one less bill I had to worry about, and also I was excited because the proceeds from the sale would pay off a big portion of the balance. Over the next few months from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Dropped every month because Vehicle Solution reported that I still had the car in my possession, and my payments were constantly late even though I already gave up the car. In XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to the repossession department and I was transferred to XXXX at XXXX XXXX Who was not available so I left her a voicemail with brief details on whats going on and begged her to give me a call back which never happened. In XX/XX/XXXX I called vehicle solution back and was Transferred to extension 1011 again I left another voicemail and I never received a callback. In XX/XX/XXXX, I called vehicle solution and spoke with a supervisor ( whose name XXXX cant remember ) he was very helpful, he looked into the case and said he was going to open a dispute so that way the repossession could be reported, and all reporting should stop. He told me to allow 30 days for the dispute to be completed, and for the issue to be investigated and resolved. In XX/XX/XXXX, another reporting was done. This time I opened up an online dispute with both XXXX XXXX XXXX in hopes of getting this issue resolved since clearly I was unable to resolve it with Vehicle Solution. On XX/XX/XXXX, another credit reporting was done, and my credit score was impacted. On XX/XX/XXXX, my XXXX Dispute was completed and the account status was updated accordingly. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX dispute was completed and the resolution was the complete opposite of XXXX stating that I still had the car and I still had late payments. On XX/XX/XXXX my husband and I reached out to XXXX, and spoke with a rep who informed us that we would need to reach out to Vehicle Solution because they were only reporting information sent over by Vehicle Solution. Taking the advice from XXXX we reached out to Vehicle Solution once again we were transferred to XXXX at extension 1011 this time we were unable to leave a message because her mailbox was full. On XX/XX/XXXX, I re-opened the dispute with XXXX this time the dispute remark was updated, the repossession was added, account status was updated to closed. A few days later, the status was changed back to open. On XX/XX/XXXX I called vehicle solution and spoke with a rep from the repossession department who agreed with me and stated the reporting should have stopped after the vehicle was repossessed on XXXX She then offered to transfer me to extension XXXX. But, this time I declined and told her that I have been trying for almost a year to get a hold of XXXX but she is always unavailable and she never returned any of my calls so she placed me on hold and somehow she was magically able to get a hold of XXXX on the phone. I spoke with XXXX, explained the situation at hand, after which she stated that they were not obligated to sell the vehicle if they dont want to. I then explained to her that due to the fact that they are just holding the vehicle and letting it sit there is doing some major damage to my credit, and also causing the price vehicle to depreciate. She basically said that as long as the vehicle remains unsold, the account will be left open and monthly reporting will be made until the vehicle is eventually sold. She was extremely rude, didnt show any empathy, didnt listen to understand what I was saying, instead she listened to basically respond. When I asked her why the vehicle has not been sold and its been almost a year she was unable to provide an answer. I told her I would be filing a complaint and pursuing legal action she the. Stated she will no longer be speaking to me and disconnected the call.

Since XX/XX/2020, I have called my auto loan company several times to resolve this error on my credit report. On XX/XX/2020, my auto loan company reported that my account is 90 days past due with the balance of {$1500.00} ( which included a repossession fee ) and that my car is being repossessed. I did not understand why my car is being repossessed when I made a payment to them on XX/XX/2020 of {$390.00}. Although my payment is usually due on the XXXX, I paid this amount without a late fee because one of their customer service representatives offered me their COVID-19 relief program on XX/XX/2020 around XXXX. According to this rep, the COVID-19 program would defer my payment for XXXX once I made the payment in XXXX and sent my job letter. Which I did as instructed. ( proof will be attached below ) The next time I call in XXXX to make a payment I hear my car is in repossessions. On XX/XX/2020 around XXXX - XXXXXXXX XXXX, I spoke to XXXX XXXX this situation and she said this occurred because their system did not acknowledge my payment made in XXXX nor was there record of the covid relief program being offered. I sent her a bank statement showing her that payment was made and sent my job letter. She agreed to honor the deferment and told me it would be updated by XX/XX/XXXX. It has not been updated nor was my covid relief offer acknowledge. As of XX/XX/2020, I have called multiple times about this issue still not being resolved and I am unable to speak to anyone.

I co-signed for a vehicle for my son in in XX/XX/XXXX. He used this car primarily for generation of income by driving for XXXX and XXXX. When the pandemic hit in XX/XX/XXXX, he was no longer able to pay the note due to COVID-19 restrictions. The car was soon repossessed in XX/XX/XXXX. Vehicle Solutions Corp has had the car in their possession and likely have resold the vehicle for over a year. They are still hitting my credit negatively with a new occurrence each month and this is vehicle. I spoke with the company and they refused my settlement offered in the XXXX 's because XXXX stated that it would be denied. They are only accepting payment in the XXXX 's, although he would not state a minimum amount. I was not asking for the repossession to be removed, but the continuous month to month negative hit for a car that my son no longer possesses and a car that was lost due to restrictions of COVID-19. They tout themselves to be a company that works on honesty, integrity and trust. I beg to differ because even though I explained to them that I was a co-signer, and the car was lost during the pandemic, due to real-life income restrictions, they refused to remove the on-going credits hits unless I pay {$1900.00} for a car no longer in our possession. Again, I am not asking for the repo to be removed ... just relief from monthly negative hit.

This company statement is deceptive and misleading. This company has violated rules FDCPA and FCRA. This company states that I made a payment on XX/XX/2021. Per my loan agreement my payments are due on the XXXX of every month. On XX/XX/2021 I made 2 payments totaling XXXX which meets my contractual obligation. This company continues to indulge in malicious intent by locking my account and stating that only a manager can process a payment. I have made several attempts daily to speak with only one manager that can process payments and unlock my account. The staff mainly speaks XXXX and is insanely rude and unprofessional. I have phone records to validate the timeframe of my calls. This company continuously engages in deceitful practices and intentionally makes it difficult to submit payments which is creating stress and is causing final harm to myself. I am requesting for Vehicle Solutions to provide accurate documentation that I have consistently submitted payments beyond 30 days late. Additionally I am asking for Vehicle Solutions to stop the deceitful practice of locking my accounts from on time payments. Also remove this false / inaccurate information from my credit report and provide a complete and accurate payments for all payments submitted for this account.

I bought a SUV from XXXX in XXXX XXXX, FL. I was having issues with them from the very beginning. They never in 6 months gave me a tag for the vehicle. They gave me a temp tag. After that first month they gave me a second temp tag. Months 3 they said they couldn't give me another temp tag. Problem is they never got my tag from the XXXX. I called the XXXX and they said that XXXX would have to get me a tag. At that point I had been stopped by the police because they never gave me a tag. I was riding around for 2 months with an expired temp tag. I went back and they gave me a third temp tag. I told them that I can't keep waiting for my tag. They said it would only take a week for my tag to come in. A week later, still no tag. After that month the third temp tag is now expired. Because I never got a real tag from XXXX my vehicle was towed from my appointment complex because of expired tags. When the vehicle was towed I told them that they can just take the vehicle back because I was tired of dealing with the waiting game that never ended. On top of that the loan company never sent me any paperwork for my loan and lost my first payment saying it was never maid when it was clear as day taken out of my account and the payment was made at the dealership.

I took out a car loan back in XX/XX/XXXX. I called the loan place towards the ending of XX/XX/XXXX letting them know I would no longer able to make payments due to me losing my job an they needed to come pick up the car. I moved away in XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX NV. They took a whole six months to come pick up the car because I had to call them back again in XXXX of XXXX to asked them why havent picked up the car yet so like a week later they came an got it. While me living in XXXX XXXX for the year of XXXX they had my account active and open charging me late payments for the whole year of XXXX as if I still had the car in my possession. I disputed it with XXXX credit union an they closed the account but still charging me those late payments with The same amount loan but the car has been resold for less the amount they are charging me. Also I wrote them a letter stating the same issues asking why are they still charging me an I give them 30days to respond if not this was my official request to have the loan deleted off my credit report. I sent the letter off as certified mail an it was delivered to them XX/XX/XXXX way before the whole Covid 19 took place. Also it has passed the 30 days since they received it an have not responded to my letter

My initial contact with XXXX and XXXX was on XX/XX/2022 when I sent a letter to both companies via certified mail that was delivered on XXXX and XX/XX/2022. After reviewing my credit report I noticed that an account from Vehicle Solutions Corp was reporting inaccurate information for alittle over a year and requested that the account be removed from my credit report. XXXX and XXXX sent me results of the investigation and stated the information was accurate however it is not and I can prove it in court that the information is not accurate. I have reached out to Vehicle Solutions on three separate occasions requesting that they remove the account from my credit reports. To date Vehicle Solutions Corp is still reporting in accurate information to my credit reports. No it is not my responsibility to tell a company what or how to report to the credit bureaus. The FCRA states that a company is not to report inaccurate, outdated, or invalidated accounts on a consumer 's credit file. It also states that its the credit bureaus responsibility to ensure that all information contained within a consumers ' credit file is accurate and free from errors. All three companies have failed to do this XXXX, Vehicle Solutions and XXXX.

I had a voluntary report in XX/XX/XXXX. Vehicle Solutions Corp took possession and continued to report monthly late payments of 120 days past due. The last report they made for 120 days past due was XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried contesting the late payments and balance owed for the past 9 months, with negative results. On XXXX I visited my local DMV to determine if the truck was still registered to me. It was later determined by a VIN search that Vehicle Solutions Corp Sold the truck on XXXX and registered in North Carolina. I immediately contacted Vehicle Solutions and reported what I have learned. XXXX Vehicle Solutions representative stated that They will continue to report late payments until I pay the balance of {$28000.00}. They can be reached at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I am requesting that all late payments be removed after date of repossession. Furthermore that I be reimbursed the {$5000.00} down-payment on the vehicle, due to the negative impact to my credit. It has caused me time, money, and emotional distress to try and correct the intentional and grossly inaccurate damge.

I purchased a vehicle via a dealership called XXXX in XXXX XXXX Florida. After four months of non registration of the vehicle, a time when payments and insurance was paid for, I filed a complaint with the XXXX in Florida. Multiple violations were found including the lack of payoff of a previous loan on said car. After a year of paying payments, repairs and insurance on this car, I returned it to the dealer as it was not able to legally sell it to me. Let alone carry a lien on it. this was almost three years ago. The finance company vehicle finance solutions out of XXXX XXXX Florida is not only grossly inaccurately reporting on my credit report which is affecting my life in horrific ways, both the balance is incredibly incorrect as well as the fact that they show the loan open which I can almost guarantee that is not true. This is effectively ruining my life and after multiple attempts to dispute via credit complaints that are still unresolved I dont know what my other options are anymore.

Once again, I have sent this company a cease and desist and demanded an Audit Trail, Debt Validation, Forward Floor Agreement and Invoice for when vehicle was sold after illegally being taken from my possession. Under CFPB consumer protection laws, this company must sent back this information and if they do not, must remove from my credit file.
