I applied for an auto loan in person at Van Horn Auto Group with XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Sales XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. He gave me a computer to fill out my business credit application and proceeded to give me backup options including using my personal credit and or a cosigner. XXXX XXXX proceeded to ask me if i would be able to do a downpayment in some way. I was given false and deceptive information. Pursuant to 15 USC 1605A -a finance charge is sum of all charges. I was told I would receive a decision from the financing department in a few days. I was contacted by XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and i was told that a cosigner would be needed in order to receive the loan. I was denied credit even though I exercised my right to credit in good faith, my social security number/credit card was used and I received no benefit for it, my information was taken and communicated with third parties without my authorization, and I was discriminated against based off of my income. These are violations pursuant to 15 USC 1602F, 15 USC 1602G, 15 USC 1602L, 15 USC 1602P, 15 USC 1691a3, 15 USC 1691C, 15 USC 1692K, 15 USC 1691, 15 USC 1642, USC 1681M, 12 CFR 1002, 15 USC 1681N, and 15 USC 1681O and the Equal Opportunity Act as well as the Truth In Lending Act.
