In XXXX 2017 time frame wanted to look into other programs for student loan repayment. Thought I found a reputable agency called United Student Loans Solutions out of XXXX XXXX, FL. They had me fill out an application and contract which I have. Unfortunately, through this process I gave my personal identification information. Also, 2 paystubs from my current employer. Thus far I have n't had any fraudulent activity, but I 'm hoping to stop something before it happens. At this time they have received {$460.00} from me via my debit card. I have notified my bank, they have cancelled the card, and I 've spoken with Identity Theft. I was advised by my current student loan company XXXX to get in contact with FTC ( done ), CFPB ( doing ) and my States Attorney General her in CT. What has cautioned me to look into this is the fact they pulled funds from my account 3 days early last month, and I have tried numerous times to get a hold of them and nothing. Now their email is no longer valid, phone number of not in service and website no longer valid. There is one number that is assigned to a XXXX XXXX that rings and you can leave a message. I would like to provide the contract, but nervous to have my information out ( again ). Please advise. A student loan consolidation company by the name of United Student Loan Solutions, address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX , Fl XXXX , phone number ( s ) XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX This company is pretending to a third party contractor for the U.S. Department of Education, in assisting students with loan debt to consolidate their loan, as part of XXXX XXXX Loan forgiveness program. They tricked me into giving them my ss #, driver 's license #, employer 's information, an d FSA in formation to review my loan amounts. This company asked for an upfront payment of {$590.00} to processing the loan consolidation. I gave them my debit card number to t ake out two pa yments of XXXX on XXXX / XXXX / 17 and XXXX / XXXX / 17 . After speaking with the rep XXXX , I became suspicious of the matter. I contact t he U.S. Department of Education, and they advised that loan consolidation would be a free service through them. They also advised me to contact Consumerfinance.gov to file a complaint. I then contacted my bank, as well as my local police to file a fraud complaint. I also contacted all three credit agencies, my state motor vehicle license agency. They portray themselves as XXXX on the internet. It is a trap.

Re : US Dept OF ED/XXXX/XXXX Dear US DEPT OF ED/XXXX/XXXX, I have never received any written correspondence from this company. US Dept OF Ed/XXXX added a collections to my credit reports with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which results from crime ( s ) that have taken place. This is invalid. I didn't received any services, goods, or loans from the original creditor. However, I am still held responsible for this debt. That is a violation of THE FAIR DEBT COLLECTIONS ACT by adding a collection ( s ) to my credit reports without my knowledge. It is also a violation of the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT by reporting inaccurate information to data furnishers XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. You were froward copies of an FTC Identity theft report and a sworn copy of an identity affidavit explicitly stating that I am a victim of a identity theft. Still you fail to comply with laws you are legally binded to adhere to. This inaccurate information is still being reported on the credit reports. It would greatly appreciated if you deleted these accounts. Thank you.

I contacted my student loan agency, XXXX and informed them I was a XXXX. As a result I do not have an income. XXXX switched me to United Student Loan people rather than providing me with an application for income based repayment. United Student loan has used unfair practices to obtain information about me. They are withdrawing monies from my account despite my request for income based repayment. United Student loan is taking money from me despite XXXX informing me of my forbearance. United Student loan is running a scam, in my opinion. United Student Loan has created a hardship for me.
