XXXX XXXX calls me everyday to collect my daughter 's debt and I am willing to communicate with them. My daughter agreed and asked for something in writing. After this they continue to call but are changing their mind regarding the agreement. My daughter will not communicate with people because of her XXXX and they were willing to talk to me before. Now they are saying they spoke with her ( untrue ) and are telling me they know my name and where I live. To me this sounds like threats.
