-I filed a similar complain under a different category. Since this is not a traditional personal loan or business loan, I am submitting 2 complaints. One for each category that it may fall under.
-On XX/XX/XXXX I paid a contribution amount of {$2500.00} for inclusion in the platinum plan XXXXUnlock Wealth loan program . The plan ensured a loan contribution of $ XXXX to be paid in equal parts over a 2 year span. Members were required to pay back the contribution loan of $ XXXX.
-After confirmation of payment/contribution a loan number was never provided to me.
-Per the contract, once the contribution was made for the applicable tier, members would begin to receive distributions within XXXX weeks.
-I never received a distribution of any type and began to email XXXX/Unlock Wealth. I also went to their XXXX page only to find that they had turned off comments, and deleted message from other individuals who paid into the system and had not received disbursements. The email responses were vague at best with an attempt to pacify. As a result, I request a refund of the {$2500.00} that I paid. I was told it would be processed, but I never received my funds.
XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to file a claim with my bank to try to retrieve my funds ; however, the claim was denied due to the length of time from when the funds were paid to XXXX and the date that I filed the claim.
-On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXUnlock Wealth deactivated my account so I no longer had access to any information located in my account.
-I filed a XXXX complaint and XXXX responded that they had never done any business with me and did not know who I was.

I applied for the loan with Unlock WealthXXXX. To be approved I had to pay {$2500.00}. I paid the funds in XX/XX/2021 and was told that the loan payments would begin in 4 weeks. Months passed and I never received the loan. I requested a refund of my {$2500.00} and was told it was processing, but never received it after numerous emails. They do not have a phone number and has turned off the ability to comment on Social Media. I reached out to my bank ( XXXX ) but was told too much time had passed to dispute it through them. I have never received the loan OR the return of my {$2500.00}.

I paid {$500.00} XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX {$4000.00} in return. Nothing received I paid {$1000.00} XX/XX/XXXX. Loan fee. I never received loan. Only false promises I paid {$70.00} subscription fee in XX/XX/XXXX. Then after i paid they said only pay when you receive loan. But my fee was never returned Now i have to pay {$5.00} fee to receive my money back.
Please help me. Im desperate They stopped responding to emails.
