Today XX/XX/2022, I spoke with XXXX XXXX with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX She stated that they were a collection agency and that any information obtained will be used to collect debt. She asked For my information and stated that I owe a debt to Their client alteon health. I informed her that Ive never had any business with XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX and also that i have state covered medical insurance through caresource and all of my medical bills are covered. I never gave anyone my written permission to furnish anything on my credit report. She refused to listen to my rights i am entitled to and also laws. She has also refused to remove this inaccurate unauthorized account from my credit report XXXX XXXX has stole my identity and sold it to XXXX XXXX collection agency as the representative stated XXXX XXXX is their client. I have disputed this debt with alteon which was supposed to be resolved and ceased but instead they sold this debt to third party people. According to ; 15 USC 6802. States- NO financial institution is supposed to share my information to third party people. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. states i have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A section 2 : also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. Also, according to 15 U.S.C 1692e, 15 USC 1692d,15 USC 1692c, and 15 USC 1692B A debt collector Not use any language or symbol on an envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of any debt. not state that such consumer owes any debt not communicate with any such person more than once unless requested to do so by such person not communicate by post card And 15 U.S.C 1692c States Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt.

Contract is misleading advising you can get a refund after your terms and also within 10 days of signing a contract. Within the 10 days you will not make a payment till 1 month later so how is that a refund? Since I signed a term contract which I had paid in full and still nothing was clear within my debt. This company also advise they keep 51 % of my money and only pay off the debt with 49 % which does not make sense at all. This company is not coming clean when i ask them questions and when they answer it does not make sense at all. *CUSTOMER SERVICES NOT GOOD *CONTRACT DOES NOT ADVISE WHAT THEY SAY *COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER AND THEY HE ADVISE HE IS THE OWNER?? *CONTRACT IS MISLEADING *MANGER YELLS BACK AT ME WHEN I AM ADVISING THEM ABOUT THERE SERVICES AND WANTS TO KEEP MY MONEY FOR NO WORK DONE *AT THIS POINT I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD/SCAM *CALLED THE OFFICE I SIGNED UP WITH, CAN NOT ASSIST THAT I WILL NEED TO CONTACT HEADQUARTERS * CAN NOT PROVIDE PROOF WORK WAS DONE

USACS TEXTING ME FROM XXXX TO MY XXXX PHONE NUMBER TRYING TO COLLECT FROM XXXX A MEDICAL DEBT OF {$520.00}, THEN GIVING A DISCOUNT OF {$180.00} FOR A TOTAL OF {$330.00}, AND THEN CONTINUED TO SEND ME TEXT MESSAGES FOR {$520.00} FOR XXXX. I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW, THEY SHOULD HAVE CHECKED TO SEE IF XXXX STILL HAD THE SAME NUMBER. THEY VIOLATED THE FDCPA, TEXAS FINANCE CODE, AND THE TCPA.
