USI Solutions , Inc. initiated calls midXX/XX/XXXX telling me I had an outstanding debt from a car I purchased in XXXX. They found that I had paid most of it in XXXX and was calling to collect the rest of the debt of {$2100.00}. The man on the phone was very polite and offered a quick payoff and to negotiate. He offered the payoff of {$1700.00}. I told him I didn't have that and he pressured me to pay off different amounts. After I told him I'd be willing to do payments, the line cut off and another man came on. He started pressuring me and threatening me with legal action and perhaps police to come to my house. He claimed that the company that had my debt went out of business. I know the car company also went out of business and that I have paid that car off because I wasn't able to get a license for some time. ( It was also a tense subject in my new marriage. ) I told him I wouldn't pay anything until I received something in writing. I did receive mail from them, but it was suspicious as it did not have a creditor name ( see attached ). They called again XX/XX/XXXX but I ignored their call. On XX/XX/XXXX, they called my wife and left a voice mail saying they needed to speak with me about a debt, which she forwarded to me. I called them back not knowing it was the same people. I spoke with a man named XXXX XXXX. He was polite and offered to resolve the matter for an over-the-phone payment then and there. I told him I couldn't do that. I fell in the gullible trap again and engaged him in conversation for about 22 minutes. I brought up the XXXX XXXX XXXX reports I had read ( https : XXXX XXXX and he disputed those. After I told him I'd make payments, the line cut off again and another man, XXXX XXXX, came on the phone and asked for my debit card number. I told him I didn't feel comfortable giving him that information over the phone and that I would happily go to the website he gave me and pay it there. He then said that for some FCC reasons, they could not accept online payments. ( Here is the website : http : //unitrustsolutionsinc.com/ ). There is a tab for online payment. I agreed to call him back after speaking with my wife. He told me since she was not on the account and that she had no say. I told him that it mattered because we are financial partners in our marriage and he finally hung up. I did research about statute of limitations and my rights as a consumer. I also found a lawsuit against USI Solutions in Illinois with the exact description of what was happening to me. Court date is scheduled this year. I also checked with the major US credit reporting companies and there is no record of that debt. The car dealership they said they represented went out of business years ago and by their admission, so did the debt collection agency they represented. I have now had to contact my personal relations and let them know that they might be harassed about this. I've had to report it to several state and federal agencies as well as flag my credit report. They have made me question my integrity and caused strife in my marriage.

A person contacted my employer about a credit card debt from XXXX of XXXX. They said they where an attorney verifying my employment to send court ordered garnishment papers. They left a phone number of XXXX ref # XXXX. My work gave me the information and I called the number. They were very vague about a lawsuit and then denied even calling my work. Then a man claiming to be an attorney, Mr. XXXX ( his name is the only information he would give XXXX told me he is looking at my credit report and that I don't look like I'm trustworthy and I had to pay the money of almost $ XXXX or be sued. He told me that I opened up a credit card in XXXX XXXX Washington back in the early XXXX 's. When I informed him I left XXXX Washington in XXXX to move to California he then gave me another number to call. He would not give me any information regarding his law firm. I called several more number after calling the one he gave me to get to a company called USI Solutions XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ext XXXX Ref # XXXX. There I spoke with a woman claiming to be a XXXX XXXX. She informed me that this was an attempt to collect a debt from XXXX XXXX back in XXXX. I informed her that to my knowledge I have never had a XXXX XXXX card and never lived in XXXX Washington in XXXX and In fact bought a house around that time in Ca. She told me it did not matter and that the debt was mine and I had to pay it in full right away or risk legal action against me. When I asked why they called my work she claimed they did not do that. And a few minutes later she said but if I paid it they would stop the garnishment. She said things like you must have forgot you had this credit card. Every time I asked for proof this was even my account she would then get very forceful and intimidating and say things like if I ask for proof then I would owe the full amount and they wouldn't be willing to settle for less. She kept insisting on a debit card and to at least pay {$25.00}. They had my address and phone numbers wrong and claimed they sent me notifications. This whole thing was embarrassing because they involved my employer, completely stressful with the feeling that I was being extorted for money and seriously interrupted my life in general. Since the phone call I have since found out that a debt that old has a statue of limitations which has ran out by many years. I have also NEVER been notified that I was being sued for wage garnishment or that I have even owed this debt. They also would not even give me proof the debt was mine. I honestly feel that a company claiming to be XXXX XXXX out of XXXX XXXX XXXX, Mr. XXXX falsely claimed he was an attorney and USI Solutions are all in violation of the law and use these tactics to extort money from people. Calling a persons work place to embarrass and humiliate them is not a right they have and further more to refuse to give them proof of a debt has to be illegal. California has a statute of limitations of four years for most types of debt, and XXXX was XXXX years ago on top of the fact I have never had a XXXX credit card!

On XX/XX/XXXX I received my first phone call from XXXX XXXX at USI Solutions Inc . He told me he was looking for my husband for an unpaid XXXX XXXX XXXX Visa card from XXXX. He said the unpaid balance was {$3600.00} and asked that I pay it. I told him that no I would not pay it, it is not my debt, and I have no knowledge of this. I told him I would let my husband know. 20 minutes later my father called and told me that XXXX XXXX was reaching out to him as well regarding his son-in-laws supposed debt. He called my father AFTER I talked to him. During this time my husband is travelling for work but I sent him a message with phone numbers, reference numbers etc so he can handle the situation. I called XXXX XXXX back after he called me again and I told him he needed to stop calling my family members. He put me on hold to talk to his supervisor, XXXX XXXX. After talking to XXXX and telling him that they have done nothing to legitimize their claim that my husband owes a past debt from XXXX he offers a settlement of {$1000.00}. I reminded him again that I was NOT going to pay this as it was not my debt. I told him that we have not received any correspondence prior to XX/XX/XXXX and he told me its because the attorney, Mr. XXXX 's business went out of business and Mr. XXXX himself has passed away. I told him again nothing you have said legitimizes this. He told me he would have someone send me a letter. I received a letter but as there has been no correspondence regarding this prior I did not open the letter afraid it may be spam. XXXX also asks if me and my husband are separated which I told him was none of his business. No we are not separated. My husband calls and talks to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I am unsure what the conversation was as he is travelling for work but on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX calls my office. He told me I was responsible for the debt because I live in a community property state. I got married in XXXX and I do not take on the liability of my husband 's " supposed '' debt prior to our marriage. He called me AFTER speaking to my husband who they claim owes the debt. I told him all of this and the call ended with me telling him to not call me again.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from USI Solutions , Inc demanding payment for a loan. After them that this was paid off, I received two emails dated XX/XX/XXXX from USI Solutions stating that the account was closed. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from a collection agency and because I wasn't sure if they were inquiring about the sane account, I called USI who proceeded to tell me that the file wasn't closed and that they were going to reopen it. I asked them to give me 24 hours to get home and research my records and that I would call them the next day. On XX/XX/XXXX I called USI back and agreed to a settlement of {$500.00} post dated to XX/XX/XXXX which would allow me more time to prove this was paid. I called USI today, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX CT to let them know not to process that {$500.00} payment which was due on XX/XX/XXXX and I wanted to request A Verification of Debt letter. The operator said that she could not process my request and that she would have an account manager call me back within a few minutes and he/she would discuss the matter with me. I never got a call from USI so at XXXX I called them back and spoke with another operator who congratulated me on making my payment and asked if I was calling to get my paid in full letter. I informed him that the ACH payment arrangement was for this coming Friday XX/XX/XXXX to which he responded that the payment was made today Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX. I then told him that I called earlier to stop the payment and was promised a call back and during that time his company went ahead and processed the payment. He told me that I would have to go to a website to request a refund along with proof of payment ( which I was able to find on old laptop ), to which I asked for either a manager or supervisor which he told me to call back tomorrow and ask for. I then asked for his information and he hung up on me.

I started to receive calls from a firm calling itself USI Solutions. The main number they call from is XXXX. The claim is that I continue to owe a small {$200.00} amount from a debt that I never owed to begin with. I originally began to receive notices from a law office in XXXX claiming a debt from a credit card I never had. No prior letters, no calls ... .just a letter out of the blue claiming that I owed money from a credit card I was supposed to have had in college in the XXXX time frame. I fought this tooth and nail and eventually I felt I had no choice other that to pay this. I made a deal with the law firm and paid the debt in full in XXXX. I received a letter stating that this debt was resolved with a XXXX balance. I never heard another word about this until last month. This was almost 13 years later. USI Solutions claim that the attorney I made the original deal with died and it is only now that his unpaid debts are coming to light. I made it clear that they have no right to collect on this based on the statute of limitations. The representative stated that he didn't care and he would call me for the next twenty years if he wanted to. They reused to provide any of the original documentation on the debt. They also refused to provide me with their license number to collect in my state. This company has harassed me relentlessly stating that I never paid the original debt in full in XXXX. They are stating I still owe {$200.00} on it. I advised the firm that all further contact needs to go through my attorney. I gave them my attorney 's contact information. They did not stop calling me and have now called my employer stating that they are trying to reach me to collect a debt. I am a XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX and this has caused tremendous issues for me.

I have received multiple calls to my home and answering service from a company called USI Solutions saying I owe approximately {$400.00} on a credit card from XXXX XXXX XXXX from 2009. The calls began on XX/XX/XXXX to my home number, no message was left, but they left a message with my answering service which is a XXXX service where you just leave a message. I returned the call on XX/XX/XXXX. They said they had mailed this information to my XXXX XXXX , which I told them I did not receive. I said I did not remember having any credit card with this Bank, and I did not owe this money. I may have had an issue with a credit card in the past but it had been resolved. They said they would email me the information, which they never did. They implied I was being belligerent by refusing to cooperate. The call got disconnected, and they accused me of hanging up. I asked them if I have owed this money for 9 years, why am I just hearing about this now? I have has the same address and phone number for 28 years. I have received NOTHING IN WRITING FROM THEM! I have continued to receive calls to my home phone on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, and my answering service on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, saying now that I had received the email from them, I should pay them what I owed. I obtained my credit report from XXXX, and I do not owe any money to any debt collectors or to XXXX XXXX XXXX cc. I refinanced my home one year ago, and I doubt I would be able to do so with a debt hanging over me. USI Solutions phone number is XXXX or XXXX, I spoke with XXXX at extension XXXX. I also spoke with her supervisor.

XX/XX/2019 To whom it may concern : I need assistance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I received a collection letter dated XX/XX/2019 from a collection agency by the name of XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX This collection agency is charging me for a fraudulent debt that is not mine, and I have never owed. The charges are fraudulent, and they are claiming that I owe a company by the name of USI Solutions , Inc. {$8000.00}. They have also listed another company by the name of XXXX XXXX Bank as the supposed Original Creditor. I want to report this collection agency, as well as its cohorts for trying to defraud me. I have never done business with these companies and this debt is a scam. This company is slandering my credit as well as my name, and I want any collection account, or any derogatory information that they have placed on my credit files removed immediately, and I want hard copy proof on their letter head that, that has been done, as well as I want written proof that this fraudulent collection account has been permanently removed from their companies files. I also want XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and it cohorts, to cease and desist from contacting me ever again with their fraudulent made up collection accounts. I looked up this USI Solutions Inc. and it appears that they and XXXX are working together to go after consumers with claims for fraudulent debts that they are creating, and the consumers do not owe, they are trying to get consumers to pay them for fraudulent debts. ( Copy of collection letter has been uploaded for the CFPB to review )

A Mr. XXXX XXXX contacted a family member earlier today and when he was asked how he got the number, Mr. XXXX stated it was listed on his paperwork as a contact number. Mr. XXXX was informed that was not a contact number for me and not to call the number again. Immediately following that conversation, Mr. XXXX contacted the same family member once again but this time it was on his cell phone. When asked how he got the number, Mr. XXXX stated it the number was listed on his paperwork as a contact number. Again, Mr. XXXX was told that was not a contact number and was not to call the number again. Neither number Mr. XXXX called has ever been listed on any type of paperwork as a point of contact, Mr. XXXX lied. The family member called me with Mr. XXXX XXXX contact information. Upon calling the number given and entering the extension number provided, I was connected with Mr. XXXX. The call was regarding an old private student loan account with XXXX XXXX that was paid more than ten ( 10 ) years ago. Mr. XXXX insisted the only way to remove the file from them and to stop collection proceedings would be to provide a letter showing the account paid. I again told him the debt had been paid more than ten ( 10 ) years ago and demanded that I not be contacted at any number again regarding the matter. He became very ugly and informed me that they would continue to contact me. I stated that I knew the law regarding this matter and they were not to contact me. He stated he knew the law also and they would continue to contact me. I hung up the phone.

XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX called me ( I am the XXXX for XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX. Said they are calling about a XXXX XXXX account from XXXX XXXX did not know what this was for. He told me that on XX/XX/XXXX and told my mother the same thing. My mother has XXXX and would have no way of knowing what this was for. I asked for proof and an agreement letter was emailed to me. I sent a response on XX/XX/XXXX. We have never heard anything else. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, someone called, I do not know her name. The telephone number was XXXX and she said she was calling from Pennsylvania. She told me that they own this debt and I had talked to her co worker. I told her that my mother doesn't owe them anything. She told me that at the end of the day my saying that means that it is owed and is a refusal to pay. They bought something that is not owed and they are trying to get my mother and/or me to pay for this. My sister paid an account in XXXX for my mother to XXXX XXXX but we have no proof because it was so long ago. My parents filed bankruptcy in XXXX and XXXX, XXXX XXXX pointed that out in our conversation. If this debt was owed in XXXX it would have been included in a bankruptcy We have never heard from this company or XXXX XXXX until XXXX of XXXX. My parents were removed from their home in XXXX and placed in the care of social services until I brought them to Virginia. I need someone to help with this harassment by USI for something that is not a valid debt. Copies attached.

I have been receiving calls for a few years now about a " loan '' that I took out. No one will provide me in the mail with any information, other than this case is now in " legal ''. Incredibly aggressive tactics, AND the story, most notably the date of when this loan was taken out has changed numerous times, depending on what company calls. Most dates seem to be in the XXXX to XXXX range, however, I am given an address that I have n't lived at since XXXX and an employer name I have n't worked at since XXXX and a XXXX ( I have never banked at XXXX ) This new company seems to have my current address and made an insinuation that I am " hiding '' something when I refused to provide the last XXXX of my SSN or Verify my address. I do n't know this company and I do not owe ANYONE any money, so I am a little bit nervous about sharing personal information over the phone to someone aggressive, ESPECIALLY when internet searches of this company reveal some pretty bad information, including their previous name of XXXX, who was seemingly sued multiple times for poor debt collection practices. They have also called my wife on her cell phone. I just want this to stop, I am not paying anyone, anything. I get up, go to work everyday, have good credit, and am a good person, I just wish these people would actually go and make an honest days living, instead of this. Thank you!

Sometime in XX/XX/2018, I started receiving phone calls from USI Solutions , Inc regarding a credit card from XXXX XXXX XXXX that was in collections ( and also had a judgment against me ). In wanting to clean up my credit, I agreed to make a payment of {$2400.00} to settle the account. I received a letter stating the settlement agreement on XX/XX/2018. I made the payment. on XX/XX/2018 I received a letter stating the account was paid in full. in the process of applying for a loan, I was told the judgement was still on my record and was owned/initiated by another company. I contacted that company and was told the account was never settled and they didn't know who USI Solutions is. on XX/XX/2018 I contacted USI Solutions, Inc and spoke to a XXXX XXXX, who was very rude to me. He first told me he didn't know what company they had purchased my account from, so then I ask for a verification of debt letter, for which he told me the account was closed, and then told me it would take 30 - 90 days to get a verification letter, and then told me I would have to speak to the woman who handled my account but she wasn't there that day. So now, not only do I still owe over {$4000.00} for the judgement account, I can not get information on from USI Solutions as to how they have the account and to get my money back.

On XX/XX/2018, I received 1 call on personal cell phone at XXXX. I was driving and could not answer. 20 minutes later when I had the opportunity to listen to the voice mail, it was identified as USI, a debt collector and I was given a number to call back and a reference number. I did not have time to call then but returned to my office. I arrived at my office at XXXX and was given a note that the same number had called and left a message for me to call. At XXXX XXXX I received a text from my son-in-law stating the same number had called him looking for me and left a message with him for me to call XXXX ext XXXX. This seems excessive and harassing as I am sure that other people were contacted and I have not heard from them yet. I called the number provided and extension and was sent to voice mail. I left a message that I contest the debt, wanted all calls stopped and to be contacted via US Mail. I additionally went to the web-site for USI and used the contact form to send them the same message and provided my mailing address there. The tactics of this kind of phone calling seems a violation of the FDCPA. If they can provide the information I requested and it is valid I will deal with it but it is harassing to call a bunch of numbers that are some-how linked to me to collect an unverified debt.

ON XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from USI Solutions stating that I owed money on a debt. Client : USI SOLUTIONS, INC Your Account Number : XXXX Original Creditor : XXXX CARD Original Account Number : XXXX Amount Due : {$7900.00} 1. They stated that in XX/XX/XXXX I was making payments, but that the law firm went out of business. Man on the phone stated he used to work for that law firm and because we had a " rapport '' he was trying to help me. He also stated that a statute of limitations doesn't exist for debt. After a back and forth I gave my email address only, and hung up on them, once they tried to pressure me into calling them back and set up payments. They also told me after 5 minutes of conversation, that this call was being recorded, something they are legally supposed to do at the beginning of the call. 2. I actually settled this debt years ago with another collector as it was passed on to someone else. It was removed from my credit report, of which I am now in good credit health. 3. Even if this debt wasn't updated in their systems, ( even though it was settled and they are now coming back at me after 8 years have passed ) they did not tell me that it is " time-barred '' and they couldn't pursue it legally. My XXXX XXXX credit card account, originally at XXXX XXXX XXXX, had missing statements ; address was being changed without notifying me, the cardholder. Amazing amounts of charges appeared & my requests for information as to what/when purchases were made, etc., were ignored. I ordered the account closed in XXXX & about $ XXXX in new charges suddenly appeared. Several monthly statements were still missing & I kept paying for the items I knew about, based on my records at that time. The bank & the account were bought by XXXX and the problem continued. There were several harassing phone calls each day, but I finally finished paying what I had owed, in XXXX. XXXX still refused to let me see what the fraudulent charges were for, and tried to sue me, until the alleged debt case was dismissed in XXXX Civil Court in XXXX. Several times since, different people have contacted me to claim I somehow owed them $ XXXX for this long-closed account. Now this XXXX Solutions company keeps having collectors try to intimidate me into paying what I can not owe. The XXXX demand form letter was delivered to an address I have never been associated with, and was recently forwarded to me by a concerned resident from the location it was delivered to. This looks like a criminal action on XXXX 's part.

I have received daily phone calls from a company called USI Solutions , Inc. Their address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX , PA . They claim that I was paying on a debt that was being collected by a previous debt collection company, almost a decade ago. And that the other company went out of business without me having paid off the debt, which was originally owed to XXXX. I do not owe a debt to XXXX and have no memory of ever having an outstanding debt with XXXX. I sent a letter to USI Solutions informing them that I am disputing the debt. The letter was mailed as a Priority Certified mail parcel, XX/XX/XXXX and arrived to the post office in XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. So far the post office is saying that no one from USI Solutions has attempted to pick up the mailed letter. I believe this is intentional and that they are not picking up the letter, as then there would be evidence that they had received the dispute letter. I suspect that they will wait a significant period of time to retrieve the letter, so that they can claim that it was received outside of the 30 day window. Now they have started calling my wife in addition to calling me. The Account # USI Solutions assigned to me was XXXX, and they stated that the original account from XXXX was XXXX.

As neither company have no written consent from the consumer or judgment from a court competent jurisdiction they have blatantly violated the FDCPA. To further there is no known or first hand knowledge or relationship with the two companies mentioned. This is TRESPASS and invasion of the consumers legally protected interest ( PRIVACY ). These companies are liable for violations under 15USC 1692ka1. THIS IS ALSO NOTICE TO CEASE AND DESIST ALL COMMUNICATION EFFORTS I would like to also ask are these companies in possession of the consumers social security number? If so then that is identity theft per 12CFR 1022.3h.If not then this is harassment per the FDCPA as they are trying to collect from the wrong person.

I have gotten several phone calls to my cell phone from a company called " USI Solutions '' calling from number XXXX and XXXX. The people that call say that they are collecting on a debt I have with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have no such debt that is owed and the representative treated me very rudely and started telling me about payments I allegedly made on this account back in 2009. On XX/XX/XXXX, I answered a call from XXXX from USI Solutions and told the person on the line that I didn't own the debt, and asked them to stop calling me. I used the phrase " cease and desist all contact '' and then asked to speak to a supervisor and repeated my request to " cease and desist all contact ''. Then, today, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from USI Solutions ( XXXX ) and I again repeated my request for them to stop calling me and told that I didn't owe the debt. The representative transferred me to several other representatives that taunted me and said that they would continue to call and that only written requests to stop calling would be honored. I requested the company 's mailing address information several times and the representative wouldn't give it to me and instead tried to convince me that I owed the debt.

A debt collector from USI Solutions in XXXX XXXX, Pennsylvania, called my office and attempted to get information regarding an alleged debt of my fiance. The caller gave my office personal information and names. The caller than attempted to call my personal line. I told him I knew nothing about it and asked him to stop calling my personal number and to stop being aggressive and inappropriate with my office that I and they knew nothing about the matter. In a very threatening tone he then told me that he could and would continue to call anyone he wanted to in an attempt to find the individual he was trying to locate. My fiance supposedly even though it is a very common name. He said I had been " listed '' as a reference which I don't believe to be true and he made statements such as that he knew I had " passed along '' the information and that we needed to " stop dodging '' his phone calls. All of this is completely inappropriate and upsetting and I feel very intruded upon and was threatened with further harassment both personally and professionally regarding a matter I know absolutely nothing about and to which I have no legitimate connection. The calls originated from 2 numbers : XXXX and XXXX. Thank you.

I was called and left a voicemail by USI Solutions about collection on a debt owed on XX/XX/XXXX. Was told to call back XXXX and ask for XXXX XXXX at ext. XXXX with Ref # XXXX. I called them on XX/XX/XXXX and the phone was answered by a gentleman named XXXX XXXX. I asked him to speak to XXXX XXXX at ext. XXXX. He said that she was not there and he would help me. He identified himself as the president and owner of the company. He said that he was working the phones for the afternoon. He told me that the debt was for a XXXX XXXX from XXXX and that I owed {$1800.00} however he was willing to take {$1000.00} and call it good. He asked me for a credit card number to collect the money. I told Mr. XXXX that I did not have a credit card to give him and that I needed to talk to my husband. I do not remember having a XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I told him that I was not going to just give him money for a possible debt that was over 11 years old, especially for something that is not even on my credit report. He told me to look at this as good news, not bad. That as soon as I paid the money that I owed him, he would no longer call me. I told him once again that I wasn't going to give him information over the phone.

Received a notice today from XXXX with a " account number '' and a request to settle a debt of $ XXXX for $ XXXX. Alleged debt is from XXXX. I have never received a required VOD notice under the FDCPA, XXXX XXXX letter gives you no options to dispute the debt and their tactics are very deceptive and abusive. On the back of the alleged account statement in fine print is the following notice " The law limits how long you can be sued on a debt. Because of the age of your debt USI Solutions Inc can not sue you for it and this debt can not be reported to any credit reporting agency. XXXX XXXX, XXXX can not sue you on this debt and XXXX XXXX, XXXX can not report this debt to any credit reporting agency. '' This notice is clearly a UDAAP violation. Also I have no idea who USI Solutions is and again have never received a VOD notice. Recommend the Bureau send this to Enforcement and bring an action against both companies. Also recommend the Bureau continue their work on Reg. F, which will help fix these predatory tactics. Finally XXXX and USI Solutions ( whoever they are ) must cease and desist all communications with me as I do not owe this debt, do not know this debt and do not know these companies.

Ill be contacting the FBI. Yesterday I received a letter from a collection agency XXXX XXXX, inc stating that I owe {$1100.00} to USI Solutions for a debt originally belonging to XXXX. I do not owe any money to any source for any reason ... I have absolutely perfect credit and zero outstanding debt anywhere. I see nothing on my credit reports regarding this debt. I have absolutely no negative information on my reports. Out of the blue I received this strange letter offering To settle the debt for {$290.00} and Im told I have until XX/XX/20 to send payment. I never heard of this company and theres vague information in this letter regarding this mysterious debt. I searched online and this company seems like they are scamming a lot of people. The better business bureau pages are filled with complaints. I do not owe any money to anyone. I am not responsible for this debt and I find it alarming how all these companies have very little info on websites. All they have on website is a credit payment option and nothing regarding the bill I am being asked to pay. This is clearly a scam and I think these people need to be shut down fast. I know my right and this debt does not belong to me.

On XX/XX/2020, I spoke with XXXX XXXX at USI Solutions after she left a voicemail on my phone as well as my mother 's phone. Her extension was Ms. XXXX told me that I owed a debt to XXXX XXXX, which I do not. XXXX XXXX is a scam website that purportedly sells airline tickets. After purchasing a ticket off of the website, I received a ticket that was in the wrong name. The XXXX XXXX refused to refund my money. I called my credit card company XXXX XXXX, and they refunded me the money. Ms. XXXX incorrectly told me that I owe money, which is the first problem. Ms. XXXX indicated that USI Solutions and XXXX XXXX would report the debt negatively on my credit. To make matters worse, Ms. XXXX then told me that I would be banned from flying on all major airlines if I did not pay the debt ( which again I do not owe ). Not only is this a lie, but it felt like a threat. I hope that USI Solutions will provide the recording where Ms. XXXX acted illegally. Please see the following reviews for examples of XXXX XXXX fraudulent practices : XXXX XXXX XXXX

The company apparently just got my file from their " client '' yesterday, however, they made up a lie and said that my boss 's cell phone and his " ex wife 's '' cell phone were both listed as being mine so they tried to reach them. They called them at XXXX XXXX and lied to me about contacting them. That is harassment. They called me 2 times, no messages left. I don't answer numbers that I don't know and I return calls that leave messages. They are harassing and the manager actually hung up the phone on me when I asked for his direct contact information in order to handle the harassment. I never gave them permission to contact anyone, therefore, they should not be contacting my boss on his personal cell phone at XXXX XXXX XXXX. My personal business is nobody else 's business, especially not my boss and his ex wife!! This is also a debt that is from XX/XX/2007 that is out of the statute of limitations and their contacting my boss and reveling that they are collecting a debt from me is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I received a collection letter from USI Solutions , Inc. Dated XX/XX/2019 stating I owe the amount of {$52.00} to a Company called XXXX XXXX, ( attached ). I informed them in writing ( attached ) on XX/XX/2019 that I knew noting about this Debt nor have I ever done business with XXXX XXXX, this was within the 30 days they stipulated in their letter. My letter was sent certified mail and it was signed for by their representative on XX/XX/2019 ( attached ). As of today XX/XX/2019 I have not had a reply from USI Solutions , Inc. even though I specifically asked for a reply. My understanding is they have 30 days to reply and we are well past that deadline. My concern is not so much as the dollar amount since it is a relatively small amount, but the fact I know nothing about this Debt or XXXX XXXX and I need to get to the bottom of this before my credit is impacted for a debt that I do not owe. I keep receiving debt collection phone calls from XXXX. When I call them back, they identify themselves as USI Solutions Inc most of the time, sometimes they identify themselves with a fictitious or illegible company name. When they leave a voicemail, they identify themselves a USI Solutions Inc. The calls are in regards to a XXXX account prior to their acquisition by XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I told the debt collector that it was n't my debt and asked her to mail verification. She told me they were " not in the letter business. '' They wo n't even provide me with an account number for the alleged debt. I never received any verification or notification of rights. I called XXXX to try to verify the debt myself, and they have no record of it. They call every single day and if I attempt to communicate with them, they are very rude and talk over me with blatantly inaccurate information.

In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX with Usi Solutions stating they were the current creditor for a debt that was not owed by myself. I sent out a letter requesting verification and proof of the debt immediately and received no response from the company. My letter was sent certified and I have proof it was delivered. XX/XX/XXXX I received a voicemail stating it was about a judgement being put against me. I called back and they stated they were taking me to court and going to add the judgement to my credit report. The person on the phone said they have a photo ID tied to this, not sure how that is even possible, and read my FULL social security number to me over the phone. I told them they could send whatever paperwork they need to me as I will be disputing it as I had when I initially received the paperwork and did not get a response.

USI Solutions, Inc has contacted me several times between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have requested a copy of the signed note and was refused each time. Three times I was placed on hold and hung up on. XX/XX/XXXX I again requested proof and was accused of playing games and stalling. I was offered my social security number as proof. During repeated attempts to be cordial I was berated for my age, maturity, character and being bitter about a previous relationship. I then asked for transcripts of the conversation we had been having and was also denied. After a few futial attempts in my requests and being placed on hold six times I was connected to a Manager. The self declared manager also refused proof and transcripts of our conversations. It was after going around a few times in my request that I hung up.

I received a call from XXXX XXXX at USI stating that I owed a debt from the 1990 's. He stated it was a credit card from XXXX. The debt was originally with an attorney named XXXX XXXX. The debt was paid in full approx 15 years ago. I told XXXX the debt had been satisfied. He claimed there was still a balance and that I had stopped making payments so now they had the debt. Again, I told him the debt had been satisfied in full hence no payments for 15 years. I told him to get the records from the attorney that settled the debt and he told me the attorney had died, although, I found him online, still practicing, alive and well. He just kept asking me over and over again if I was going to pay the debt. Since then, I have scoured my credit reports, called XXXX and verified, I have no debt with XXXX.

I have an old outstanding credit card debt that I am currently paying to a debt collector, USI Solutions , Inc. on a monthly bank draft for {$150.00}. The debt collector assigned to my account will call me to attempt to close out the account with an agreed amount, which I have not been able to do. If I do not answer the phone for any reason, he immediately calls my sons, wife, and an old business partner which have nothing to do with my debt. I 've tried to reason with him and have told him to stop calling people who have nothing to do with this, but he persists and continues to call them, actually calling one of my sons this morning three times within a XXXX minute period on his cell phone. I want this to stop. I have an agreement with them, and I 'm doing my part.

Received repeated automated calls from several different numbers stating that action was being taken against me. When I press 1 to speak to a person, they say I owe a debt for a credit card that went to collections. Per the attached document, I settled this debt in 2015. Their response was that they don't work on commission so why would they lie. I don't care if you work on commission, I don't owe any money on this account, please stop calling. After several to attempts to explain that the debt is paid, they sent the attached letter saying that due to lack information provided, they have been unable to complete their investigation of my account. I then mailed them the attached letter showing no money due for the account in questions, and continue to receive calls.

This company continues to call me numerous times during the day on multiple occasions. It is a recording system saying to please hold and have your information ready. These calls are disruptive and not to mention have taken up so much space in my voice mail inbox by the robotic automated message. I believe the website is XXXX XXXX XXXX in the last call I threatened legal action. I am still on auto-dialer, but no one will pick up and it does not go to voicemail when I call back.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter stating I owed {$860.00} in debt to a credit card from XXXX. When I initially called the rep said he could not find who it was I owed, I called again and was informed of this debt. I don't remember this card, and I did go through some old documents in my home and I have no records of this card. The company is unable to prove to me I owe the debt stating the company is no longer in business. I feel as if I am being scammed and coerced into paying money.
