In XXXX, somewhere in between the months of XXXX and XXXX ( this was when my husband was on another deployment to XXXX and how I remember when I did this ), I went to XXXX XXXX with an idea to try to patent. To do this would cost around {$1000.00} and I opted to make payments. The process took less then 6 months and the payments were paid in full before the due date even. From his return in XXXX until last year, he and I purchased 4 houses ( because he's military we've had to move around a lot ). During each purchase no issues but all of the sudden there is a hit against my credit from Universal Payment Corporation for {$300.00} from XXXX. Why 6 years later, because they are notorious for trying to scam people out of money come to find out after researching them further. I went from working hard to get my credit score to a perfect XXXX and now because of their one hit of bad payment history that NEVER should have been there to begin with, it dropped it and is making purchasing a house not an option anymore. I have tried reaching out to the company, sending them proof of faithful and full payment history, disputed it 7 different times on my credit, calling Universal Payment Corp directly, and even filing a XXXX XXXXomplaint. I just want it removed from my credit and to purchase a home again. Because of this mess we had to purchase an RV to live in because our bank wouldn't finance another loan with my credit scorXXXX now sitting at XXXX because on this onXXXX thing that isn't even a legitimate debt collection. Please help me get this off my credit and stop allowing this company to operate in such an awful way to get an extra buck!

Between XXXX I applied for XXXX XXXX with a company named XXXX. XXXX processes payments via a company named Universal Payments. These companies are both located in XXXX, XXXX My purpose in working with XXXX was to bring an invention to market for swimmer shark safety. The company charged a fee which was to be paid over a period of time. Unfortunately XXXX has mislead the inventors and made promises that were not true. I received an inferior product from this company. I filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General and The New Jersey Attorney General offices. XXXX requested my social security number according to the salesman XXXX for reporting my royalties. Instead they use my social security number to report non payment. This case has been discharged for three years. The State of New Jersey made XXXX return my payment in XXXX of XXXX There is currently a class action lawsuit against this company. I am part of the class action lawsuit. Yet, Universal Payment continues to report non payment to the credit bureaus. I have disputed this information for over one year with the credit bureaus and nothing has changed. I hired a credit repair company and still we can not remove this company from my credit reports. Please help resolve this matter.

I put all these companies in a previous demand for remedy to cure as a consumer with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, ( CFPB ) and they were taken off my tradelines but still showing up on my report as a charge off. Also other companies were deleted off my tradelines but the {$1000.00} USD for falsely reporting on my credit was never paid as demanded. How are you? Hope all is well. Just wanted to relay a message. I received a message that I am past due. Due to my XXXX XXXX I have not been accomodated properly by Universal payment Corp. I am an XXXX XXXX military veteran that served my country. I have all the proof that i've made payment consecutively. I am asking that you cease with these false allegations under the Fair Reporting Credit Act. I haven't been late for 30 consecutive days.Universal Payment Corp hasn't sent me any correspondence saying i'm 30 days past due or anything saying Im past due or late. Ive been homeless, experiencing financial hardship and the death of a spouse. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. This Company " Universal Payment XXXX XXXX of XXXX '' has entered a debt information on my credit file in the amount of {$11000.00} as a payment it claimed to have made to " XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX '' to finance a product development deal that I have with XXXX XXXX. The problem is, XXXX XXXX XXXX was never paid any such money and had long halted the service for not receiving payments. So this Company neither paid XXXX XXXX any money nor gave me any money directly as financing for any deal. Therefore the debt claim by this organization is spurious and fraudulent simply because I could not owe this company for money it neither gave me nor paid to any entity on my behalf.

To start off, Universal Payment Corporation, is the name XXXX or whatever name XXXX is using now, used to defraud me like they did many people in the United States. Yeas ago, all that XXXX got me to do was sign a contract for their services, that they never provided to me, they did nothing, that is why there was a class action law suite against XXXX, the court sent me a letter about the law suite , all credit bureaus were supposed to delete all the information that was in error, they defrauded me also, I never owed Universal Payment Corporation, anything ......

Ive been paying this organization. Due to the Truth in Lending Act they didnt explain that this Loan was going to be on my credit report. They did not disclose this information bt the Truth in Lending Act. They are also reporting that I am late when this company held my payment on purposely for a month. I just made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Ive been making payment for a year and i have all receipts. This made my account go into the negative. I was told this was a personal loan. I wrote to Universal Payment Corp in XX/XX/2021 concerning derogatory reporting on my credit report and requesting proof and validation from them that they have the right and authority to post on my credit report. I did not enter into a contract with this Company ( Universal Payment Corp ) but I entered into a contract with INVENT HELP which is not a consumer credit contract. This Company is reporting derogatory on my credit report and it is not so and they don't have any right to do so.

I see multiple 30-60 days late marks which is a clear violation of my right under the FCRA. The company has never responded to any of my attempts to obtain any proof or documentation that will prove this account is being reported accurately.
