I need your assistance in what are harassing calls and threatening language. These calls were made all hours of the day and many times after XXXX. These calls were made to me, my friends and many calls, unknowingly, to my underage teenage daughter. An initial conversation with my daughter the XXXX agent informed her she knew where I was and how to reach me and that if she did not want to see me in jail I needed to return their call. After some research this was from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX requirements once you make it by the initial interview you are accepted for driver training. I interviewed and passed the first phase. The second phase required passing a physical strength and health assessment test. I failed the health part of the test multiple times, my XXXX XXXX was too high. Although I take XXXX XXXX it was undetermined why it was extremely high. Tests were given on Monday if you failed you could come back the following Monday and test again. If you fail three consecutive weeks you are disqualified, you try for two weeks, skip a week and repeat the process. However, I continued this process multiple times with visits to my doctor who reported my XXXX XXXX low. After reported failed attempts my doctor upped the dosage and I finally passed XXXX 's test. One of the first incidents, I would have sudden uncontrollable urges to XXXX. While driving with other students this would happen and no place to stop, I ended up losing it while in the driver 's seat. While with a second driver trainer, we drove out to of the driver/trainers stop. I began to sweat profusely with the air conditioning on, a feeling of XXXX and XXXX ensued, I needed to lay down quickly. These types of incidents happened but so infrequently I could not determine the cause. I questioned if I ate enough, one last incident happened while I was driving and I was able to pull in a rest stop and contact the health number the company offered, the only advice they could suggest was to pull over and rest, these are the side effects of the pills. I was driving solo at this time my first run and the concern over having what I called episodes would happen too infrequently to understand when or what would cause them. I asked for a leave to deal with my health concerns. I later began discussions to work something out with XXXX to work as a janitor or something as I deemed myself unsafe to drive containers over the road. I was a hazard to myself and anyone else on the road. These incidents would happen while driving my personal vehicle or sitting in the barbers chair. I explained to XXXX that I was a danger and there was a concern on my part about my health. I have tested for XXXX, XXXX, a XXXX XXXX conducted, I took a position in retail for commission far less money/opportunity as my health was an absolute concern for me. I did not benefit from the training and this was a lost opportunity for me. However, it was best I did not endanger myself or anyone else driving a large piece of machinery. I attempted to work something out with XXXX. A collection agency coming after me with the XXXX that URS has is unfair and far from necessary

On XX/XX/2018, I received a phone call and voicemail from XXXX XXXX stating she was attempting to contact me to locate me from the civil litigations department, and they were sending a couier to my place of employment within 24 hours if I did not contact them, and there would be a case filed against me resulting in a judgment. This same message was also left on my husbands voicemail as well just 2 minutes after calling me. When I called the number back I spoke with XXXX XXXX who stated she was a representative with an attorney 's office, and I asked her if she worked for the State of Texas Attorney 's office since she was calling from an XXXX number and she told me she did. I asked for the name of the attorney and was only told there are several attorneys in her office. So I asked for the name of the company, and she state United Recovery Solutions to which I replied this is a debt collector. I told her not to call again and send all correspondence through the mail. My husband not knowing what was going on returned the call on his voicemail and without verifying ANY information except his phone number proceeded to speak to him freely about the alleged debt, and told him they were sending a courier out to serve me with papers at my place of employment. Shockingly no one ever showed up. On XX/XX/2018 I called this number back and spoke with XXXX who informed me no courier would be coming and asked if I was aware there was a notice to appear filed against me. I told her no because I was never served any papers. She asked if I would like this information over the phone. I told her no I would like everything in writing. She immediately hung up the phone. Throughout the day on XX/XX/2018, I spoke with several people in this office and recorded all conversations. Several times I was hung up on, and put on eternal hold as soon as they heard my name. Every time I called back. When I asked for a physical mailing address the phone would " break up '' only then and with each person ... I was denied a full physical address. I requested a letter in my email from this " company '' and even the letter head does not have a complete address.

Gentleman called I asked for a statement, what I received was my FIRST letter stating I/ my husband owe the debt. They had supposedly been sending letters but to the wrong address. I am not debating the fact that I owe something but I would like to see a statement and the original agreement. If they could not provide it I would go straight to the company to get the agreement and what is owed. The gentleman that called me this morning was extremely RUDE he called me a liar when I stated I never received a statement and proceeded to give me the dates I owed. Told me that the original company had attempted to contact us and send us letters. We never received anything from the music store until the debt collectors started. The same gentleman has stated that when my husband told him he was unable to pay right then as he was at work and had no way to pay, that he was turning him in at the end of the day and today told me he was reporting it on Monday more in a threatening way then really doing it. He would hardly let me get a word in edge wise when I was trying to tell him that the original company had never contacted us when there was a problem. This is when he proceeded to call me a liar. He has no idea what the circumstances are .... and for him to be so rude and nasty to myself and my husband is uncalled for. I want a statement showing the charges and I would like to see original agreement which would include the address my husband had put on it to make sure it was not his mistake on the address. I do not think that is to much to ask for. The messages say its from XXXX XXXX the letter we received dated XXXX XXXX is from united Recovery Solutions Credit and Collections Firm. I have never heard them state this name ... how do I know this is the same place? I thought when I asked for a statement i would receive a statement not a letter.

A business in XXXX, Indiana, Named XXXX XXXX XXXX has contacted me of a debt i owe on a trumpet. THey have wanted the payment in full, but i have told them i simply can not do the payment in full. The delayed the process to turn it over to a collection agency, but once it has been sent to one we began to face more problems. United Recovery Solutions contacted us, we explained to them that we want to pay the debt, but can not possibly do it all at once, but they demanded we pay in full. We have requested XXXX times that they send us a letter with detailed information of what they are claiming. In return they respond by yelling at us, giving us ultimatums, threats about calling the police, pressing charges for a felony and they just keep harassing us by phone 2 to 3 times a day. Every attempt to get information from them has failed, we have asked them for more information such as employer ID, supervisor name, professional licence, etc. They just continue to give us the same threats and hang up. We feel and have been advised by the Federal Trade Commission and other agencies in Indiana to not answer their calls until we have a writing notification from them, again with a detail information, account number, etc. I called them today XXXX/XXXX/16 @ XXXX, because we have yet to receive mail with detailed information regarding the collection. I spoke with a man by the name of XXXX XXXX who at my request told me I was not going to receive any form of mail, then continued with the threats of calling the police and pressing charges.

URS Collections called him left a voice mail looking for me. I called & asked to speak with a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The rep informed me that XXXX was busy but then proceeded to tell me that I owed a balance from a check I wrote in 2008. He asked me when am I going to pay it & I told him that I 'm not. The debt is old & would be falling off my credit in a couple of years. His voice & demeanor changed & he said, " Oh, so you 're just not going to pay it. That 's a moral issue. Where are you 're morals? '' At that point I lost it & told him, " You do n't know anything about me nor my morals! Do n't sit up on this phone & try to tell me about myself! '' All the while he is steadily saying some defaming things so I told him that I know about collections. I 've worked in collections before & you 're not even the creditor. Your company bought my record for pennies on the dollar. '' He said, " No we did not! ... '' I told him he was in the wrong because he did n't even say the fdcpa verbiage that he was suppose to say before he went into disclosing my file. He told me he did. If I 'd shut my mouth for a while I would 've heard it. Now, I do n't do this but I believe that this company should be violated for this person speaking ill to me. Please make sure that a violation is placed on this company. Thank you.

He said he didn't have to stop calling me at my job. That I would need to send that to him in writing. I told him to stop calli g me at my job. He said he was going to just put it on my cbr. I called him from my cell phone I asked to speak to XXXX XXXX. He never did any verification nor give the minimeranda. I asked if they had mailed me anything in writing he said yes but I was intentially avoiding it. I asked him when they had mailed me something, he said he didn't have that info but wasn't going to mail me anything else. He was rude & in both conversations I felt threatened by his tone. I asked for their address, he gave me a Texas address. I asked for their corporate office address, he said they were located in New York he didn't have it but I could call their # & they would tell me their call was legitimate.

There are multiple reasons in the list above that apply to this complaint. Frequent calls and calls outside of XXXX-XXXX and they were foul, threatening and abusive to me on the phone. They repeatedly hung up on me when I tried to tell them that I had moved and needed to update my address as I had NOT received notification from them he said I was lying that too much had been sent - he also said that I was a " piece of work '' and on another call said " way to be a good example for XXXX '' ( my little girls name ) how do they have my little girls name? I do n't deny I owe the debt - I am in bankruptcy - he accused me of falsifying that information as well. He said he was n't notified of my bankruptcy - how can that can be true but my not receiving notices because I moved can not? This is the MOST horrible experience I have ever come had in any business manner. I spoke to both XXXX XXXX and a man named XXXX within the same office and they were both MISERABLY rude people.

They called me and used a false name saying they were from the Civil Litigation Department and they were a law firm and they were going to sue me and were 3 days away from filing with the court and that they were going to serve me at my home and my place of business. When I called back and asked what firm they were a part of they did not tell me they just said they were the civil litigation department and they have offices in all 50 states. When I asked where there office in CA is they said that they would have to transfer me. It was a very threatening call and I felt very uncomfortable like they shouldn't have been threatening me like that. They wouldn't even tell me the name of their company and it wasn't until the next day I received the letter with my payment arrangement that the name of the company is UNITED RECOVERY SOLUTIONS not CIVIL LITIGATION DEPARTMENT. They are violators of the FDCPA and they should be penalized by the fullest extent of the law.

On Friday XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with United Recovery, a debt collection agency regarding a XXXX credit card with an outstanding balance. The collection agency called my place of employment, XXXX XXXX, at XXXX. This number leads to an automated system explaining it is XXXX XXXX, and clearly not a personal number. I informed the gentleman on the phone that I am unable to take personal calls at work, and not to call me at this number again. I politely informed him I would call him regarding the matter from my personal phone when I am off the clock. On Monday XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX XXXX, the same debt collector called my employer yet again, after being informed not to on a recorded line. My manager happened to answer the phone, and I was scolded for having personal calls at work. This is unacceptable and can jeopardize my job. We have a strict policy on personal calls at the bank, and I told them of this. They have disregarded my privacy and request.

XXXX continues to call me every day to try and get personal information without telling me what it is needed for or what the company 's business is. I looked the number up on the internet and it says they are debt collectors, United Recovery Services. I do not have any outstanding debts and confirmed with my credit report. I asked for them to stop calling and they have not. They have asked for SSN but would not tell me why they needed it. They have called my XXXX year old grandfather in-law requesting information. They have called me on my company phone which is owned by a federally recognized tribe. They call multiple times in a day even after hours. I would appreciate any help to get this to stop.

Received phone call, the caller first would not explain why they were calling and asked for personal information and family information. Caller became very aggressive and made threats of legal action. Caller made personal remarks about my family. Caller was degrading. Call was very one sided and accusatory. Calls have been made even since company was informed the debt was settled. Caller made comments as to my parenting and teaching my children to steal. Hung up when I requested to speak with a supervisor, refused to transfer me, or give supervisors name. This company is very unprofessional, the tactics that they use are threatening, abusive, rude, in violation of the fair debt collection act.

I asked him what they do and he said Collections. I gave him my number and he said it was in regards to an account with XXXX. I asked him how old the debt was and he said 6 years. I knew that debt was more than 12 years old so I informed him that that debt was more than 10 years old. The gentleman started calling me a bad father and a " XXXX '' for hiding behind the statue of limitations and said he will call me constantly about this debt because I ca n't stop him.
