I sent payment in the amount of {$8000.00} to Adair Asset Management plus an additional {$970.00}. I have submitted payment in full for the tax certificates that were sold. The amount that the county is claiming due is well above what could possibly be justified. They have added an additional {$4100.00} to that amount and it has risen over {$1000.00} just in the last three months that can not be accounted for. They simply labeled it as other fees and charges Under normal circumstances one might think that the county could be counted on but this is not normal here. I have already been victimized in their Court once before and have continued to speak out about it. I am treated with animus on every occasion with any possible outside interaction that I have...
