In XXXX US Morgtage Line contacted me about refinancing my house. XXXX XXXX was the loaned officer. At this time we have submitted all the paperwork we needed. We paid for the Appraisal fee of {$770.00}. Then he calls back saying that we cant close on the loans because i have not been on my job 2 years. XXXX knew that because I told him that. He then stated he will reach out in XXXX because it will be 2 year and we wouldnt have do nothing use. XX/XX/XXXX he reached out and we had to send paystubs again the he stated he had to pay for another appraisal. So, I said ok and I hope this is it. I gave my credit card information to pay for the second appraisal. the amount that was taken off my card was {$400.00}. Then on XX/XX/XXXX my credit card company XXXX alerted me that {$770.00} was taken out for another appraisal which will make 3 appraisals totals. So I contacted XXXX he stated he knew nothing about it. I emailed XXXX screen shot of the payment that was taken out so he can see it. He called me stated he going to find out what has happened. I specifically said you took out appraisal so why Im being charged again and who have you all the authority to use my card better yet keep it on file. He begin telling me oh we store the card on file. I said you should had informed me that because i would had said no. So, he call me back and tell me that US Mortgage Line was trying to get the appraisal company to update the appraisal to FHA and add the case number. As I was talking with XXXX the appraisal company called and XXXX XXXX stated that US Mortgage Line was trying to get them to do something illegal. She stated they couldnt update the appraisal due to it was expired a new one had to be done. She said XXXX XXXX its not your fault its there fault because they should had it for FHA and the case number and she couldnt understand why they were charging me so much money for the appraisals and why come there needed to be so many. She even went to telling me I would dispute those charges to get your money back. So, I contacted XXXX told him what was stated by the appraisal company and I told him I want to be reimbursed for my money they took out of my account without my consent or my authorization. XXXX begin to tell me that he will give it back at closing. XXXX even stated that he can XXXX me my money back {$400.00} of the monies they took at closing. So, on XX/XX/2023 I get a call from my insurance company that my homeowner insurance has lapsed. I didnt underhand due to my insurance is escrowed int with my mortgage. Come to find out US Mortgage Line contact my insurance agent in XXXX and told them to remove my mortgage company from the policy and add them. So I contacted US Mortgage Line on XX/XX/2023 and asked to speak to XXXX supervisor. The person that answered the phone stated he was I asked him to hold on so we can do a conference call with my insurance agent so we can get this issue straightened out. Got everyone on the phone and my insurance agent begin telling this person what has happened he being becoming rude to my agent telling her she was bitter. Very disrespectful to her just because she was saying if they knew they wasn't closing in XXXX why come anyone didn't call back to put the old Mori gage company back on the insurance so that my homeowners insurance would had gotten paid. US Mortgage line is a scam they are doing their own reviews to make themselves look good. Every time i looked up it was always something. I have not been reimbursed for my money they too they have caused me and my family so much debt just to refinance out house. I would not advise anyone to deal with them at all. Im almost to a XXXX XXXX and they don't even care that they took my money and caused me so much pain and headache.

My husband and I started the refinance process in XXXX of this year, XXXX. We own a property that has a private mortgage with a balloon payment end of XXXX. We have to refinance or come up with about $ XXXX. The company, US Mortgage Line connected us with XXXX XXXX. We received our first list of approval contingencies on XX/XX/XXXX and it asked for the basic items ( signed forms, W2, DL/SS cards, Tax returns, Letter of explanation, Mortgage Statement, bank statements ) .. we provided everything as soon as requested. The contact at XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, kept telling us we were good to go, kept giving closing dates, and then the dates would pass. XX/XX/XXXX he suddenly requested documentation or spreadsheets showing 12 months of satisfactory payments. My attorney provided him verification the mortgage is in good standing and has been in good standing. Still, no closing has happened. There is no reason for us to get pushed around by this company. We have always responded with the information and documentation requested. We have signed at minimum 5 sets of closing disclosures in preparation for a supposed imminent closing. But still, no closing. The last time I spoke to the company, XXXX 's boss told me I was XXXX for not making payments when XXXX specifically told me to wait since we were closing. Our credit scores are in the XXXX, our DTI ( not including all available income ) is 40.67 %, LTV with the recent appraised value is only 68 %. We are in good standing with the private mortgage company and do not deserve this kind of treatment. We are in the process of applying at another lender, but felt it was important to report our experience with this company.

My husband and I have been trying to refinance our mortgage since XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX MortgageLine, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX. The company has strung us along, all the while asking for repetitive documents and income statements. We have paid for an appraisal XXXX because the company took so long to process that the XXXX appraisal expired. Each appraisal was {$400.00}. My husband is in the XXXX XXXX and was away XXXX XX/XX/XXXX thru XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The broker implied this was XXXX of the reasons the refinance was taking so long, but my husband signed a XXXX for me to finalize everything. While he was in training, XXXX XXXX asked for more documentation proving his pay. Even though they knew the military pay was temporary, they said the full time work pay stubs were no longer applicable. When my husband returned to his full time employment after military training, we once again had to submit pay and tax returns. XXXX XXXX has checked our credit score multiple times, which is good standing. We have yet to have an answer of why the refinance is taking so long. XXXX XXXX is working with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
