Universal Credit Services has called me several times on my cell phone to reach out to me. This has never been an issue for me, but what I'm upset about is that they have somehow reached out to my employer and called me on my private line at work. This happened yesterday XX/XX/20 @ XXXX XXXX. They called while I was not at work and then my co-worker and manager answered the phone and asked for " MY NAME '' ( me ) and when my co-worker said I wasn't available and asked who was calling, the person from UCS hung up the phone.
Another time this happened was two weeks ago ( date unknown ) and ( time unknown ). A man from UCS called my private desk number ( and I work at a XXXX ) our numbers are not given out to the public. I answered the phone and the gentleman asked for me and I said to him " may I ask who is calling '' the person from UCS would not identify himself, or tell me where he was calling. He told me that If I wanted to know who and where he was calling from I needed to verify my information over the phone. I told him that I would NOT do that because I didn't feel comfortable with that fact that he called me and asked for me at work. The man on the phone then told me that I can XXXX his number to find out who and where he was calling from and then he hung up the phone.
This is NOT acceptable. I work in the XXXX field and I know my rights. It is not okay to contact me at my place of employment. The company has no problem reaching me on my cell phone and by mail. In the past when I have answered my cell phone the man over the phone transfers me to another associate and the phone disconnects.

Universal Credit Services ( UCS ) has reported to XXXX that I am owing {$380.00} in medical bills.
The bill is in someone else 's name and the person in over XXXX. Secondly, I made a lump sum payment of {$640.00} to Universal Credit Services that possible covered that amount too, Either way, I do not owe that money and it should not be in my credit report.
I contacted UCS several times and once spoke to a lady name XXXX and emailed her multiple times to take care of this and to date nothing has been done except she keeps telling me they are investigating.
I believe UCS has 30 days to confirm or remove it from my report. It's been over 30 days since my initial complaint.
I want it removed from my credit report.
Thank you.

Attached you will find a copy of the check written on XXXX/XXXX/15 to XXXX XXXX XXXX which also shows clearing my bank account on XXXX/XXXX/15 for {$250.00}. Why am I still receiving harassing letters ( see attached dated XXXX/XXXX/15 ) along with a statement ( see attached ) showing a past due of {$250.00}?
Universal Credit Services continues to say my complaint is without merit. They are attempting to collect on a debt that was paid several months ago which I provided documentation for. This is harassment and my next contact will be through my attorney. Why are collection agencies such as Universal Credit Services allowed to continued this type of activity?

Person calls my cell phone number and asks for my wife. I ask who it is, they give a first name and start asking for personal info before they can proceed. I ask what the call is about, what their company does, and they state for privacy concerns they can not disclose any information. I ask if they are attempting to collect a debt and again they state they can not disclose any information until we verify who we are. This has happened for months with the same result. Today I insisted they tell me what the call is about or what their company does and they hung up on me.
