I received a bill dated XX/XX/XXXX saying I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$19.00}. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX billing department on XX/XX/XXXX and they informed me that the bill was paid back in XX/XX/XXXX and that I owed nothing and had a XXXX balance on the account. I then called the XXXX phone number listed on the bill and they also agreed that I had a XXXX balance and that I should not have received the letter. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Vanguard Financial Services , Inc in XXXX, WV dated for XX/XX/XXXX saying that they were a debt collector trying to collect this same debt that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX already told me I had paid. I called both phone numbers listed on the letter ( XXXX and XXXX ) on XXXX and left messages both times giving them my information and telling them that I had paid the debt and that I had proof of debt payment. They never returned my calls. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX again on XXXX and again I was told that I owed XXXX dollars and that this company should not be trying to collect this debt. I called both phone numbers listed on the Vanguard Financial Services, Inc letter ( XXXX and XXXX ) on XXXX and both numbers rang repeatedly until an automated system said it could not transfer my call and hung up on me. I never pushed any buttons to be transferred, it simply ended the call. I XXXX Vanguard Financial Services, Inc in XXXX, WV and they have an " F '' rating with the XXXX with many unresolved complaints. I am beginning to wonder if this is an actual debt collector or if it is some type of scam. Most of the complaints on the XXXX site say that they have repeated issues with this company placing debts against their credit and that they are constantly fighting this company over debts they do not owe. I do not want this false debt to impact my credit. I have phone records and a copy of the check that XXXX XXXX 's deposited showing I paid the debt in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX 's is mailing, me a statement showing that it has been paid and that I owe XXXX dollars.

I moved from XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2015. When I left the complex, management said that they would keep my XXXX deposit and since there was only a month left, would not hold me to the lease. Additionally, my XXXX son and spilled bleach on an area of the carpet that both maintenance and management were made aware of. Both stated that it was time for that carpet to be replaced and not to worry about it. I never heard anything from anyone at XXXX XXXX. An acquaintance whose mother works for my ex husband took a position at XXXX XXXX after I moved from complex and this person abused their power and position and created a debt that never existed. As soon as this person took a management position with XXXX XXXX, she reported an erroneous amount of XXXX to Vanguard Financial Services four months after I had moved. I have disputed this with the credit bureaus and every dispute simply comes back in an expedited amount of time as " complies with FCRA '' which is does not. This is harassment and fraudulent.

I received a bill from debt collectors Vanguard Financial Services , Inc. in the mail stating that this is in advisement of a delinquent account and how it may be reported to a National Credit Reporting Agency. First that is abuse pursuant to 15 USC 1692 ( d ). I have no contract with Vanguard or anyone they might have bought my information from. Pursuant to 15 USC 6801 my information is mine and should not be shared unless authorized by me. I have no contract with Vanguard Financial Services , Inc . I have yet to witness a " wet ink '' signature between XXXX XXXX and Vanguard Financial Services , Inc nor have I ever received a True Bill in commerce in regards to this account. Vanguard has attempted to upon levy and/or trespass upon Me, the living woman, without due cause. There is NO valid contract.

There is no documentation that supports that I owe the {$80.00} medical debt that was sent to Vangaurd financial for collections. I have called Vangaurd financial and the doctors office and they were both unable to provide documentation of the {$80.00} that was due. Multiple people have had issues with Vangaurd Finacial putting negative charges towards their credit report. I was told by an employee at Vangaurd Financial to " pay it or don't, it doesn't matter. '' The original charge was supposed to take place in XX/XX/2016 and went into collections almost a year ago. I have tried multiple times to get it removed. I was on my parents insurance at the time of the charge so it should not have shown on my credit report anyways.

On XX/XX/2020 my daughter was seen at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They billed insurance for those services and insurance paid the amount they were supposed to. The full bill was then sent to a collection agency despite the fact that they had already been paid. The collection agency continued to try and collect the full amount from me despite being presented with documentation that the bill had been covered by insurance. I have been in contact with the debt collection agency numerous times about this issue but they are unwilling to resolve it.

I received a letter DATED XX/XX/2022 stating I had services at XXXX XXXX XXXX {$920.00}, but the letter came in very recently. I do not make many larger transactions, I have owned my car outright for over 3 years and do all maintenance personally, and I have never heard of XXXX XXXX It states I must write within 30 days or they will assume their information is correct. I do not wish to contact the company as I know this claim is false. I researched the company and all the reviews were stating they had a similar experience.

Vanguard Financial Services continues to attempt to collect a debt that was accrued in XX/XX/2013. I was a college student at the time and did not have medical coverage. I ended up in the emergency room with XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I was not able to pay the debt. It has since passed 7 years, and XXXX XXXX will not remove it because Vanguard keeps refreshing the date of submission to make the account look newer than it is.

Very upsetting I work for XXXX and have been suffering mental and physical anguish, our local non profit Medical company XXXX have been sending debt I was unable to pay on to A ) XXXX XXXX services which Is their own company and B ) Vanguard Financiancial services These are counting against my credit score! Vanguard reporting a unkown debt they claim I own to XXXX and refuse to validate this debt. They are reporting the account twice for the same amount.I have tried to resolve this by phone poor customer service over the phone sent dispute certified but no response from them.

Vanguard financial service has 8nserted this account in my experian report. The original creditor did not properly bill my HSA account. Vanguard will not send original account information like i requested or respond to calls to get this debt taken care of.
