To Whom it May Concern, I am writing this to file a formal complaint against a creditor and debt servicer for deceptive collection practices under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ). I wish to file this complaint against the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as well as its original servicer, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the current collection agency assigned to my account, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have been sent to collections for non-payment of an installment contract-for-services ; however, this debt is not valid and the creditor and assignees have not been cooperative in removing a forced collection that has been detrimental to my personal credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I signed up for coaching services with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This agreement was entered orally by phone only. It was a XXXX contract at $ XXXX with a first payment due XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX draft which was set up using my debit card. This was a service contract for regular daily coaching calls and the ability to get instructions on signing up for additional income streams. I did attempt to use this service maybe a dozen times, and XX/XX/XXXX was the last effort I made in using their service. I gained zero value from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was extremely disappointed in the service actually provided versus what was sold to me ; however, this is not the concern I bring forward today. The auto-payments on the contract were made until XX/XX/XXXX. Everyone is aware of what transpired in XX/XX/XXXX. I was not spending any time thinking about this contract I had signed up for during those early chaotic days. In XX/XX/XXXX, my debit card had expired and was replaced per standard banking procedure. It had not occurred to me this obligation was linked to the same card that had expired. Shortly after this, I began receiving past-due notices on my account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Universal Account Services to resolve the past due balance. I was very explicit in my call that I was unhappy with the service and I wished to cancel the contract. I offered to negotiate a settlement on the full contract in order to terminate any further obligation. The representative informed me there was an early termination clause that allowed me to buy-out the contract for {$500.00}. I eagerly accepted and paid this money, plus an additional {$11.00} fee, on that same phone call ( {$510.00} paid Confirmation # XXXX ). I had believed this was the end of my dealings with either company. In XX/XX/XXXX, I began receiving additional past-due notices on this account. I initially ignored them thinking the early termination had not been processed. When the notices continued, I called XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told the early termination was not accepted by the client as the option was only available for the first six months of the contract. My {$500.00} was applied to my previous past-due balance and I was being billed for the remainder of the contract. At this time, I was not even aware I had a contract. I had not received anything in writing as it was all done verbally. I asked for a copy of the contract and was informed it was available thru my online account. I had not been aware I had an online account either. This may have been discussed in my initial sales call ; however, I do not recall this as part of the conversation. I advised the representative on this phone call that they had offered this early termination in good faith, on a recorded line, and it should be honored. I was told I needed to take my complaint directly to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I acquired a phone number from them at that time. I did make several attempts to call the number provided but it was apparent I was calling a personal cell number and I never received a response to my detailed messages. It was during this time I did create an online account and downloaded a copy of my contract. I will note at this time, I had not been active in the XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX of XXXX. My real estate license expired in XX/XX/XXXX. I had zero income from XX/XX/XXXX thru the rest of the calendar year as I had exited the industry when the early pandemic decimated my business. Paying that {$500.00} fee to end the contract came at a great personal hardship to me as I had no income. I was also dealing with medical issues and was not able to look for work at the time. After my troubles in the Fall of XXXX trying to address this account, I was done dealing with either company. I had no intention of paying an additional dollar to them until my dispute was acknowledged and addressed satisfactorily. I had no ability to pay the monthly bill with no income and the service I was being charged for was no longer relevant to me. This was my stance until XXXX of XXXX when I received a collection notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Near the same time, I received notification of the collection posting to XXXX on my credit bureau report. This same month, I had started a brand new job and was not able to address the new collection immediately due to time constraints with new employment. I contacted XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. At that stage, I even offered to pay additional money ( I believe it was {$500.00}, I do not have written record ) if, in exchange, this collection was removed from my credit report. My offer was refused. I believe my offer at that time was more than generous considering I viewed this collection to be entirely invalid. I maintained the stance that my early-termination should have been honored initially. The offer was made to me in response to my direct request to settle the contract. I believe the representative at that time acted deceptively to collect monies from me in their debt collection efforts. Whether the deception was intentional or otherwise is not relevant. The representative was acting on behalf of the organization. I was offered to buy out my contract only to have the payment applied elsewhere against my wishes and intent. I view the termination offer made to me as a verbal contract that was breeched by XXXX XXXX XXXX. In summary, I am denying my obligation for this debt ; I do not owe this money. While my records may not be entirely complete, most of the information in this letter can be verified through the recorded phone calls from the servicer. I am filing a written complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX for their deceptive collection practices in offering an early termination buy-out to me and then applying the termination fee to past-due payments. This is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. It is my ask that this contract termination be honored retroactively, with no further obligation, and the prompt removal of the reported collection from my credit report.

I was misled by an educational counselor of XXXX XXXX XXXX -XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX) on behalf of Universal Account Servicing LLC ( UAS ) and signed the Credit Application/Retail Installment Credit Agreement of UAS without any explanation of the contract on XX/XX/XXXX. He used his aggressive and deceiving sale techniques to sell me their overpriced rip-off scam program. By the time the UAS contract was signed, he covered up all facts and misled me to sign the contract. In addition, the educational counselor of XXXX made a false monthly income of {$6800.00} for me on the contract. When I raised my concern about the false income, he ignored. The reality was if my actual monthly income and expenses were put on the application, it would not be approved because the monthly tuition payment of XXXX would greatly exceed what I can afford. The educational counselor also said to me that the date of my first tuition installment will be at the end of XX/XX/XXXXbut the actual due day of this payment notified by UAS was scheduled on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent an email to him and asked about the discrepancy of the payment dates but he didn't reply me either. If he represented UAS, why was the due day of the payment he told me so much different from the date UAS notified me. The UAS letting XXXX personnel on behalf of itself to mislead a customer to sign the UAS contract without any explanation about the contract was the irresponsible, deceiving and unacceptable business practice. I called the Universal Account Servicing LLC ( UAS ) on XX/XX/XXXX ( case # XXXX ), XX/XX/XXXX ( case # XXXX ), XX/XX/XXXX ( case # XXXX ), XX/XX/XXXX, respectively, and requested to cancel my account. But I was told that I had to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) to cancel my XXXX program account first. I told them the cancellation policy of the UAS credit contract on the item 18 of the page 7 says that You ( customers ) have the right to close your account to future purchase at any time. However, I could not close my UAS account and the UAS employees didn't tell me anything about what I need to know to proceed for the cancellation although I requested repeatedly. This entire process was covered up and not transparent at all. On XX/XX/XXXX I addressed my request and concerns of cancellation of my UAS account in writing to the UAS management/leadership team and its Costumer Help Desk. But until now almost two months have passed and I have not received any response from UAS regarding the cancellation of my account. On the other hand, I was told that my UAS account would be interest free for six months when I signed the UAS credit application with the XXXX education counselor on XX/XX/XXXX. But the reality is my UAS account has been charged with interests since the due day of the first tuition payment. As a matter of fact I have not attended the XXXX classes at all and therefore, there should be no tuition and interests being owed and billed by UAS. The UAS as a third party billing company banding together with XXXX XXXX XXXX have formed into a business gang for misleading and deceiving costumers for their gains. This should raise a high alert and concerns for costumer protection agencies. My experience with UAS has raised the following concerns : 1 ) Why does UAS allow the personnel of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( another company ) on behalf of itself to mislead costumers? 2 ) Does this person from XXXX have a proper qualification to assist a costumer to sign the UAS credit/financial contract? Does he have a knowledge of the contract? If yes, why didn't he explain the contract to me? The UAS has responsibility to let me, as a customer, know what I need to know about the whole cancellation process but should not try to cover it up. The cancellation of my UAS account should take effect from XX/XX/XXXX because on that day I requested to cancel my account ( case # XXXX ). In addition, the UAS should cancel all payments and related interests charged on my account because there were no tuition payments and interests owed by me as I have not attended the XXXX classes at all. The UAS contract says You ( costumers ) have the right to close your account to future purchase at any time and the UAS must follow its own cancellation policy. In the past I had canceled my auto-insurance, home insurance and credit cards and health insurance, etc., which were done just by a phone call. But why is the UAS business practice in terms of the cancellation so much different from its counterparts in the industry? We all as the citizens have an obligation to expose such deceiving business practice and any illegal operations. I also hope that complaints from costumers can help costumer protection agencies to take action against those misleading and deceiving business practices so that interest of costumers can be protected effectively. I have noticed that there are many online complaints about UAS. Below are listed a few such sites for your reference. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX I hope that with help of CFPB a resolution of this complaint can be settled.

I applied for a line of credit through Universal Account Servicing , LLC from an initial purchase through XXXX. All of my purchases have had special promotional finance periods to which no interest shall be charged as long as I pay the balance in full before the promo period ends. Which Ive complied with. My due date is the XXXX of the month. I've made payments in the past on the XXXX of the month within my 10 day grace period. Nowhere in the contract does it state if my payment isn't paid by the end of the grace period, that I'd lose my promo period and charged interest. The payment for XXXX was submitted before the XXXX in advance to be paid on the XXXX and I chose that date due to being within the grace period. I wasn't charged a late fee therefore I wasn't late. I have an email that shows the payment was there and pending/processing on XX/XX/XXXX. On the transactions it shows it was submitted/received on the XXXX, but not processed until the XXXX. That was not due to any issue on my end as I had submitted the payment in advance to be paid on the XXXX, as well as my bank processed it at at XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX well before the XXXX XXXX cut off. My payment on XX/XX/XXXX was received on the XXXX and processed on the XXXX. It doesn't take " 24 hours '' to be posted. The payment has to be made before XXXX XXXX which it was as it was setup in advance and confirmed to be pending/processing on XX/XX/XXXX. My charge slip for my purchases which all have special promotional financing state, " No interest will be charged on this promotional purchase if you pay the amount financed in full for this purchase within the applicable promotional period. If you do not pay the full balance of the amount financed for this purchase, interest will be charged from the date of delivery. Regular account terms apply to non-promotional purchases and, after promotion ends, to promotional purchases. '' In my retail installment agreement ( contract ), it states, " Your due date is at least 23 days after the close of each billing cycle. Interest will begin accruing on purchase ( s ) from the purchase date OR as specified on your charge slip. We will charge you interest on your purchase ( s ) so long as you have a balance OR according to the terms of any special promotional financing offers that may be applicable to your purchase ( s ). '' All of these purchases have special promotional financing. Therefore, no interest is to be charged as this is against the contract from the charge slips. Therefore regular account terms DO NOT APPLY since the promo periods haven't expired. Finally, I contacted the manager at XXXX XXXX who contacted her UGA finance team and they left a comment on my original case that was opened on XXXX and closed the next day. She confirmed this is against my contract on the charge slipsXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - Consumer has attached his statement. His promotional dates are showing an end date of XX/XX/XXXX on all packages in UAS system which is different than what's on his contract please see the attached statement provided by the consumer, and adjust accordingly. '' Case number - XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX IT left a comment stating please reinstate promotional financing on charge slips 2,3,4,5,6. On XXXX the case was closed, stating it was denied because I didn't pay on the XXXX. I've paid after the XXXX throughout the year, utilizing the grace period and this hasn't happened. The goal posts keep moving stating I made the payment outside of the grace period because it was received on XXXX but not processed until XXXX and that I didn't pay it by XXXX XXXX. The payment was setup in advance, was confirmed by email from them on XX/XX/XXXX that the payment was pending/processing, and my bank processed the payment on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I have proof of. The definition of a grace period isn't to just avoid a late fee, it's a period to resolve and avoid action as long as the obligation is satisfied during the grace period, which it was. It was forwarded to their internal department for review, for them to agree and state to reinstate my promotional financing, for then it to be denied. If this isn't resolved I'll be seeking legal action as I've submitted all proof necessary that demonstrates this is breaching my contract. The charge slips override the installment agreement in that interest shall not be charged as long as the full balance is paid BEFORE the promotional financing period ends. The goal posts keep getting moved stating, it's because it was processed on the XXXX and that's outside the grace period, to then it's because I didn't pay by the XXXX, to which apparently, a grace period means nothing, other than a late fee not being charged. I've attached all proof necessary per the stipulations of my installment agreement/charge slips. The charge slips supersede the installment agreement when it comes to interest per the installment agreement! You Can't Charge Me Interest BEFORE the promo period ends if I've not paid the balance in full.

My husband and I wanted to open a XXXX XXXX business. We thought XXXX was the answer. This loan is a hardship as we continue to pay for business help. The loan is for the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. The XXXX business we bought into has never gotten off the ground. XXXX says they hand-selected their associates and told us to buy from only their people. They were very persuasive that my husband could make enough to retire and work only a few hours a week for a stream of consistent income. I am XXXX and we have exhausted our savings, over {$25000.00} in classes, websites, drop shipping contracts, coaching & training etc over the course of 9 months. What they didnt intend to tell us was everything is a compartment. So you think you are buying a whole working product and you are buying a piece. So you have to keep buying pieces from these so-called trusted associates. But all the pieces together never make anything whole or complete. We received a letter XX/XX/18 that the FTC has filed a complaint against them because they did not yield successful businesses. A 3 digit check to us was enclosed as a partial refund for their criminal acts. This check is insignificant compared to the amount of money we have spent over the last 2yrs. XXXX said that they had inter-related connections with companies they chose to help us that we could trust. We gave them a password that only we and XXXX knew. We were instructed to only speak with companies with this code. We didnt know XXXX sold our password to another company, XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX XXXX This company we thought was with XXXX so we bought their website. After we paid $ XXXX for this a website we had no way to ship products and no marketing for people to find us on the internet. They waited until we worked our butts off putting together products to tell us they had a marketing pkg. at an additional cost. XXXX. $ XXXX worth of website nothing. 60 man & woman hours/week. We were told we could do this in our spare time but it is actually 3FT jobs to research all that is required.. We cant sell or ship anything. Eighteen months later the website is still just sitting there. One page of our website is set up by them as their advertisement for their business, not ours. They were happy to help us for another $ XXXX to market the website. By then all our savings was gone and we are supporting the business instead of the business supporting us. A business that they know has and never will make a dime. They never told us everything was a separate price. We called XXXX to report them. XXXX said they were not in the select group and they could do nothing. I said but we had the code and somebody in your company gave or sold our secret code. This was the only reason we trusted to buy a website from them. XXXX never took responsibility for their breach or tried to intervene in our behalf. Now that the FTC has made their criminal acts public and come down on these businesses for what my husband and I have known for nearly 3 yrs, I want all my money back. Starting with my {$3300.00} I paid UAS ( universal account servicing ) in good faith. With this new information from the FTC I believe UAS has known XXXX were criminals long enough to make wrongs right. They recently change their website where only payments could be accepted. They did not notify me of the change and then charged me a late fee because I couldnt find the website and nobody at UAS was answering the phone. Only VM was available. My contract with UAS has XXXX in it, so they collaborated with UAS to finance a scam and played on hardworking peoples dreams then ripped us off. They also used high pressure sales tactics, like saying you need access to these tools to be successful. They said their affiliates provided low cost deals to them that they were passing on to us. If we missed out on that deal now it would cost us thousands of dollars extra later. XXXX linked us to a company named XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX, Utah. XXXX supposedly were designed as business coaches to ensure success. They charged us {$500.00} to set up our business license which we later found out we could have done that ourselves for free. AND they set it up in Utah instead of Georgia. I want my thousands back from them too. The FTC has filed a complaint against them in XX/XX/2018. Also, we were told we needed access to drop shippers. We paid thousands of dollars for access to XXXX and XXXX drop shipping that we didnt know how to use to make that constant stream of income. Everything had a missing piece in it so no matter how hard or long we worked there was always something else to buy to make the next step work. Nothing they told us translated into income

This pertains to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, their XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX ( " the company '' ). Essentially, the company did not notify or communicate regarding my card being declined, and therefore not used for auto-pay, on the date that auto-pay was set to occur. They claim communications happened on their end. However, I did not receive any communications as described below. Moreover, after the card was declined, they then processed a payment for a lower amount. This, in turn, meant I did not pay off the loan in time for a promotional period that would have meant I did not have to pay interest, resulting in my having to pay all of that interest. I would like to resolve this matter by being made whole for the interest paid. Details are described below. I have made $ 150 monthly payments from XXXX 2022 to XX/XX/ 2022, with the goal of then providing the final payment in XXXX for the loan. This was in alignment with the original promotional that I was taking action pursuant to. Under the promotion, there was no interest until 12 months after the contract was signed, and when the promotional ended all of the accrued interest is due at 24.99 % APR if the loan had not been paid in full. As is evinced by my payment record, I was on track to complete the payment fo the loan within the promotional period and thereby pay off the loan with no interest. Originally, the final payment was scheduled for auto-pay, as usual, on XX/XX/XXXX. This would have been in the amount of {$290.00} to make the final payment within the promotional period of 12 months, ending on XX/XX/XXXX. The card was declined and I was not notified. However, the company then subsequently processed a payment on XX/XX/XXXX, but for a lower amount of {$96.00}. They did not notify me that the card was declined, or that this payment was made in the lower amount. The critical aspect is that this was insufficient to meet the amount I had originally set for the auto-pay payment, thereby making me fail to pay off the right amount of {$290.00}. This meant that I had, then, failed to pay off the amount within the promotional period, incurring the payment of the full interest accrued thus far for {$260.00}. Given that I had been making all payments using their auto-pay system, there was no reason I should suspect any issue for the final payment, and expected notification if it did not proceed as normal. The company had never before failed to notify of auto-pay or other matters. However, their communications went dark in XXXX, right at the moment when they should have notified me of the last auto-pay reminder, the card decline, or my monthly e-statement. The final auto-pay reminder I received was on XX/XX/XXXX. The last communication I received was on XX/XX/XXXX. I have not cleared my junk folder since XXXX, so there is no evidence that it went to the wrong folder and was deleted. Hence, there are two main failures of the company. First, they had notified me of all events prior to XXXX, but right at the moment when the final payment truly mattered, they did not communicate any problems. I relied on their prior notifications and communications that payments were successfully being made. Second, whether with intent or not, the card was declined and then, critically, it was subsequently still billed, albeit for the lower amount, whereby the interest would kick in. Put differently, the auto-pay amount I had scheduled was not upheld as I thought it would be for the correct amount. None of this, again, was communicated to me. Importantly, even if the card was originally declined, it still should have processed the amount I set up when it did ultimately process a payment for a lower amount ( disqualifying me from the promotion ). In essence, I relied on their timely communications as well as their auto-pay system and, negligently, the company failed to notify or utilize the auto-pay amount that I had properly set up. But for this failure by the company, I would have paid off the loan and avoided the interest. I do not know if this was intentional or malicious, but it was, at least, negligent. It was a breach of their duties. I would like to seek a refund of the interest balance of {$260.00}, which I have paid.

I contacted Universal Account Servicing ( Universal ) to close the account/cancel the contract that they set up for me to pay for services/treatments from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Unfortunately my last treatment from XXXX was done XX/XX/XXXX I no longer wanted to receive treatments from XXXX because at my XX/XX/XXXX appointment I received no customer service nor any attempt to provide the treatment I was scheduled for - I was waiting over 30 minutes to receive my treatment and I walked out upset and embarrassed. I immediately contacted the XXXX representative that signed me up with my treatments about what happened and how I did not want anything to do with XXXX after that. She told me she would work on cancelling out my treatments. A few days later I contacted Universal and explained to them I was no longer using LaserAway and asked for instructions on how to cancel my contract with them/close my account with them. The representative at Universal told me they had to get confirmation from XXXX and discontinued the AutoPay service that I was using so not to be charged. After some time I received a bill in the mail from Universal so I wrote them and XXXX. Is US certified mail and reminded them of my no longer using XXXX services and my desire not to have the account or services from either company. I also contacted XXXX via email. I only received a response from Universal via email on XX/XX/XXXX. Telling me that XXXX reduced my principle balance and that I would be responsible for services/treatments received. I responded and asked them for an itemization of what I owe and how much. Universal said they did not have that information and just repeated that I owe the principal balance less {$2000.00}. No details or further information was given me. I called Universal to confirm what the actual amount owed was to pay the balance and they told me the principal balance owed was {$850.00} but I owe them interest and late fees. I told them I did not agree with the interest charges or late fees because I tried to close the account & cancel the contract in XXXX. The time lapse was not fault of mine but was due to their correspondence with XXXX ( and Im not too sure if this was a genuine time lapse. I dont know if things could have been handled sooner but was purposely delayed to incur these charges. ) I told the representative at Universal that I am willing and ready to pay the {$850.00} - the cost of treatments received ( which isnt verified ; I received XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; and I made 1 payment of {$120.00} ) Universals representative told me that I would still incur interest charges because the balance wouldnt be paid in full. I want to resolve this issue by paying the {$850.00} I should not be charged interest or late fees when I was trying to avoid any further charges or fees owed by contacting them when I terminated my interest in XXXX. My discontinuing XXXX service/treatments was also discontinuing Universals services.

Recently, my line of credit was charged off after months of non-payment. However, I would reach out to this company to inform them of my financial struggles due to inflation. I inquired about programs to help me keep my account from being wrote off and reported to the credit bureaus. Unfortunately, everytime I would call nothing was offered to help me get back on track to making my account current again. They would tell me that because my account was so delinquent that it was not eligible for any program. At some point, I even asked a representative how long before I would be notified when the account was about to be charged off, so I could make sure to make some kind of payment. The representative responded that the account did not alert of when it would close. Now, I have been delinquent in the past before my credit limit was increased. Nonetheless, I am quite disappointed that this company did nothing to help me in the midst of my financial struggle. I feel that after getting my credit limit increased, they wanted to put this account into collections to collect on a higher amount. I even told them before the charge off happened that if it went into collections, I could not foresee when I would be able to pay it. It just made better sense to me, if they would have offered me assistance to keep the account open until it became current again. I always got correspondence through the mail about how past due I was. I even got phone calls from them, stating that it was urgent to call about the account. However, they never once stated that I needed to have a payment made with a date stating it would be charged off. Now, I understand that we all sign contracts when getting anything, whether it be a loan, line of credit, etc. Yet, it is in no way a person will know their financial situation in the future. And again, a representative stated recently that they could not give an answer of when the account would be charged off. But anyways- lastly, one of representatives called me the day of the charge-off, which was XX/XX/2023 to be exact. They called and THEN left a voicemail saying I was eligible for offers on the account. I called back and spoke to the representative. At first, they claimed I could pay a reduced monthly payment but then suddenly informed that the account was charged off that day. XXXX is how I came across this company. They referred me to get financing through this company to be able to pay for cosmetic sessions ( which, I would go for laser hair removal treatments ). I even recently searched this company through the XXXX and they have horrendous reviews. Now, I have to look forward to my credit dropping. Something I kept trying to prevent if they would have found an alternative for me earlier. I already know the collection will be through XXXX XXXX. My sister got debt too. This has been quite the experience for myself as the consumer. I'll know to never do business with them again.

We were in a pet store, wanting a {$2000.00} XXXX. We were told that we could apply for financing. We did, and they told us we were approved. I asked how much my interest rate and payment should be, and the salesman told me he was n't sure, but it should n't be much. The salesman took me around the store shopping for accessories while another store employee helped my husband load a cage into our car, and yet another salesman was assembling a pet carrier, that we also had to purchase, to place the bird in for travel. They kept us very busy. Finally after they had the cage loaded and the bird in the assembled pet carrier, they called me into the office, to " sign '' the contract. The contract was on a computer, and they scrolled through telling me where to click. I never got to see and touch any paperwork to really look over it. After it was all said and done, I later found out my payment that " should n't be very much '' according to XXXX salesman was {$180.00} per month and my interest rate that " should n't be very much '' according to previously mentioned salesman, was 59.99 %. I was in total shock over that interest rate and knew I could n't afford that kind of payment. I 've made calls to the store, I 've made calls to the finance company AFTER I got a bill from them. I go to their website, and there 's not even a way to review my contract terms. I can not get any help at all. I 've shared their website with a few people and I 've asked people about the interest rate, and everyone thinks the website is bogus and the interest rate is illegal. I need help figuring all of this out. I am very upset with the pet store for how they handled everything, and they wo n't take the bird back. It has been 3 months now, but I was willing to return the bird as soon as I realized all of this. Here is a link to their website : XXXXThe pet store is XXXX in XXXX XXXX , Kansas and the finance company is XXXX. When I went to the XXXX to try to submit a complaint, I put in XXXX of the addresses on the statement sent to me by the finance company and it was n't a legitimate address. I reentered it thinking I 'd made a mistake, and I still got an error. So, I used the other address on the statement, and it did take that. The address that I am supposed to submit payment to, is the one that I kept getting an error on.

To Whom It May Concern, This complaints is against XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, all formerly of XXXX., and recent defendants of a FTC civil action complaint in United States District Court District of Nevada Case XXXX and XXXX, XXXX , A Wyoming Based Limited Liability Company ( all owned by the XXXX ) and XXXX of XXXX. These criminals are at it again. There was no justice served in their years of defrauding countless innocent victims with their payday identity theft fraud scam so they simply changed outfits and started all over again before the ink was dry on their case filed in 2013. I have several documents to prove my complaint. All available to make sure these criminals are stopped in their tracks. I was presented an opportunity to purchase a turnkey fully functioning business with a guarantee of business funding with my good credit to support my entrepreneurial aspirations by the aforementioned ; via my trusted business advisor who no longer associates with any of them due to the discoveries within this complaint. The ecommerce business that was sold to me was to come with pre-existing sales, established web traffic to an existing website, customer service, a XXXX system, media buys all provided by a company reported by the XXXX to be a Wyoming based XXXX under their direct ownership by the name of XXXX. Upon further research I 've discovered all were lies. Nothing was set up with this turn key business by the XXXX. In fact they were doing nothing more than making false claims. Instead of immediately receiving what I was promised I was harassed for finance payment by XXXX XXXX, the shady " lending '' company who supposedly financed the sale of the business on the strength of my excellent credit. Even after I tried reaching XXXX to no avail to discuss my displeasure with the behavior and lack of performance as contractually obligated by the criminal XXXX family I was still harassed at my work place and at home. For this agreement with the fraudulent " XXXX '' I was charged a fee of thousands of dollars for nothing that the Sunyiches nor XXXX XXXX actually provided. The fact of the matter is they are both frauds that should be reinvestigated for all of their current business practices.

The FTC filed a lawsuit against XXXX XXXX XXXX stating XXXX made fraudulent claims older folks like myself could make money on the stock market using their training program. I took a {$25000.00} loan out to pay for my training with XXXX through a second party XXXX works with and recommended to me called Universal account Servicing LLC. I made a downpayment to UAS of {$1900.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. The loan # is XXXX My monthly loan payment to UAS is {$1200.00} due on the XXXX of each month which commenced on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid for XXXX, and XXXX but discontinued payments effective XX/XX/XXXX due to not getting training and services I was promised. I called UAS 3 times to inform them of my decision. I contacted them on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to inform them of my intentions to stop paying for a service I was no longer able to use due to FTC lawsuit. I left messages with UAS on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX but did talk to a customer service rep named XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to inform her I was not going to continue to pay for a service I was no longer able to access. My case # is XXXX. I am still being billed by UAS and threatened with late payments per letter received via mail XX/XX/XXXX. The FTC directed XXXX to stop receiving payments from students for training they are no longer able to receive while FTC lawsuit is pending. Perhaps due to my loan with their recommended agency UAS this cease and desist order does not apply? If not it should because I was promised a LIFETIME of free training and only got 1.5 months. Their trading platform, XXXX is still in XXXX mode so worthless and their XXXX XXXX is closed for business so I am not able to take classes there. I should not be expected to pay for a lifetime of services that was only offered for 6 weeks and is no longer available to me. I should not have to be stressed out that they keep billing me with threat to my credit rating and late charges accumulating. This is grossly unfair to charge to a product or service that they are not providing.

Payment for the outstanding balance ( {$3300.00} ) on the loan was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX, via check ( # XXXX ). This was expected to arrive no later than XX/XX/XXXX according to the USPS XXXX expectation for first class mail delivery. For some unknown reason, XXXX Account Servicing did not deposit this check until XX/XX/XXXX. This was 9 days after it was mailed. I was then charged {$1300.00} because the payment was processed after the promotional date of XX/XX/XXXX. The circumstances which led to this delay is highly unusual. This could have resulted from a number of issues totally outside of my control but under yours, such as delays in processing mail at your office location or a deliberate delay. I called your office on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with a supervisor. His focus was on what evidence I had that it was received before the deadline. Do I have a signed receipt showing someone in your company received it? I do have circumstantial evidence check # XXXX was written on the XXXX along with check # XXXX which was dated XX/XX/XXXX. I dated # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX because I needed to add money to the account which I did XX/XX/XXXX. However, I mailed it Sunday XX/XX/XXXX to arrive on time. Evidence is not one sided - My question to you is what evidence do you have that it was mailed late? The envelope you received had a postmark. That is the evidence you would need to prove it was mailed late. Even if there was an unusual delay in your local postal system it is customary to waive fees and not play what evidence do you have game because it points to unethical business practices. I am including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Please provide the evidence ( postmarked envelope ) that the check was mailed out late to justify your charges. If you can not provide it then you have no evidence, and it points to a deliberate delay in processing with a self-serving interest. Please remove this debt from my account and close it.

The weekend of XXXX XXXX I participated in a weekend of classes at the XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in XXXX Illinois. I signed up for additional training at a total cost of {$15000.00} ( financed ) with a {$4000.00} deposit that was to be financed through a third party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) at the time I signed up I was not told the contract with this third party had a 3 day right of recessions I would have not signed a with such harsh terms for education. The Tuesday after I made the commitment, I had a family emergency and was unable to participate in the initial introduction call. I spoke with XXXX XXXX who was my POC contact with XXXX explaining that right now this will not be a good time due to my family and new unforeseen financial obligations. He advised that I should contact the third party ( XXXX ) for any recourse, upon contact the 3rd party on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX I was given a case number # XXXX and told that someone would be in contact with me about what steps I could take to pay for the time I had been in the program although I had not completed any of the courses. The next communication I received from XXXX was a notification that my bill was due via text message. I immediately reached out to XXXX and was informed that my 3 days right of recession had passed and they do not offer any refunds. He put me in contact with XXXX XXXX who works as a liaison between XXXX and XXXX who informed that I did not have any recourse all he could do was downgrade my amount owed to {$12000.00} and if payment is not made, I will be locked out of the XXXX system after 30days delinquency and sent to collection This seems to me to be predatory in nature. To be forced to pay for services not rendered I don't think I should be obligated to pay this contact in totality. I did give a deposit but to force to pay {$15000.00} for service that will cause unjust financial hardship on my family does not seem to be fair to any consumer.

I signed up for the real estate investor 's education with XXXX. XXXX has a relationship with the Universal Account Servicing ( UAS ) to finance the tuition. When I got the call from UAS asking me to verify my address, I told them to send it to the address they received from XXXX if they are associated with them. I received XXXX letters dated XXXX XXXX ( please see the attachment ). The first XXXX had the privacy policy. The second letter was dated XXXX XXXX, but the first payment was due on XXXX XXXX. The first bill received on XXXX was for the period of XXXX to XXXX ( 13 days ) and it already had past due amount of {$200.00}, interest charged {$35.00} and payment for those 13 days also {$200.00}. There was the new amount on the loan too. When I called them on XXXX to talk to them thinking without any doubt that they will correct all these errors on the spot, I was in for a big surprise. In a very impolite and unprofessional manner, they refused to correct anything, they said that the charges are justified and that they are in business of making money on charges, so there 's no way they will wave any of them even though it was the first bill. It is important to mention that they 're calling me every day several times, from early in the morning, while I 'm at work, but when I call them back, they are very uncooperative ( I have also attached the list of their calls ). I tried calling several times asking to talk to different people ( XXXX ext XXXX, XXXX ext XXXX, XXXX ext XXXX ), but I was never able to reach these people at these extensions. The last time I called and they told me they are recording the conversation, I said that 's a good idea and I will be doing the same because they are so unprofessional and not very knowledgeable in my opinion, and they simply hang up on me. I wonder how legitimate is this business.

Company Name : Universal Account Servicing Dear Sir/ Madam Re : ( account number XXXX. ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I got 2 years interest free loan ( principal amount : {$3400.00} ) from laser away through this company " XXXX. Unfortunately, your service has not performed well. I have an issue with the payment services. I had auto payment setup. Unfortunately, I lost my credit card, and had to change the credit number. As soon as I received the new credit card, I called in and gave my new card number to be used for auto-payment ; however, it seems that operator did not complete the transfer, and the old credit card number was used for the payment which was rejected. Although I have called on time before my next due date payment and gave my credit card number to be used ( they have my new credit cart # on record ), I have been told that I am still responsible for the delay which does not make sense. I am so disappointed because the service was not performed correctly ; I was billed the wrong amount ; something was misrepresented. i did not do anything wrong here. i paid my monthly amount on-time and did not miss any payment. it was the company 's fault that did not used my new credit card number for autopayment. i should not be punished for that. I already paid back my loan and i do not want to pay any interest. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your help. I already paid back my loan and i do not want to pay any interest. This is a case where XXXX XXXX and UAS are trying to profit from a contract that the legality of it is being challenge in court, at this moment it is working its way through the court system. On XXXX XXXX, 2023 I received an e-mail from XXXXXXXX XXXX that my loan was being transfered to UAS, Universal Accounting Service XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MD XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX. I have made several calls to XXXX XXXX, the first lender asking about the interest free clause in the contract, the balance of the loan and the XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX payment due. I was told the interest free clause would remain in effect, the loan balance was XXXX XXXX and XXXX dollars and XXXX XXXX cents. However on the payment that was due on XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX told me if I made that payment to XXXX XXXX and by the time they process the payment and sent it to UAS it would be late and I would accumulate a late fee, they told me to call them and ask about the payment and if the due date would remain the same. I called Universal Accounting Service several time but they never answered the phone and after several rings the call would disconnect. On XXXX XXXX XXXX I called UAS and a representative named XXXX answered and informed me that they had no information on the account. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was finally able to get information on the account and to my surprise my balance was {$18000.00} with a payment of {$880.00}. The first lender claims that they only transferred {$16000.00} to Universal Accounting Service. Universal Accounting Service claim that the transfer was actually {$18000.00}. I have been unable to resolve this matter with UAS and it is useless to continue discussing this matter with them.

I had an original Auto Repair Loan paid off with XXXX XXXX that came directly out of my account that was paid off on XX/XX/2022. The original amount of the loan was {$500.00}. The company called numerous times using the telephone number ( XXXX ) XXXX. I tried on several occasions to call the number back but it said it was nonexistent. Upon further investigation, I found the website which is under XXXX XXXX but the letters sent to my address are under Universal Account Servicing , LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. In previous phone call, a rep told me they bought delinquent accounts from XXXX XXXX, however I received a letter from XXXX XXXX notifying me my account was paid in full. I have sent the information to XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Services via email and their online portal. They still continue to report that I owe {$120.00} and I am 90 days past due which affects my credit. I called today and the rep informed me they had to contact XXXX XXXX and I told him that did not make sense because they purchased the so called debt from them. He placed me on hold and returned and told me they had to contact the bank to verify and I told him that did not make sense because I sent paperwork via XXXX website with confirmation my account was paid in full on XX/XX/2022. When I told the rep I was recording all correspondences, in other words documenting each call along with paperwork because I felt the company fraudulently obtain my information and decided to charge me for money not owed, the rep immediately told me because I was recording he had to immediately disconnect the call. This company is a scam!!!!

I joined a course called XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ( XXXX ) back in late XXXX of this year. Around XX/XX/XXXX. It was going great until the CEO of XXXX claimed bankruptcy. I was provided services for about half of my promised term, which was supposed to be 6 months. I only received about 4. I filed a claim on XX/XX/XXXX to cancel my loan with Universal account service because the initial company ( XXXX ) that made me go through this 3rd party, has claimed bankruptcy ( Around XX/XX/XXXX ). They were not able to provide me with the full terms of service, which has made me decide to stop paying off the loan. I payed 4 months ( From beginning of XXXX beginning of XX/XX/XXXX ) worth of payments of {$210.00} for a total of {$870.00}. I currently have a remaining balance of {$9900.00}. When it comes to actions taken by me, I call UAS about 2 times a week to get an update, and am responded with nothing but rude answers. I've talked to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and the worst one of them all XXXX XXXX They continue to say, '' We are waiting for the merchant to respond '' or " We are in merchant review '' " You're just going to have to play the waiting game. '' But the merchant ( XXXX ) has gone bankrupt. Are they every going to get back to them? I'm assuming they're not. I have gone back to the website where I signed documents for XXXX and yet, there is nothing to be found. It's hurting my credit because it is considered a late fee. I would love to have the loan canceled and my credit saved.

On or about XX/XX/2020, I contacted UGA finance to request a cancellation of the loan due to the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) obtaining a RESTRAINING ORDER WITH ASSET FREEZE AND OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF against UGA 's client, XXXX XXXX XXXX-for running an Investment Traning Scheme costing thousands of consumers ( including me ) over {$370.00} million dollars ; and due to financial hardship. I spoke to a UGA finance representative in which I advised her of these issues, in which she ACKNOWLEDGED my concerns and offered to REMOVE my autopay from my account, and differed payment obligations until the court/restraining order is lifted. Since then, on or about XX/XX/2020, I received a voicement from UGA finance requesting me to return their call. Upon returning their call, I was connected with an agent who was attempting to collect a payment and saying I had a past due amount, notwithstanding the fact that there has been a restraining order with asset freeze & other equitable relief ; and UGA finance previously agreed to remove my autopay and defer payment obligations until the court order was resolved. Today, XX/XX/2020 I received another email stating : " the due date for you to make a payment to your Account has passed. You can view the the late charge grace period and fee amount by logging into your Account online and selecting the " Account Summary '' tab located on the left sidebar, '' Notwithstanding the same.

On XXXX I entered in to an agreement with a company located in XXXX XXXX, CA called, " XXXX ''. They use a finance company called Universal Account Servicing , LLC ( UAS ) based in XXXX, Missouri to offer 0 % interest financing for their services. I have been making the required minimum payment of {$100.00} regularly. In XX/XX/2020 I made a lump sum payment of {$1000.00} to try to accelerate my account and somehow a payment was sent in XXXX for {$97.00} instead of {$100.00} for a difference of {$7.00}. I received a bill from UAS for a {$10.00} late fee. They also are charging me {$220.00} in interest because I'm {$7.00} short on my payment. This is absolutely usury and I refuse to pay them {$220.00} for being {$7.00} short on a payment. I called them on XX/XX/2020 to let them know that I didn't know how the payment was sent {$7.00} short and that I could payoff the remaining balance of {$770.00} to avoid the {$220.00} fee but they will not waive the interest fee of {$220.00} and that is why I am reporting them. They told me that they will be reporting me to the credit bureaus for the {$220.00}. This is extortion for accidentally being {$7.00} late on a payment? Another matter is that they don't show any fees charged or interest charges on their statements. They simply just add their fees and interest charges to my outstanding balance and hope no one notices.

Good morning, this is a collection agency by XXXX, that has an ongoing case against FTC. The school is using a debt collection agency ( third party ) to collect tuition fees to students. In the case given by the judge states that anyone connected to the XXXX, including collection agency are prohibited in collecting tuition fees and interest to the said tuition fees. I reached out to them twice already, sent them a demand letter to stop, because XXXX has an ongoing case. I attached a copy of the case #. I still receive emails and letters. I enrolled and never attended a single class because of XXXX and then followed by preliminary injunction prior to my scheduled classes. All students paid 25 % of the tuition fees before the class starts and school will collect the remaining balance. In my case They already collected {$11000.00} from me, which the promised education was not received. first payment collected was on XX/XX/2020 amount of {$9700.00} 2nd payment was collected via automatic payment to my credit card on XX/XX/2020 amount of {$1400.00}. I made a stopped to my automatic payment and from there on they started sending me emails and letters which i answered them. I spoke to one of the representative of Universal account servicing and told them that XXXX has ongoing case and so they should stop collecting what they call debt.

On XX/XX/18 husband and I signed up for a vacation club membership through XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) costing {$26000.00}. I put {$6000.00} down on my credit card and the remainder {$20000.00} they opened an installment loan for {$10000.00} each for me and my husband. We never received product/service purchased but were making payments to Universal Accounting Services ( UAS ) since XX/XX/2018. As I was not getting resolution from XXXX, I contacted UAS about my loan and wanted to cancel. They stated they were just the billing company for XXXX but would open up a case to cancel our accounts and submit it ( XXXX-case # XXXX, XXXX-case # XXXX ). This was on XX/XX/18. On XX/XX/18, UAS called stating that XXXX rejected our request. I have called XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - end of XX/XX/XXXX to resolve this, then filed complaint with XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX UAS again stated that XXXX rejected our request to cancel the contract. I stated we were retired and living on a fixed income and can't pay for a product/service we don't have. This is a financial hardship for us. She stated she would send the request again. Nothing has happened and they still are sending me bills for a product/service I don't have. I can not be paying for this any more. I filed a complaint with the XXXX and now the Missouri AG on XXXX. I am going to stop paying them now.

We bought into a XXXX membership and they had us go through Universal Account Servicing LLC to finance the membership. We bought in on XX/XX/XXXX planning on using the membership in the future. This XX/XX/XXXX we went to use XXXX and found out they closed all their locations in New England in XX/XX/XXXX. When I found out the showrooms all were closed I contacted XXXX and informed them I believe the franchise owner knew he was closing all his showrooms ( 3 months ) and sold us a membership anyway. I informed XXXX the reason we bought in was the showroom and advisers, which now we did not have access to. At first XXXX would not cancel the membership. I contacted the Attorney General Office and filed a complaint. When I informed XXXX I filed a complaint with the AGO they Pro Rated a refund/cancellation. After the settlement I spoke with AGO and I was informed there were other complaints with XXXX. while speaking with AGO I mentioned that our credit rating was poor and we were turned down for every credit card and credit purchase. I asked about how we were able to get a {$4000.00} loan when we have been turned down by every other company, AGO said I should contact the Banking Commission. I am contacting you because I fell this was a planned scam. And if you have any other complains with Universal Accounting Servicing LLC.

I purchased a plan through a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX. I financed my plan with this company that uses Universal Account Servicing to do their billing. XXXX XXXX XXXX uses false advertising and misleads the public as to what services they are selling. It was not until my 2nd couching session that I realize what I had signed up for which was well out of my 72 hour cancellation period and I had been lied to. Every phone conversation that I have ever had with XXXX XXXX XXXX and Universal Account Servicing has been recorded to an app on my phone. I'd be happy to share these conversations if needed. I have tried to cancel my account and contract with both companies. XXXX, has deleted me out of their system except for the financial part. UAS has told me that all they need is something in writing from XXXX to cancel my contract. I have emailed UAS 2 different phone conversations with XXXX where 2 different representatives of their company state that the contract has been cancelled, which is obviously a lie after I spoke to UAS. My problem with UAS is that they do business with a company that has salesman that lie to the public, their consumers, and that use false advertising and refuse to cancel my contract.

I signed a 24 month no interest loan agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX Universal Account Servicing. I've made payments consistently for 14 months. I missed the month of XXXX and became 22 days late. I submitted payment to bring my account current. Upon account review, I see the full interest for the the past life of the loan has been applied to my account balance. My account is now subject to future interest as well. I called customer service who stated " we offer a 7 day grace period for late payments and your account is subject to accrued interest if you miss a payment '' I reviewed my loan contract and none of this verbiage is in the agreement. I was transferred to a supervisor who stated the contract agreement statement of " Minimum monthly payment required '' translates to " You will have to pay all past interest and future interest if you miss a payment '' The only reference to a late payment is a late fee " If any payment is more than 10 days late you may be charged 5 % of that installment or {$5.00} whichever is less '' - The tactics employed at this organization are deceptive and harmful to consumers who believe a No Interest offer will hold up. I look forward to them correcting the situation.

When trying to order an air freshening device through a company called XXXX, a customer service rep contacted me directly and convinced me to switch the order to a subscription service for the oils required in lieu of paying for the machine outright. I agreed to a " soft credit check '' and the customer service agent said there was " no contract '' and I could " cancel any time. '' I signed the appropriate paperwork and she initiated a refund for the cost of the device. I discovered very quickly that I would never use the allowed amount of oils shipped and attempted to contact the company regarding cancelling the subscription starting XXXX. It was delivered on XX/XX/25 and they apparently have a " 14 day trial period. '' I called and emailed again about 5 days later. No response. I sent another email the next day and called. I got a promise of a supervisor contacting me. No response. By the time I got someone on the phone it was now past the 14-day trial period and I am being told that I can no longer cancel the subscription and it will last for 36 MONTHS. I am willing to pay for the cost of the device. This company is giving me the run around. I want this payment cancelled.

On XXXX/XXXX/2016, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sold me a business credit builder and landing page design and they financed it for me through Universal Account Services. The amount borrowed XXXX from Universal Account Services. The credit builder turned out to be about 3 web pages worth of reading. There was no landing page design. When I asked about the landing page design, I was told someone would contact me. When they did contact me they wanted another XXXX dollars. So I hung up on them. Even though I try to make the payment to Universal Account Services, they keep drawing the money out of my account. I gave them permission to do this one time. But they are doing it every month. I really want them out of my bank account. The fact that XXXX XXXX sold me almost nothing for XXXX dollars I guess is the fault of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. They completely misrepresented to me what I would receive for the payment. So I guess I am not sure if I should complain about Universal Account Services or XXXX XXXX XXXX. I would very much like to get Universal Account Services to no longer have the right each month to withdraw funds from my bank account.

I believe this company is operating a loan scam that involved bank fraud and wire fraud among other issues. I kindly submitted a Privacy Act request giving them the opportunity to document how their business is legitimate but they failed to respond. They have worked with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX where they create a fictitious debt obligation. However, there is no validation that any funds of value were actually loaned out to create any debt. They have XXXX other companies as well known as Universal Account Servicing , LLC and the Universal XXXX. These XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX in some form or another have all tried to collect on the same alleged debt. How can XXXX or more entities be the legal CREDITOR to the exact same date? When questioned they back off quickly thus demonstrating their lack of legal legitimacy. They have violated perhaps several dozen laws, codes, and statutes not to mention not having the proper licensing to create loans like a bank and be a broker and dealer of securities. If they do n't resolve this I have no choice but to reach out to the United States Attorney.

On XX/XX/2019, I called Universal Account Servicing regarding the final payment on my account which should be {$230.00}, but is {$420.00}. The representative I spoke with XXXX was uninformed, rude, and not very customer friendly. After reviewing my account, she stated that Aging had been applied to my account to make it current, but I was still responsible for maintaining payments. Over the course of three years, whenever I paid late or missed a payment, I paid the late fees in addition to doubling or tripling payments to bring the account current. So, I should not get to my last payment and have a balance nearly double what I owe. I asked XXXX if I could speak with a supervisor or manager to have the additional fees waived and was told that neither was available. This is standard procedure with this business when a customer asks to speak with a higher up and is apparently an accepted practice, neither was XXXX able to give me corporate contact information. This Aging thing seems to be a way for this business to apply additional funds and needs to be removed from my balance.

I filed a Complaint against XXXX, which serviced the loan for XXXX XXXX. They transferred my loan to Universal Account Services, requesting the incorrect loan amount for two months. I will have to pay it with my credit card, or my credit will be ruined, and my credit is good. I was not 30 days late on my payment, but Universal Account Services has me paying for two months in XXXX, and I was not behind on my charges. I was not 30 days past due. I spent every month. It may have been on the XXXX to later but never 30 days past due. I had a XXXX XXXX at XXXX in XXXX, NC, XXXX, who negotiated my downpayment of {$500.00} to be refunded to my credit card company at XXXX XXXX. Still, the agreement for a full and complete refund fell through, and my account was transferred from XXXX to Universal. I am a senior, age XXXX, raising my young granddaughter, an orphan. This is beyond stress, and having survived XXXX and dealing with XXXX is a lot. How do you transfer a fraudulent loan in less than 30 days?

I applied for a loan for a course. After being in the course for less than a month I didn't like the course and I wanted to get a refund. Before they even sent me the information claiming that my loan was fully processed I emailed them and even contacted the company mentioning that I wasn't satisfied with the service and I no longer wanted the loan. I didn't receive a email back with any other information until a month later which was when they procced the loan. I don't get any emails back, I not getting any help from the company I got the course from and they told me that they are a company so they still need to make money. Before they could even process the loan I tried to contact them multiple times still haven't received any response.
