This saga with XXXX is XXXX commonplace issue XXXX XXXX, their XXXX lawsuit for [ lying ] cheating stealing from their own customer base, does n't magically go away!!!!. XXXX Irrefutable proof } of a problem here. Before I filed a complaint with the govt. and the california XXXX. I argued, complained, confronted there sloppy blunders, they twisted [ obscured ] with weak apologies and promises to correct?! # NEVER happened?! # I do n't need to call anyone XXXX times a month and XXXX about some stupid errors, that should of never happened. NOW, XXXX is circumventing your authority, sent this deceptive bill to 3rd party. ( vantage ) I called and XXXX faxed XXXX them XXXX today ] talked to someone named XXXX XXXX plus XXXX they say the conversation is recorded. I told them I am disputing there fraud and deceit, why they have XXXX tunnel vision ]?! # They told me XXXX has me down as a excellent customer since 2008!!!! Imagine that?! # I filed a grievance with their [ billing ] and sales dept. supervisor for the deceptive sales practice from their XXXX telesales ] _again_ they failed miserably to investigate. Part of this cryptic deceit starts with their salesman [ lying XXXX to me that there [ XXXX tablet ] is {$190.00} no contract!!!! THAT was the only reason I called them in [ first ] place. SIMPLE MINDED QUESTION/ HOW MUCH FOR A LAPTOP [ RETAIL ] __NO CONTRACT____?! # Does it get any plainer than that?! # They send me some junk XXXX tablet with a arbitrary contract XXXX years. Some convenient {$170.00} early termination fee. {$75.00} restocking fee. Outrageous incompetence. I never agreed to any of this or XXXX aware ] of any hidden clauses. I sent this junk back within XXXX days, they manipulated these blunders for XXXX months with there cryptic balance billing, [ before ] I finally got credit XXXX accountability ] for it. Disgraceful!!!! NOW sent this fraud and deceit to a collection agency [ pretending ] they do n't know there is an obvious problem here. I still have [ not ] received my refund and/or credit for there forwarding XXXX cryptic ] balance billing, that I and everyone pays in [ advance ] before you get your service turned on. HOW should this manipulated deception of the facts be treated?! # XXXXbreached_ their own arbitrary contract, with XXXX willful ] fraudulent and deceptive billing practices. Failed miserably in good faith and fair dealing business practices. Customer loyalty, and satisfaction. They are required to eat these billing blunders on good standing, taking responsibility for their outrageous billing blunders!!!!!!!!!!!! I have XXXX lines with them. I cancelled with rage distrust, complete dissatisfaction.

I received this email with an attachment which I do not want to open. They portray themselves as an employment agency with the title for their LLC as " sourcing and Support ''. This is false pretense & whoever approved the LLC name and nature of business should be fired. Also, there was no option for communication tactics that rules over email communication. I am not opening the attachment nor calling the numbers. I would like a cease filed on this company as email communication is a breach of security practices under the FDCPA privacy act. My laptop is connected to my work and now they can all see my personal information. I would like to know how they are able to communicate by email, they also do not state the fdcpa " this is an attempt to collect a debt.. '' '' '' Here is the body of the email but I am not opening the attachment to copy that and I do n't see a way to attach it. Nor did I give anyone permission from Vantage for email communication. Had a phone with XXXX get water damaged. Phone did n't work anymore. Bought out of contract with phone # 1 for XXXX bucks to verizon. Opened up new line for phone # 2 through XXXX wireless advocates online. Received phone, phone does not work or preoperly sync with previous XXXX account or XXXX music. Numerous issues with phone as it was not shipped properly ( literally in the factory packaging with no protection for shipping ). Returned phone before 2 weeks was up due to ineffective phone not working properly even to call people. Opened up alternate new line in last attempt to receive proper service with a working phone. Went through XXXX XXXX rather than online distributor. Even worse results with iphone not being able to update while contacted to wifi with multiple error codes and account issues and music issues again. Returned phone before 2 week period was up and was tied into contract. Tried again with alternative service provider and much better results. Do not want free service, I want a phone that works which could not be accomplished through XXXX and XXXX. XXXX reaches out saying you owe us {$78.00}. I call and talk to customer service. XXXX, a female representative, informs me they will call me back after getting manger approval after getting {$20.00} activation fee removed from account for now {$58.00} owed. They never do and I get new notice in the mail. New notice now claims {$220.00} is owed on account that has and already is closed. I can not login online to account due to it being closed, but every notice in the mail indicates it is different. Receive new letter saying - {$140.00} has been given back to me or accredited to my account. Receive new notice saying it is now {$560.00} both from XXXX and their collections agency XXXX. Calls have been made to family members from collection agency demanding to speak with me. XXXX refuses to solve anything with customer service reps and gives me same run around spiel. Nothing is getting solved. If I returned both phones and do not use any line with them and canceled the very first line out of my own pocket, why should I have to pay {$560.00} after they just informed me previously that they took {$140.00} off from the {$220.00}? None of the numbers are adding up, no XXXX customer rep can help me, and the bill keeps growing even though I do not owe anything for lines that have been canceled.

This letter is to XXXX and the collection company trying to To collect on debt that I do n't owe. I suffered because of XXXX detected SIM card that I paid the bill and I changed my phone 3 times and I was never able to use the phone but yet they made me pay for the phone bill and they made me pay for the phone in full. Due to the lack of knowledge of the XXXX tech support my phone was diagnosed with having a problem the phone itself, not the SIM card. Also without my knowledge, my contract Was extended from a 1 year to 2-year contract without My knowledge and it was not close to me over the phone or in writing by XXXX representative. My phone bill was not sent to me in without my authorization it was switched over to paper list that causes me not to receive my paper bill and I did not know I had a bill due. Due to the SIM car defect, the phone was turning off if I was not plug in. My life was put in danger of not having access to a phone while on the road and I still pay the bill to XXXX without being able to use the phone. I spent over 20 hours with XXXX representative To resolve the issue but unfortunately, they were not able to help me being fully aware that all the mistakes were made by XXXX. Each representative told me a different story than the other representative and I got so tired of it that I paid {$370.00} for the phone and I was told by the representative that I owe no more and I am free to go. After I signed up with XXXX again I received a bill in the mail from XXXX claiming that I owe them money so I went ahead and filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau which did n't resolve in anything. XXXX has put my life in danger they have collected from me over {$1000.00} and the fault was also their own and now they want money again. The choice is clear please close this account with a XXXX balance and send me a letter in the mail within the next 5 business days. If any page is reported to XXXX XXXX or XXXX by the collection agency or XXXX since this account is not valid I will not hesitate to file a lawsuit in include all the fees the hours of work and the hours I have spent with XXXX on the phone. I have all my bills including the one-year contract in the receipts for the phone.

XXXX is a greedy company to be frank. They have been harassing me by phone about a wireless internet service that I have not used in months ... very little or if any in the entire year of XX/XX/2016. I have had to file not XXXX, not XXXX, but XXXX complaints against them within the last several weeks with the FCC. I recently paid my last bill of {$65.00} for a service that I have not used in many months and cancelled the service. No one did not mention that I had anymore money to pay. Now, all of the sudden last week, I get a bill in the mail from a debt collection company called Vantage Sourcing XXXX for {$81.00} for a service that is cancelled and for a service that I have not used in many months. XXXX have sent me bills directly for years, but now all of a sudden, they send my bill to a debt collector. The only reason XXXX sent my extra bill to a debt collector is because I complained to the FCC 2 times about their harassing phone calls ... that 's the only reason! I 'm being made to pay an extra bill because XXXX is doing it out of spite, retribution, and revenge because I contacted the U.S. Government about them. After I cancelled my service, I received a statement saying my monthly fee is {$0.00}. But if I do n't owe anything, why am I being charged then??? XXXX is trying to make life hard on me, that 's why. I would like for the FCC, FTC, and the Department of Justice to investigate XXXX for their business practices ... something is not right here. The ceo of XXXX needs to be held accountable for the actions of this company period!!!

Vantage Sourcing claims I owe XXXX to XXXX XXXX, I have never been with XXXX and use XXXX currently and have been for quite sometime now. This is a ridiculously high amount even for a cell phone, I suspect the account is a family plan as the charge can not be for on line alone. I also believe that Vantage Sourcing has added on charges and or fees of their own as this amount is still too high for a family plan, I have never in my life had such a high utility bill even for gas, electric or cable. This is obviously fraud and someone used my name to open the account, possibly a relative. I have a cousin with the almost the same name, he goes by XXXX XXXX with no middle initial. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, the notice came in his name. I can not be for sure, however, I think he opened the account using my social security number. He might have done this as he may or may not have good enough credit to open an account.

I opened a new XXXX account on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and returned the device and cancelled the contract on XXXX XXXX, 2015. This was within the 14 day grace period as specified in the contract. I began receiving bills for an Early Termination Fee ( {$420.00} ) shortly after, and I contacted XXXX on XXXX separate occasions, once on XXXX/XXXX/15 and XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/15 where each time they assured me that the ETF was erroneous and would be removed. On XXXX/XXXX/15 I was contacted by Vantage Sourcing , LLC, a debt collector, claiming I owed {$420.00}. I have contacted XXXX many times since then, and after many hours on the phone they still will not remove the charge or even allow me to mail them proof that I returned the device and cancelled the contract within the specified grace period.

I have a collection agency that has been harasses my family for me and they tell everyone that they are the cops and they are putting me in jail and telling everyone they are a collection agency and they call me and tell me that they are going to put me in jail if I do n't give them my place of employment. And to top it all off I believe this bill is over 7 years old! I need help cause they are calling me all day on my cell phone and I 've told them several times to stop calling my cell phone. I worked out a partial resolution to an outstanding bill for XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX that XXXX XXXX claims I owe. I disputed the debt yet XXXX forwarded the debt to Vantage Sourcing ( a debt collector ). XXXX referred the full balance that was due for XX/XX/XXXX despite the fact I paid for the services provided during that month. In fact, XXXX agreed I was entitled to a partial refund. XXXX also sent the entire XX/XX/XXXX payment to collection when they did not provide cellular service to me during that time.

Have requested itemized bill regarding XXXX charges several times. I have NOT received itemized bill and Vantage Sourcing continues to call me DAILY. They claim that I continue to hang up on them and that I have never requested itemized bill which, is completely untrue. And, ironically they say that all calls are recorded and monitored but seemingly they can not go back and review to confirm that I have requested itemized bill and to not be called any more.

Vantage sources sent a form in the mail with an attempt to collect over {$700.00} from a XXXX account I suspended a few months back. The debt collectors claimed to file a law suit if I did not pay the money back within 30 days. I suspended the billing on the account the same month I had already paid the first bill. I should not owe these debt collectors and I confirmed with XXXX that I do not owe any sum of money to them personally.

I have received numerous emails and calls from a company claiming to be collecting a debt. They obviously have my name and telephone number. But they call to say I have a debt but I ca n't find out what it is unless I give them my SSN. They wo n't send anything via hard mail. I ran all of my credit reports and have no outstanding debts anywhere, so this is obviously a scam.
