I started XXXX XXXX around XXXX of XXXX i believe, i was very excited to start XXXX XXXX XXXX, my only problem is its not in a hands on classroom only online. my grades was a success, i mean i made nothing under a XXXX average, everything was an Grade " XXXX XXXX or a high " XXXX i was excited, i knew it would be a journey but i was prepared, the problem arose months later when it was very hard communicating with student services, having to make online appts for the professor at XXXX to assit you with passwords locks, and system errors, and complications with the web pages, and apps, now i purchased a brand new laptop which was not the problem.I was determined to finish and complete the course so i vigoursly studied and put in extra time to take not just one test a week but actually 2-3 in which im sure my professor was impressed because when i did hear back from him he was bragging that i was doing extremely well and my grades were excellent. i was proud of myself. there was problems out of the website for XXXX and no matter how long it took i was dedicated to trying to resolve it with the school, uncfortunately it was still glitchy ad was not trying to put me in the system not for tests because i had not one problem with that only with the XXXX XXXX XXXX downloadable app, in which there was no problem installing on my device, but the school system was kicking me out and saying my password was incorrect even after me and the professor with back and forth online, and even via communicating over the phone to get the correct info for log in but to no avail i was still receiving error messages on my end and he exhausted i guess. soon after my mother who lived around the corner suddenly got ill within a month time and then she passed away and i and my children had four more overwhelming tragic deaths that hit our family hard, and it was too overwhelming, so i took like 2 months off of class work but by then i was already at 89 % of completion and my grade point average i believe then went from an XXXX average to like a XXXX grade point average if not mistaken, i was heartbroken, and couldn't concentrate on studies, i basically was still determined to keep going when i was able to mentally and emotionally just finish and give it my all, the school offered a deference for like 2-3 months for me which i was totally grateful and i i think that may have started in XXXX of XXXX i believe, or stopped at XXXX XXXX either way i did have to start back paying like {$100.00} or {$100.00} dollars per month. so the total school contract was like XXXX so i paid from XXXX to XXXX and i know i sent off a payment certainly XX/XX/XXXX, in which all of my payments came out of Persons banking company from my debit card each month and i can provide statements to CFPB to prove that. also i was being charged a late fee in which included if i was like a day late i believe but from my understanding my payments was on auto draft, but however since my email was hacked and i had to get new card issued out also because it was lost/stolen from that bank it may have tried on those cards unsure but i also did let XXXX know i would continue paying them but then they had sent my school account as delinquent to a collection agency several of months later, and by then i was no longer residing at that same address, my landlord decided to sale the property as opposed to continue to rent it out, i was in aggreance since i was there for 7 years and needed to move to an difference environment and raise my family. i was although displaced, and after covid hit there was extinuating circumstances that prevented people from renting, and there was discriminatory practices, scams, and monetary issues with people that prevented certain things, everything was higher, unavoidable emergenies, and financial situations. i did try to continue my payment plan witht he school, and told them i wanted my certificate, they refused me receiving it saying " its just like you have to start all over again and repay the same thing you already paid out to us from the beginning '', i didnt feel this was necessary or even fair because i paid out that already i think in actuality i had two months left of paying my balance off but the school would not allow it they wanted the balance of XXXX all over again. like i said i have proof of all the times i sent them money to the school because each payment i screenshot it and it was withdrawn from my bank account. i just had like one assignment left to do in that classroom in which there was several print outs on web of their school that i did satisfactory complete that assignment, there was no professor in site after the last password tech issues i was facing, come to find out the school did mention they kicked me out the system after a late payment but soon after i paid it i still couldnt retrieve the correct password and log in like i had before so basically iwas on that site for two days on the last part of the course, i had like the pharmacy scripts, and the test for that and the exam, and i emailed professor, called XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, even decided to come to norcross in which they forbid because they said no students come to campus or whatnot, so my communication was limited, i had no assistance, unsure what happened to the professor but his emails and the appts online was going ignore/unanswered,. from my understanding the school had to give me externship via XXXX and another pharmacy companies in which they did in fact state and then there was drug testing from a lab in area, and background checks, even testing centers available to do the certification, but thats a misconception, deception, false advertisemtn whatever you want to call it because soon as you are about to finish the course they will tell you otherwise about how you have to go through another process that they never told you about, now i could of received licensing through another government agency as long as i was enrolled in XXXX so i really didnt need the certification, also received job offers from XXXX pharmacy even with a license pharmacy didnt need a certification, they train, and pay for XXXX but XXXX was withholding things, like when the testing center requested that they pay like XXXX does state when students go to test at the XXXX XXXX in georgia they pay themselves, that info was disceptive because they said we are not going to pay. so its a false advertising just to get your money. so now im stuff without ac career or the income that i previous had and they are wanting me to pay back two years worth of money i paid within a year to them.

I received a copy of my credit report and saw that USCB had attached a collection account to my credit for a delinquent account with XXXX XXXX opened XX/XX/XXXX. This does not belong to me. I contacted USCB and spoke to XXXX XXXX and stated I wanted to dispute the negative information on my credit as the account did not belong to me. I requested he mail me a validation of debt along with the original application and signature. I allowed far more than XXXX days to receive this information and I have received nothing. I then contacted USCB via the email address on their website as this is a form of electronic communication. First and foremost, the email address on their website has the wrong extension being XXXX when the correct extension is XXXX which suggests this is an intentional means to further ignore customer requests. It states on the website that the email address was to address consumer claims, however, without realizing the email address provided is incorrect, USCB simply states they received nothing. Again, this is against fair debt collection practice in addition to being in violation of the XXXX. I checked my report today XX/XX/XXXX and I noticed USCB is again attaching erroneous and fraudulent accounts to my credit report that do not belong to me. I have never done business with either company at any time. The other collection is from XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is not my account. This is reported as an account opened in XX/XX/XXXX. Again, never have I done business with this company. USCB does not send validation of debts, or the original application and signature as requested. USCB is in violation of the consumer protection laws, and they are in violation of the XXXX. I have spoken directly to USCB and I have disputed the account and they have provided no information and they have not corrected my credit report. I intend on following up and taking the necessary steps to completely and fully remedy the situation and see to it that USCB takes responsibility for the violations. There are penalties and damages imposed on debt XXXX who attempt to collect a fraudulent erroneous debt and for violating the XXXX. This is the second time I have complained about this account being on my credit. I enrolled in XXXX XXXX back in XXXX or XXXX of 2018. I did a few assignments on introductory to high school and cancelled. I guess that didnt matter when I stated in my last report that I had canceled and they straight up lied saying that I hadnt canceled. I started receiving phone calls DAILY, two or three times a day saying that I owed money to them. I did not take or finish any courses at all. It was only the first part of introduction to high school. This should not be considered a student loan because money was not distributed to me to pay for anything like books or whatever else a student loan would cover. I have complained before about this companys shifty policies and I know that Im not the only person that has had an issue with them. I have been working slowly on my credit and take full responsibility for the credit that I do owe. However, I do not owe XXXX XXXX {$1300.00}! I dont owe them anything! I am not paying {$1300.00} for an introductory course to High school. That is just ridiculous! For one I logged into my account with them for the first time since canceling and the number do not match! My account with them states that I owe {$1000.00}. As I stated before I dont owe anything as I did cancel. I humbly ask that this be removed from my credit from all 3 Credit Bureaus and ask that this company is looked into for their shady policies and tactics. i am a XXXX this school and i have tried them to set up payment arrangement 's to at least pay a little something to show them that i am trying to catch everything up to standard and i have tried to call them plenty times to let them know what i can pay and i have also informed this school that i am on a fixed income and that i have other financial obligations like purchasing food and other things as well. but when i have tried to talk with someone no one never answered my phone calls and i have even left messages for them to returned my calls but the phone phone calls was not returned. but every since this virus is out here in this world they want me to pay all this money and i would not be amazed at all if they are charging interest due to this virus. no not at all. and that is what all are the companies are doing. these day 's. using this virus as a excuse to over charge the consumers for services that the people and the consumers did not cause. i feel that as consumers should not have to pay for a virus that they did not cause and i feel that they should not be over charged for services and for people that are on a fixed fixed income and struggling to feed their families and loved ones. and there is no work going on right now due to this very deadly virus that is taking the lives of family member 's and loved ones. and keep in mind that this company and all other companies are not the only ones that has to eat and provide for their families and loved ones. and now these companies are using these scare tactic 's to get more money to support their families.

I spoke with a man on XX/XX/2018 and asked him about this account, I told him I had no idea the account was in collections. He told me, they had the incorrect address and telephone number listed for me. I told him the telephone number has been the same for the last two years and I did not receive one phone call from the school or collection agency at all. I was told the account had been in their office since XX/XX/2018, and the only reason I knew about the account is because I went online to continue my classes and was directed to call the collection agency. I was shocked I had no notice prior to account being in collections nor after. I asked the representative if this account had been reported ( he told me No ) and did not tell me it will be reported in the future. I explained I needed to call back to speak wit my parents to try and borrow some money so this payment would not be a strain on me later. I called today once I make the payment on the account and told the representative ( lady ) that I was upset because the gentlemen did not disclose this account was due to be reported. I asked for the manger to pull the call and call back because I know calls should be recorded as well. I made the payment and told the representative a complaint will be filed because this is unfair practices. This should not be on my credit report, I did not have a chance to dispute it or make an arrangement prior to reporting this as well. I know collection agency did not make a fair attempt to contact me.

I have diligently reviewed my consumer rights as outlined by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), which clearly states that consumers have the right to dispute any inaccuracies or misleading information on their credit reports. As evidence of USCB Corporation 's violation, I have gathered supporting documentation which can attest to the deceptive practices employed by this company. It is prohibited under 15 U.S.C. 1692d ( 2 ) to use obscene or profane language or language that intends to abuse the hearer or reader. Additionally, it is prohibited under 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 10 ) to use false representations or deceptive means to collect a debt or obtain information about a consumer. I am not interested in validations or verifications. My main concern is the false and erroneous reporting of information on my consumer report. This derogatory account, along with other negative details, needs to be promptly removed from my consumer reports. This is 3rd call I received a call from a company called USCB Corporation XXXX. The first two times were hang ups but this the woman didn't say anything until I said " hello '' a 3rd time. When she finally started talking, she asked for my name. When I gave her my name she started saying " this attempt to collect a debt '' then proceeded to say it was for an online course. I told her I didn't take an online course. She says, " Yes you did, it was an online course, I said " with whom '', she says " " XXXX XXXX '' I said " I don't know what you are talking about, I didn't sign up for an online course ''. She then says " I can send you the bill, if you just give me your date of birth '' ... Me : " just send me the bill and I will call back to dispute it '' Her : " I'll send you the bill once you give me your date of birth '' Me : " If you have my address, why don't you send me the bill? I was in good standing, had some financial problems after a few deaths in the family, called asked for a deferred payment since I only owed less than {$200.00} ( XXXX more payments ) and I was n't even 1/2 through the class was told ok but they took it out of my acct any way putting my account in the negative, when I called again and asked why it happened I was cursed out, called all types of names and that I do n't want to pay. So I cancelled from credit union that they can no longer withdraw funds from my account, then that followed with more threatening phone calls until I had my number changed. Have received settlement letters with reduced price, but I wasnt even taking the class anymore and had only XXXX more payments, if they would have deferred just XXXX payment like they had agreed, instead of costing me more money in overdraft fees, I could have paid the next XXXX payments and finished the class. I paid way more than the materials and lessons I received. I even tried to tell them I would pay if I was aloud to finish the class, but that was before I was called names and receiving the threatening calls.

I took a course with the XXXX XXXX XXXX with monthly installment payments. I didn't complete payment of the course and they sent it to a collection Agency called UCSB Corporation. My account number as reflected on my credit report as XXXX. I settled the account in full for a lesser amount and they told me my credit bureau report would show a XXXX balance. However on my XXXX credit report, it's still showing I owe a balance to the school for {$170.00}. I contacted the school and they informed me I still have a balance of {$170.00} and I would need to contact the collection agency because I made the agreement with them. This is a gross misrepresenation by the collection and I've repeatably requested a receipt and they claimed they emailed, faxed it, but I've never received it. They also stated they would mail me a receipt, but I've never received anything in the mail. The XXXX XXXX XXXX is at XXXX. If UCSB Corporation didn't have the authority to settle the account in full, then I would've never paid them and negotiated directly with the institution

Recently, I received a copy of my credit report and found several inquiries and accounts on my credit report that were not opened by me ( See attached Police Report ). I don't have any knowledge of these accounts being open. They were opened fraudulently. I understand that under federal law, ( Sec.602 ( a ) ( b ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. ) unauthorized inquiries, and fraudulent accounts shall not be allowed to be placed on my file unless I have approved it.The presence of these fraudulent accounts and inquiries on my credit report constitutes inaccurate information, which must be removed under the ( Sec.602 ( a ) ( b ) ) Fair Credit Reporting Act. I no knowledge of this account, let alone opening account and attending a school, that I clearly didn't attend. I don't no idea, how this institution got ahold of my personal information. I sent the Original Creditor a letter from FTC stating that this account is fraudulent. I called about two weeks ago, regarding this account and if they received the fraud letter, from the FTC. I was told by XXXX XXXX that I would need to send another one in. I even disputed this account with all three bureaus. A week later, I received a notification saying the account was verified by the creditor. I then asked all three bureaus, to provide me with any documents and/or contacts proving that I am responsible for this debt. I haven't received anything yet. XXXX will not allow me to dispute item again, XXXX is reporting this account twice. One as a open account and another in collections. You're my last hope.

I 've sent several letters to USCB Corp., requesting owner validation of debt and, ( although the account is in collection ) I was told by the collection agency mentioned above that, " We are not the owners of this debt. We have been hired by XXXX Schools to collect your past due tuition ... '' They went on to say, " You can certainly contact the school directly ... '' I recently learned the FCRA and FDCPA, legislations, and that I have the right to request " documents and evidence as proof that they are legal owners of the debt and that they can legally accept payment on it ''. If the collection agency does not or can not fulfill the request, the debt is supposed to be removed. It is also my understanding, that the collection agent should not suggest I fill out forms to validate the account, or suggest I call the original creditor, to validate that the collection agency is legitimate.

I called USCB on XX/XX/XXXX tried to explain to them I never attended a school call XXXX XXXX XXXX. I explain to them that might be mistaken identity or I was a victim of identify theft. I ask them if they can send me to proof of enrollment such as driver license and my high school transcript that is required to attend any school. They lady on the phone told they dont keep such records. She informed this was enrollment fee. I ask for fraud affidavit she refuse to send me one. I explain I can make a police report stating that I was victim of identify theft and I can send that to their office so this can resolved. She explain to me that sending that will no make no difference. Only thing will resolve this account is payment. I ask if made the payment will she be able to send me out fraud affidavit. I went ahead and paid the XXXX balance.

I entered a consumer credit transaction with USCB CORPORATION and as a result they used my credit card ( as described in 15 USC 1602 ) and was extended credit in a consumer credit sale. they are now claiming that they originated the credit I extended to them, in which constitutes fraud, the alleged interest not included in the finance charge ( sum of all charges ) Pursuant to federal law They have committed fraud and several violations of the FDCPA and TILA. They are now threatening me for an alleged debt that USCB CORPORATION claim I owe. I never received a Material Disclosure of any of the information that was supposed to be provided to me. USCB CORPORATION has taken an unfair advantage of me as a consumer and they should be held accountable for deceiving me and not validating the debt.

Noticed a collection account from USCB. The original creditor states XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have absolutely no knowledge of this account. Requested validation of debt and original application and signature. I have received no correspondence at all. Basically, I filed a complaint about this same reason about this same debt collector. Basically, it is the same exact situation as the previous complaint filed for another erroneous debt in which documentation was requested over XXXX days ago with XXXX XXXX who has obviously ignored my request, ignored my request to dispute this information and who is further reporting inaccurate, false, erroneous information to the credit bureaus. If this is not resolved, I will seek alternative measures to remedy the situation.

USCB has mailed me several unwanted notices and violated my privacy several times. The last notice I received contained many violations pertaining to the FDCPA. The notice contained this is an attempt to collect a debt and stated if I did not respond the company would assume the debt was accurate. Both of these violations fall under the stipulations 15 Us C 1692 states not to do. The company has also attempted to contact me at the the most inconvenient times of the day. I called XXXX to ask them to cease communication. The representative assured me the system contain notations of me asking how I can get the account back in good standing. I never spoke to anyone at USCB nor gave them permission to XXXX me about a debt they cant validate.

In XXXX I XXXX XXXX enrolled in XXXX XXXX to acquire a certification in XXXX XXXX.As I progressed in the course of study, Unfortunately I acquired XXXX in XXXX. I subsequently notified The XXXX XXXX. The XXXX XXXX assured me they would cancel my account. Due to the reports I received I was not going to make it due to my condition. In the XXXX XXXX my account was canceled. But my account was sent to USCB XXXX XXXX Its on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX Reports. I called XXXX XXXX and inquired as to why and how was this done. Last week i called USCB corporation to fix a new account put in collections in my name. I have never heard of such account. The charged was for registration fee with a local community college, years ago i have already called the local community college and they had removed the fee.
